Beautiful words BBD! It’s amazing as mine done the very same. Around a month before she passed I was having nightmares of loosing her. The week after her passing she came to visit me in my dreams and she was so happy. It was really hard to process but I’m getting there, it’s one life after all so we learn and move forward stronger. One love Biggaz ❤️
I feel your pain buddy. I've had dogs for the past 30 years and it feels like losing a limb when they pass.
It's a tragedy our dogs live for such a short time compared to us. It's not fair.
I know it's not what you want to hear, and nothing will replace your friend but do think about getting another puppy mate.
It's not a replacement...it's just a new pal.

My boy and girl, Colin and Wini. They’re both rescues and have a condition called cerebeller hypoplasia. It affects their co-ordination and movements - effectively the brain doesn’t send the signals correctly. Physically in perfect nick, just a brain condition. Perfectly healthy, perfectly happy, they just think they’re normal cats!

1st Know my poor doggo hasn't been out yet as i write he's howling at me from downstairs, i just have to get this out.
2nd To the dear borgs this isn't a big up thread, it's just a storytime.
OK, been without pretty much two weeks, Terpy's CCell stretch like no other so you can make one last and go till very end of vape like you're just having your first puff from it.
But my vape ran out few days back, since, not been sleeping much all the usual symptoms but i've almost had two car crashes being without my medicine in system, almost had one just now actually.
It's probably due to the anticipation as this weekend we're back baby.
However, a certain vendor ..
Today when something happened i immediately wrote up topic on vendors wall, and what hapened is i got a zero day delivery.
This is a bigga vendor, like many on here.
I love all you vendors i want you to know this.
To the bigga vendor my, ring doesn't have charge right now, was gonna charge it today for tomorrow when i'm expecting my two sat guaranteed orders.
But i'm only expecting one now ain't i? Ain't i GH? You know about my situation cause we talk now and again and we spoke yesterday about my delivery, wanting sat guaranteed and i overpay.
I spoke to another Bigga vendor about this same situation too, but as i've done before i changed my mind, no biggie as like many here we're in it for the long stretch, LB has it all pick and choose, mix and match, or all out on a single chunk.
I went with you GH, Genetics Hub, and you saved my life.
I've since has a single skin of your Gary P,
so strong, GP is packed with cbd btw, found this out last night on web.

Even though you do remind med of my time watching the brass band go through my barracks many years ago as an army brat in HK before we gave it back 82 it was and I heard the bag pipes coming through and was told that they wair dresses (kilts) which i had never seen only barbie and ken and my Tonka truck so I stood on a small hill to see over the crowd and then i noticed at eye level big red ants on my eye brows so i reacted and the Queen said attack and they bit everwhere for 30 mins till they ran a bath ouch.

Went for the Gary Paton with Riley, lovely smoke, not tried druids yet, will do at some point, not a fan of their 3g for 50 tbh.

I hope your problem is only temporary but between the FTX collapse and recent ECB announcements I can see politicians and the banking sector trying to assert control over crypto.
I am going to stick with eToro simply because it is the only UK FCA approved exchange.

Seems to be the case in a few other countries that the black market still thrived after legalisation so it wouldn’t surprise me. If they legalised weed in the UK today I’d probably still be using LB for my purchases.

Hello folks, since last fri i haven't been able to smoke, i caught the flu /rona in a big way and can't even handle the smallest of puffs, not even just a tobacco rollie, not one single drag.
On the mend now tho, slowly, with 3ml rso on the way and some hash and green expected tomorrow.
Anything i can do to strengthen my throat so i can partake in some fine canna tomorrow?

You can get the 2% Lidocaine at Boots which is probably as strong as you can get without a prescription. Linked above.

I use these Tyrozets Lozenges Antiseptic Anaesthetic numb your throat . Most Chemist have them

Got some goodies today, uber rso, tasty as all hell Fire Cookies, little vape -high grade distillate (vry thick) with clean Gushers terps.
*Better get this down quick as the rso is starting to fuck me up big time.
DR.Terpy sent me the vape, the distillate is proper thick and very clear, the gushers terps give a wonderful giddy, playful stone, it actually gets you 'stoned'.
Green Cats Fire Cookies are delicious and strong as fuck.
I just had my first jay for more than a week, small puffs very quick inhale (to bypass throat as much as possible.
it's strong as hell and gives a nice happy euphoric creative high.
The DIUK's rso is something you folks are gonna have to try, mine landed in 2 days.
I can deal with that easy and gonna start using the DI's again.

