Waiting for Refund Borg to process my refund of an order I cancelled. And it’s taken nearly 5 days to get a response saying they cant find my order online. Hoping its just a typo error in the order no. but has anyone else had issues getting refunds from an order they have cancelled. And how long does it usually take?

Just an advance notice, on Tuesday 03/03/26 we will be shipping any orders that come in on that day in the evening.
