I'm that case I expect you're doing a grand job. It's an unusual strategy to try to limit the number of people who'd want to buy from a new vendor but good luck with it.

I have no way of resolving if I don’t know who it is that has a problem, if there even is a real problem….

I’m leaning more towards it just being a fake review as the claim of not getting stoned is just ludicrous.

I can send the weed to whoever wants to test it and display the THC% results

That’s not really a productive answer…

The system needs updating then, the current one is easily vulnerable to abuse, as is proven with this case.

With no safety net or protection for a vendor, and no route to resolve if customer just wants to purposefully be difficult leaving fake review with low score and straight up lies to dissuade anyone else from ordering.

Reading back on my own last paragraph, if I were a scummy vendor this is exactly what I would do to abuse my competition, makes you wonder…

As you can see by a previous post, a few biggas on here thought your previous reviews were mostly faked.

That one seems like a genuine review of a 100 buck Oz. Everyone has different tolerances, so for all you know it didn't get him stoned.

It's a 5/10 review, it could have been a 1/10, I would move on and let it go.

ATM you're drawing more attention to what looks like an honest review (in the context of that Biggas other reviews).

One review isn't going to make much difference. And it isn't the only review you'll get that you don't like. You need a thicker skin in this place.

One review scoring 5/10 and literally saying do not buy this it won’t get you stoned WILL make a difference.

I’ve got a high tolerance and probably wouldn’t buy your product as I don’t think it would get me where I want to be, but as the vast majority of your reviewers are more than happy I wouldn’t worry about one shitty review, I’m sure it’s well worth the asking price just based on the reviews you’ve already received, it’s just not for me, prefer something with a bit more of a kick

Outright lies and slander would be saying your selling CBD shit and trying to pass it off. All they have said is it didn't get them high, many vendors have had this.. You'll get more negative reviews than this along your journey on here.

Definitely overthinking this one. You have no choice but to move on from it. It may be a $100 ounce, it may be accurately described but people will still review on there opinion and view of it.

It looks like that's their genuine review of this, may be fair, may not, I haven't tried it to speak on that but I think you're making a big deal out of nothing here.

Well the system has just been updated. Before anyone could set up an alt account and leave rogue reviews but now you can see how many purchases have been made and whether they tend to score low of high. If its their first review or100% low score then it suggests troll or an attempt at sabotage. No trolls in my experience leave 5/10 scores which is simply 'average'. They are going to leave 1/10 or 2/10.

Every vendor suffers the odd nefarious review in a non perfect system but most buyers can spot them and look at overall trend scores. We are not daft you know...

If it was recently updated and improved then this is a step in the right direction.

Again seeing the review stats underneath a reviewer does not help when you can only see it AFTER they have purchased and reviewed.

You can’t argue that a 5/10 isn’t a troll because trolls would leave 1 or 2/10.

Because anyone could set up trolling alts and purposely put loads of 5/10 fake reviews to slip under your argument of only 1/10 and 2/10 being trolls.

Isn’t it clear that a 5/10 which includes lies and slander is obviously a troll review among the many real 9s and 10s of genuine satisfied happy customers?

It’s not about being daft or intelligent enough to spot a troublesome review and ignore it, it should be about not allowing trolls to poison this place and continually get away with it with no consequence.

A 5/10 is not justifiable especially when you read the review its self, it is designed to dissuade others from ordering.

I have many serious suggestions on how to improve on many things but the Borg tends to have a habit of leaving me on read which is a slap in the face after spending time and effort coming up with said constructive criticism.