This one is a special strain imo, starts off like a sativa on steroids, however ..
Strangest thing is as the days go by smoking it the thing turns itself real quick into an incredible narco stone.
Of course tolerance goes up day by day smoking same strain however this is different, the more you smoke this stuff over the days the more narco like and appreciative you get with it.
The narco stone is incredible; tingly, happy, creative with munchies and a great sleep vs day one when it's energetic head high and mellow only on the comedown.
*If you ever get a change make sure to have a few days worth.

I think ‘MY’ strain is love potion. I’ve only ever had it once in Utrecht but it was the happiest, most content strain I’ve ever had and would love to try it again. I can’t comment on how suited it was to me but I had a good time and certainly remembered it!

Sorry to hear that, the sales items I tried once off TGT and got what I asked for, but it can be luck of the draw I guess. I ordered the Hassan 6 or 7 times off TGT this year, it’s v strong, I would recommend it for sure. Banan dry sift is good too from TGT

If you want it delivered on time use a vendor who offers tracked or special delivery as Royal Mail clear those daily this time of year while everything else is as and when.

Hi friends today is the 17th november, last friday there was a seller called hi-low or something like that and he took 10 addresses from members here hoping for a free sample (purple dawg was one of the three strains on offer).
So no-show and the member has disappeared of the site now.
I've not had mail since last week and was expecting an order yesterday or today but another no-show.

Giving your address on line in anticipation of receiving a small volume of weed for personal use does not come within a mercy mile of a viable police investigation so that’s a non starter.
That said it’s wise not to just throw your data around…I now avoid all freebie offers as “unwise”….but I had to get doxxed on here before I learnt that…

Ignore the negativity off others , also always check reviews and make sure there's at least 10+ good reviews before ordering or giving out information, I've made that mistake in the past
I did this with a vendor last summer. Gave address for free samples and nothing arrived. About 3 weeks later I got a 'excess postage needs paying' slip from the postie. Paid about 1.50 and some of the strongest RSO I've ever had arrived the next day. The sample gave me about 20 doses. No real moral to the story, fingers crossed yours ends like mine did!
I am meant to be in the “10” free sample tester people to try but not yet had anything or confirmation it’s been sent.

They will be getting other tips on the same round so i don't think it will be sus. I did the Christmas contract once and it nearly broke me with the sheer volume of work doing 70hr weeks.

Very good idea mate. Wouldnt raise suspicion, but would buy a favour if you ever needed it. They work crazy hours at christmas and def deserve more than £12 per hour!

I had this problem recently with a refund for a dodgy vendor that disappeared. Refund via transaxe was fine but I didn't realise that Bitpanda have a minimum deposit amount and, as it was only about $15 (sample g), it has now disappeared into the Bitpanda vaults I assume.

My wife went away to visit her mother recently, so I decided to turn your leisure time micro doses in to a macro dose by taking plenty of them to try and reset my mental health while I had some time alone... Well I must have overdone it slightly, or my tolerance has lowered since I last did this. I was holding on to the bed for dear life at one point, but it worked. I came out of the other side feeling mentally refreshed and much more positive about my situation (I recently became disabled). Not two days after this experience I had what should have been a minor fall and somehow broke both of my legs. A bilateral displaced tibial plateau fracture in both knees. I've been through so much over the last few weeks. Pain and being well out of my comfort zone in hospital and dealing with things I absolutely hate has been made much easier. I sit here with both legs in full plaster cast, confined to my bed for at least two months... I honestly don't think I could have made it through this if I hadn't taken that extreme trip. It prepared me mentally and put me in a head space where I was prepared to face trauma and a challenge.

Suppliers these days are all crooks.... firstly they get bulk of weed then put it in a tumbler and shake it to take the crystals off the bud so they can make there pillen and dope then the weed gets sprayed with terps to give the buds a flavour again. This is why the dope is dearer than the weed... absolute scams going on here. People need to wake up and start refusing this poison on here these days. There is a handful of sellers that are legit but 95% on here is selling fake thc grass... all its doing is making people sick

Iv only ever used perscription cannabis in the uk so having so many strains available is wild to me and making it a bit dizzy . Iv got a cart in the way today from Canadian imports on their deal yesterday, some pineapple runtz and some microdose shrooms.

Oh yes they do! Some will never list anything that you can see and openly buy. Almost all sold via PM and custom orders. BB is an artisan and a lovely bloke. Even convinced me to try his MAC trim, and I'm very glad I did. That'll get you more stoned than a lot of crappy buds, quite frankly, and at keen prices. Stealth almost on the level of Hashishin's too.

Are you smoking/vaping the trim? I’ve had a couple of bits of shake/trim from here and it’s mostly been pretty shit so never thought about it. Can be a bit of a lottery shopping round the budget end of the scale

Stay away from those that get involved in other vendor's disputes, good way to weed them out is look at who exactly is up /downvoting the drama posts.

Most vendors have high quality, good /decent prices. Many of the vendors are really nice people too.
Online message board drama mate. Some will have multiple accounts, some just one. That's why a lot of vendors have a stated buy amount to purchase off them to stop other vendors making new accounts, buying from them and leaving negative reviews to affect their business.
While I do generally agree with the above statement, I feel SOTL puts his head above the parapet a lot from a community centric perspective when he's calling out some others. Doing this as a vendor account is incredibly brave as I'd hate to see the number of orders he has to cancel and how many shitty messages he gets. Pretty sure his hit rate is close to 100%. My first few orders were kinda insane, got 15g of wax, 10g and 5g all sent by 1st class, was pretty stupid by me.
Pre-rolls are a better gamble than shake imo, generally speaking, especially the kief laden ones.
All because they forgot to send my order, i think i ordered only 3 originally and was expecting that, was one of my first few orders here.

My postman is a fuckin geezer . To the point where I’ve actually trusted him to sign for my signed for deliveries if I’m not going to be in. He even takes my bins in for me if I’m out at work proper going that extra step. As BB said, just a £20 at Christmas time or Easter or something doesn’t half make his day/week/month but also reminds me that he’s keeping me sane by handing me these parcels!

Was the first time I negative reviewed anybody and he inboxed me because I changed my review from a 10 to a 4. Might have crapped my pants and told him I was afraid of accepting anything as goodwill and changed it back to a 10 and deleted my review.

I feel you, I used to like smoking silver bubbles in the day time and could get away with it, I think it’s just gotten stronger and our tolerances have gone up also so we didn’t notice
Had some Crumbled Limes from THC the other day and it's supposed to be sativa dominant, and it wiped me out. Wonderful stuff. Fell asleep a couple of times over the first few days of having it, as it was such a strong effect (my tolerance is currently very high too, so this isn't normal at all), and used it post nights to get to sleep too. Consistent for me. Would be interesting to see the interactions with other people and their particular body chemistry (it's potentially a pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics thing?), and how consistent that was.
Maybe you are saturating your receptors too quickly? If nothing else you could get some halfway decent scales (the Gemini-20 is generally considered the budget king), start weighing out your "doses", begin the day with the smallest possible dose necessary to achieve the desired effects, and climb incrementally from there.
I'm quite big on mixing landrace strains (or even just CBD dominant products) with cannabis bred more specifically for THC, which I find often unlocks a lot of hidden potential.
Last time I tried them (2025/02), DapperDank's thai pucks were pretty nice alone but I found became incredible in combination with more or less anything. I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. I'm gonna apologise up front. Didn't intend to make this a long post but it's mad the things you remember when you're baked and start writing 🙈🤣.
TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through 😖), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.

So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" 😷👀).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone 🙈
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.
Pain clinic won't do anything until I've had counselling, that I've been waiting for since October 2021, and it feels like the pain specialist's attitude is basically deal with it 🤷🏻♂️
Body is knackered, head is knackered, I applied for pip in June 2021 and am still waiting for a tribunal date after being diagnosed fully able bodied over the phone.
So for all of that shit 👆 (there's more but most have probably given up reading by now 🤣), the one constant comfort has been the beautiful miss Mary Jane and her ability to stop me from feeling like shit 24/7 365.
She's helped me to deal with an absolute shit hand of cards, in many ways, and I love her very much 🥰😅.

have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.

Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious 🤣.
I'm usually back to aching within the hour, but every little helps, right? 😅

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! Boy weed rants are good lol, peace bro and hope you're not in too much pain atm
I use it to alleviate anxiety, depression, BPD and PTSD symptoms. It's not a miracle cure, but it most definitely helps. CBD every day, THC on the weekends. The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. Vaping bud on the weekend helps me to feel normal, able to concentrate and like I'm not going completely insane with the flashbacks and emotional outbursts.

I also heard of a new therapy treatment with induced lucid dreaming, sounds really interesting! in case you are not open to psilocybin. psychedelic therapy has been super effective for ptsd and depression. for bpd I guess the research is still recent, but studies show how psilocybin improves emotional regulation. in my case, the best for my depression was psilocybin.
but of course, I'm no doctor and every body is a different universe.

I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.
wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.
it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.
if your IBS is not related to family history or bad eating habits, as is the case of my cousin, it is very much related to our mental health or even to the use of antibiotics in the long run without the essential supplementation of good bacteria (probiotics and/or prebiotics).

18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.
weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

Ur totally right dehydration happens a lot due to not stopping and having liquids enough at work, sometimes find myself at 5pm having only had one drink for the day but that's my fault, but something I'm gonna improve see if it helps. Cheers guys.
It helps just about everything for me, pain relief for both diabetic neuropathic and back injury pain. It reduces apnea:(it started when I had a five year break) and insomnia. And the main one for me is anxiety, although I must say the munchies do not help the diabetis!
I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.

I'm an amputee...lbk. I get terrible phantom limb pain...burning/ intense pins and needles...permanently! Have tried everything to control it and I really don't sleep much...tbh the best way to sleep for me us to get absolutely wankered so I pass out...obvs this is not a good life choice! Weed/ hash helps me cope and keeps me relatively sane...also helps me sleep...sometimes.

It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. Weed is is the only way.
I've been prescribed it medically for just over 2 years and it's made a massive difference to nerve damage and pain that the pills side effects can ruin minds and relief never came, I used to just enjoy it recreationally but daily medical use changes how i view and use cannabis and the state of the legal

When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. That was until a friend introduced me to hash at 14. At first it was just fun because I thought it was cool and I'd never experienced anything like it. As I got older I started to enjoy learning about the varying effects different strains of weed/hash could have. I also began to realize how much relief it gave me from my pain in my head and body. I got into the routine of going to school and then work, and having a smoke at the end of each day to wind down. No matter how much pain I was in physically or mentally, cannabis gave me true relief. I could have the most stressful day of my life, come home in a shit mood, but after I smoke my worries disappear, as does the pain.
Cannabis is amazing and it's a shame it's been a pawn in political agendas for the last 50 odd years because it's a wonder drug that everyone should have access to at least every once in a while. I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.

But since lockdown I've found cannabis is the only thing that lets me release the tension and focus on the bits I need to do my physio effectively, without it I over-tense and can't activate the muscles I need to without activating everything else around them.
The anxiety is a bit different, sometimes it's low level and I don't need cannabis to help, sometimes I can tie myself up so much I stammer... until I smoke. This is a more recent problem brought on by long periods of high stress, but people keep telling me to get diagnosed for ASD, which would explain a lot! I watched a video the other day where this doctor said some people use cannabis "to modulate neurodivergent behaviour" and thought that sounds about right! 😂

When I smoke I feel normal again. I can work, engage with friends, and be a happier, more productive version of myself. Keeps the nightmares away too lol

I have wet macular degeneration caused by VERY high myopia, so I'm basically losing my sight. There's no cure, but Cannabis helps with my mental health. (keep it light lol).

I was drinking heavily after the death of my father in my mid 20s had been a social smoker for years and been smoking more after I moved Thailand and got a bamboo bong I left in a hotel room with with Thai brick as was too prang to take to airport. This was 2018 and had to be under wraps. End of the year I lost my dad and a few months after my girlfriend at the time. I was very depressed and anxious and drank heavily every night. My friend got me some hash and suggested I put down the drink maybe noticing me copying my dad’s behaviour who was an alcoholic. The relief I felt in those days I never looked back.
I’m a daily user and sometimes smoke more than I would like sometimes I judge myself and think I’m an addict like my dad but recently had a week off and found it not difficult at all so recognised I’m not as dependent as I thought or maybe at some point was but the reason I’m drawn to the plant is it helps level me out so I’m at peace with it. I use shrooms aswell used a lot in the past- hundreds of trips but now I treat it sacredly and trip only couple times a year although I tripped a lot last year but my plug likes me and gave me a lot of freebies so had an oz in chocolates and gummies and got through it April/may time felt like I lot.

Been a smoker for years, I was a problem drinker before I got into weed and it helped get me off the booze for good. I’ve loved being a smoker some great times but it’s just not compatible with my life any more.. too busy with work and my family don’t like it so I have to be secretive which isn’t ideal. Has anyone tried to come off using mushrooms? Has it worked? Would you have any advice? I’ve had mushrooms a few times but no more than 3.5 in one sitting. I feel like I need a mental boost that will enable me to kick the habit.

Have you thought about natural highs... Like learning guitar or working on improving your body shape lifting? Boredom and disconnect lasts about a month with weed withdrawal which feels long when you are in it, but soon passes if you're bsy
i second the nutrition , i usually make pots of chanko and a lot of things like stews etc plenty of veg and good clean proteins.
no problem i used to smoke a lot and i do like an Oz in a week sometimes twice a month then i'll have a week or so off .The more you keep having regular Tolerance breaks the easier it is to do it next time.Its like anything even coffee or chocolate your body will miss it if its a regular thing. try taking st johns wart before bed but don't do it a lot its to boost your serotonin and help you sleep. But don't do it a lot because that can effect your sleep if your body starts to rely on it.
im gonna sound a bit of a hypercrit as ive been smoking on and off for 35 yrs, ive done pretty much everything, there is a wonderful book called allen carr easy way to quit smoking, its for ciggerettes, but if you change that word everytime he mentions it to weed , its pretty much identical, i never smoke fags anymore even in joints, i also no only smoke weed every now and then rather than daily, more of a reward than an addiction, so i may smoke weed a few days then take 2 months off, perspnally the best thing that goes with it, is a gym membership or join a martial art, make sure you go 5 times a week.

Thanks for your comment my friend. I’ve actually read the cannabis edited version of Alan Carrs stop smoking cannabis. The words are very suggestive and the hypnotherapy is interesting but in the end it didn’t work for me. I just love smoking a joint every now and again no matter how much I try to deny it so I’ve just tried to moderate and really make the most of the times when I smoke weed. I just try and avoid smoking in the day but working from home is very tempting if I have anything in. It is an emotional rollercoaster though isn’t it. I wish you the best either way try not to beat yourself up like I do to myself.

A couple of years ago Mushrooms changed my life. Every 2 weeks I was having a bigger and bigger mushroom trip. Going from 2 grams to 6 grams. It was when I was at 3.5G trip. I stopped eating crappy foods. Would only drink tea or Water. Started working out.
The only thing I couldn't stop was smoking.
But quit smoking last year in October when my chest was mega tight and couldn't smoke a J without feeling like my throat was on fire.
I used patches for 3 days
For the 1st week I would light up a J smoke a bit and flush it down the toilet after feeling guilty. And then just quit all together.
To be fair it stopped the crazy dreams you get after 2 weeks of stopping weed. @ 1st I missed the ciggys. But now I just fancy a spliff every so often.
The only thing I couldn't stop was smoking.
But quit smoking last year in October when my chest was mega tight and couldn't smoke a J without feeling like my throat was on fire.

You are spot on though if you really want to quit you can take yourself away for a few weeks and it does definitely reset if I’m being honest with myself I don’t feel ready to be completely teetotal. I'm doing this right now mate. I've had 3 decent doses, 3.5, 5.1 and 5.1 again, 2 weeks apart. Set my intentions and on first session had a challenging time, realised why I smoked so heavily though. Went back in to pick up where I left off and on the second trip found that I could deal with the negative thoughts and went through it all one by one. Had the 3rd trip and that was a really positive experience. I carried on smoking between each session but when I ran out I didn't buy more, which never happens. After the 3rd trip I haven't smoked, it has only been 12 days but feel totally refreshed, no longer craving weed every minute of the day. Not craving mushrooms either. I could go into a lot more detail. The mushrooms are a very powerful medicine for the mind. Treat them with respect, set and setting, have good intentions and know what you want to achieve. Be ready for a challenging time. They hold a mirror up to your personality and there is no escape, so be ready for it. Good luck.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I've now gone 8 weeks without a smoke, although I did have some gummies around 3 weeks ago, so not entirely stopped with the THC. Mushrooms are amazing, but I only have them every now and again. I will smoke again at some point, but it will not rule my life anymore. Stay safe!

I gather my smoking bits after work and I've just been forgetting to use them.. Normally flicking around the internet doesn't get me to forget to smoke. They reduce cravings, somehow? Idk if you're doing well or not, but it not, maybe worth a try?

Ideally I’d smoke once or twice a week but 7g is better than 24g so slight progess. Its not easy though is it could happily smoke myself silly. Not aware of NAC whats that like weed ominous? Done a few sessions didn’t sit right with me just made me want to smoke more. Hope it goes well for you anyway mate.
So relatable, I'm always creeping up smoking more and threatening to quit but only managing to cut back. I love it when I can get to 7g or less, it suits me better but same as you by the sounds of it, its an ongoing little battle. That NAC its a supplement, like vitamins. It stands for N-acetylcysteine. I swear by it now. Not completely quitting, I'm just trying to smoke less and its working out pretty well. If you give it a go, lmk how it goes. Take it easy :)

mate its easy to come off though if you have been smoking for years without a break it will take you 4-5 weeks to get over the return of REM sleep you might get some crazy dreams but that is about the worst thing that happens.
My problem is tobacco its harder to come off than cocaine so dont try and do both at the same time not sure mushrooms are the answer especially if you are not used to them.

Drinking green tea and fasting has helped me reduce the amount I smoke, I literally have 1 or 2 joints a night now,

Yeah good suggestions pal. Not smoked for 5 days and feel ok now, first few days felt like a crackhead. Im just going to Buy one or two pre rolls a week so i haven’t got weed lingering. It’s nice to know I can go without and be okay but stress and boredom are triggers for me.
Same here it’s hard to fill that gap, I’m down to one a night which is ok but ultimately I felt a little weird and on edge with out it, let alone the boredom 😒 It’s finding the balance I guess
Yeah spot on mate, I was smoking every day and I was needing to smoke to feel normal. It makes me appreciate it when i do have a smoke. Much rather be doing this once a week than getting battered on alcohol which is what I would be doing if I didn’t have the plant.

After two - three night using her i've still not drawn many conclusions, your body gets an insane buzz, movement is slow, but you will feel your intelligence increase (i know how strange that sounds).
You will notice things that are outta position, unsymmetrical, you will see colors you've never seen before.
All this is on a low dose, smoking away at leisure a few small puffs until you've had enough, up to every hour or so, they say you're good to go after an hour (low dosing it)
It goes very well with canna.
On the spiritual side, unlike salvia who wants to show you the world and what will become of the world, dmt seems to want to help you ( i know this sounds vry strange)
i had to prepare both mentally and spiritually before partaking, and my spirit was very eager to get going.
The dmt seems very caring with your best interests at heart.

So far I've had one session on my vape and it scared the shit out of me.
I never made it past the caliedescope , but on my last go , I took 6 tokes and asked to meet God.
He arrived straight away and pinned me to the floor. A multitude surrounded me and started to judge me. They shuffled through me like a deck of cards , showing me aspects and asking If this was really me.
I was completely at his mercy. At any moment he could have let me go and I would have disintegrated into the caleidescope never to be seen again.
I'm not a Christian , but I've really been trying to understand what it means. I felt like I was jumped by God and his goons. I think I've fixed a few things he showed me and I'm gonna go back soon. I hope they let me in this time.

What BBDoom said about feeling a buzz is pretty common. I used to feel a buzz come on my whole body, very pleasant though, like a blanket of warmth. Also ringing in the ears on the come up is common too though not uncomfortable.
One time my body felt so relaxed I thought I went toilet were I was laying lol. Fortunately not the case.
The funny thing about DMT is that you are completely lucid in the experience, not feeling under the influence the way you would with say weed or alcohol. Though a very noticeable change in how you think will become apparent but more as a realisation of forgotten truths.
People report meeting entities. All this stuff sounds pretty wild until you've experience it but once you're in it you're like ''oh, there's this'' as if plugged into the well of knowledge.
When I first met a blue entity I've had plenty of other trips feeling the presence of someone or multiple 'somethings' and can always distinguish whether they were male or female. One not so intense trip, I could feel the presence of a young girl behind me to my right while I felt the presence of a man in front of me but never saw them, just felt them.
The blue man had form though constantly shifting with no fixed state, like he was a clump of dense fractals that make up the infinite surroundings of most of what you see. He took me to a blue room where he bounced around, he was a goofy fella. I could feel a feminine energy join him as I was leaving. I later met the feminine energy as a pink blob in another trip where the same blue entity came as I was leaving.
Most of what I try to put into words only scratches the surface as with all reports. So I wouldn't try to apply too much meaning from what others experience as with other psychedelics it's very personal to where you are in your life. Though these experiences are so remarkable they are also simply in how they work, and comes with that sense of 'everything is obvious'.
Meeting entities sound scary until you feel them as part of you rather than perceive them as separate. Most of what you read will make you feel one way or another depending on the lens through which you understand these reports through.
My most intense trip was unlike any of my breakthrough experiences.
I had my first big dose by accident. There was a build up of resin which I didn't clean, I just remember the smoke being super harsh. I felt like I was in a black mist whilst being in absolute discomfort. Pain throughout my chest and abdomen, heavy behind the eyes convinced I was going to vomit. I kept calm, told myself I can do this, it will be ok. Then a glimpse of some fractals. They were very bright and vivid, 'hold up, I want to see that again' as they vanished promptly. Then as I breathed and calmed myself further everything exploded into the same glimpse of fractals, and the discomfort went. It was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen. I felt myself feeling powerful but not in a physical or egotistical way. In a mental way, reinforcing all that I have gone through to reach that point in time, hardships I had to overcome that I forget the significance of as I balance positive and negative emotions throughout the day. After I could feel masculine and feminine energy in what felt like its purest form, and how they came together to create this new feeling of oneness and love, all whilst processing notions of how this plays out throughout the animal kingdom. I had a brief mental image of a lion but nothing I saw through the trip, it was like picturing something in your mind when in reality except, my reality was colours and fractals. Very unique visuals, unlike any of my other trips I had or was to come. A lot of what was going on felt like it was happening in a black void, with the show being all central within this void.
If you ease into a breakthrough (3 hit dose) then it should all be smooth sailing. I can only imagine this being made easier with a vape. A room with little noise and light will be your friend.

The fractals seem to hold meaning . I'm starting to suspect that the world is just a jumble of unfolding fractals in the same way that a computer game is really just lines of code.

It'd hard to contemplate from our perspective of this 3d physical realm.

Are you sure you have you measurements correct? A gram of this is a significant amount when you should have 3DP scales to dose it in powder form...
100% certain I even went and rechecked 2 markets the lowest I saw was £40 I used to go through mountains of stuff in an emesh and box mod a few years ago. I don’t want to create bad drama but I also don’t want people to, in my eyes, get overcharged.
I mean when you’re at the point of going through mountains of stuff you can just get it from DM or synthesise it yourself if you’re that bothered.

I started to come down then and opened my eyes and the flinstones was playing on this big mirror in my room. The come down was horrendous I had work the next day, needless to say I didn’t make it in. Unbelievable experience though. Made me realise there is something else.

Was travelling when I was younger and living in Kings Cross Sydney, I’d heard that there was a cafe there that sold a bit of weed if you asked for certain things, anyway went in there, ordered and managed to get some, went back to my flat up the road, skinned up, smoked it and was smashed, put the tv on and they had a live broadcast on the national news if the cafe I’d just left getting full on raided by the police, spun me right out! 😆😂
I arrived to a campsite a bit later than planned and the main entrance was blocked off, no contact or anything to get in after hours so we drove about a bit and eventually decided to set up camp on a bit of grass next to an electrical sub station.

Cheers dude. I managed to find a fairly easy way. I signed up for a revolut bank account. They let you buy crypto. Minimal fucking about especially for a technophobe like me
Personally I'd recommend everybody gets a Crypto Bank account. Never any issues with transferring Fiat in both directions and exchanging for BTC is a doddle.
Plus you can use the Visa card just like you can with your high street bank card.

any chance you have a bitcoin atm in your area? its a quick and easy way of buying btc with cash, and its anonymous(no id required). you only need a wallet obviously, i myself use electrum and im pretty satisfied. the fees on the btc atm i use are quite high(5eu usually), but its worth it. less traces left behind
