Israel has murdered over 60,000 civilian's since October 7th over 14,000 of them children, 17,000 other children are without parents, Gaza has the highest rate of child amputee’s in the world, Israel has slaughtered men, woman and children every day for over 2 years and long before October the 7th, many of whom especially recently were sleeping in tents and waiting for aid, they have purposely targeted aid workers, ambulances and reporters, the UN special committee assessed that Israels actions in Gaza were consistent with Genocide including “the use of starvation as a method of war” and just last month the united nations concluded that Israels actions in Gaza “constitute crimes of war” and the very fact you can say “i don't condemn them” shows exactly what type of human being you are, October the 7th was terrible and disgusting any loss of innocent lives are but the way you show no compassion for the tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians that have been murdered but the IDF that had absolutely nothing to do with Hamas is quite frankly abhorrent and you should be disgusted with yourself, your whole argument which is quite frankly ridiculous at this point is “oh but October 7th” what about the thousands of civilians that idf killed in the decade leading up to October 7th do you condemn that? Israel is breaking international law by committing the crime of apartheid against the Palestinians, they are attacking civilians, healthcare workers, children, aid workers, and journalists. They are starving an entire population. They are taking land by force which does not belong to them. They kill prisoners and surrendered combatants. Israel is not doing apartheid , It's another emotive word with no actual substance . Just like Genocide . Islam is a genocidal ideology . Then I was in some Middle East country and saw a village that was being pillaged by men with turbans with massive knives it was like a moment from history that I got to watch wouldn’t have been my first pick lol. I saw this thing then it was like the most beautiful piece of art I’ve ever seen it was like a Chinese dragon it was yellow and blue the colours were so vibrant I have no idea what it was but it was absolutely stunning honestly indescribably beautiful not of this world something my mind wouldn’t be able to think up. I started to come down then and opened my eyes and the flinstones was playing on this big mirror in my room. The come down was horrendous I had work the next day, needless to say I didn’t make it in. Unbelievable experience though. Made me realise there is something else.
Was travelling when I was younger and living in Kings Cross Sydney, I’d heard that there was a cafe there that sold a bit of weed if you asked for certain things, anyway went in there, ordered and managed to get some, went back to my flat up the road, skinned up, smoked it and was smashed, put the tv on and they had a live broadcast on the national news if the cafe I’d just left getting full on raided by the police, spun me right out! 😆😂

I had the cast of Oceans Eleven (the Clooney one) follow me around the streets of Amsterdam as I strolled around in a blissful haze one Saturday afternoon.

Bizarrely we had some battery on the laptop so we put an episode of always sunny in philadelphia on and sparked a spliff. Out of nowhere a helicopter flew over and started circling above us with its search beam blazing. It carried on with its beam over the fields next to us and disappeared. No one ever came to ask us any questions 🤷♂️

Lemy Haze has got to be my pick I remember it was the first time I really had owt that smelled of anything other than… weed
Skunk no.1 is still around as is most of these Oldskool strains, apart from power plant I've yet to find. Someone needs to re establish that amazing strain here 👍

It's got to be psychosis for me. My friends dad back in roughly 2011 used to get cuts and bang 3 plants out every 3/4 months. The smell was unreal, a really deep stanky cat piss smell. A 3.5 in my pocket would stink out the whole house no question and the high was immense, would floor all my mates who would try. Still trying to find someone who grows the original, my friends dad moved since and I've never been able to find it
I'm not sure I ever had a good Northern Lights from the streets, but Haze and Cheese were both really popular back in the day. It's a tough choice 🤔 I'm going to go with Cheese, only because the best haze I had in my youth was in Amsterdam, and Cheese was everywhere locally at one point. Good times
Definitely not lemon haze for me. I find it too heady. I've had blue cheese a while back which was a lovely trip down memory lane as was the white widow I wrote about recently. I like it when some of the old strains pop up on LB and genuinely think many have interesting characteristics we've lost from lots of the modern kush / gelato crossed strains.
S8 for me which was an old skool clone only cut of white rhino that was about Kent and Sussex in the mid to late 90s. Stickiest, skunkiest, stinkyest bit I ever had. Any old skool heads remember this bad boy?
Cheese or Jack Herer, used to love these two. The strench from the cheese and taste being so pungent was so nice. The jack herer pineyness was also great for me, loved it.

Biscotti Cream. Grape Cream Cake is my grail strain, and this is it crossed with Biscotti. A recent JB pack of this from THC23 made me drool into my pillow after a smoke, even with my tolerance. There's something about GCC that utterly annihilates me, and I adore it.
I'm sure the one I really liked was Strawberry and cream but not 100% certain as I had it last Xmas. Personally I prefer TenCo but Jungle Boys got some good green
Maine Lobster is one of my all time favourite strains. Don't think I've had a TenCo i didn't like. Jungle Boys are pretty consistent

There’s certain vendors that always deliver and some mighty fine uk growers that give some of the stupidly priced green a run for the money (and usually win for me in a taste / stone vs $ scale)

Best consistent smoke for me = greencat skywalker OG. Smoked many z of this over a long period and many batches and all deliver.

I've had a bit of Druids last 2 grows, 8 strains, all superb, Indigo Sapphire was a stand out for me tho 👌
It’s such a minefield at the min ive been really disappointed with my last few purchases nothing like the descriptions from the vendors I’m really not into all these imports getting hard to find a decent bit of honest bud
I feel you man, Its hard to get the same quality from a strain you previously smoked and enjoyed. Each batch is usually different, there are some strains you will just never get back :(

Thanks. Yes would defo recommend them...all I use now. You can buy them pretty cheap.. I paid about £5 for 3 pretty basic ones, there is loads out there to choose from. I prefer the thinner ones, 7mm. Weed definitely tastes better and they don't get hot unless you try and smoke the bit that's gone up the pipe!

Standard Rux joint, this one with 3 small silver Rizlas, about 2/3 of a gold Benson, and 0.5g or so of THC's Crumbled Limes. I dream of being able to roll mad things with glass tips in them, and I've honed this level of 'skill' over decades as it is...
You know those little silvers are underrated, probably one of my favourite papers lol.

Didn’t really stick too well kinda like using a hemp wrap just lick and stick best you can and use a lighter to remove rest of the moisture
Idk what potassium tastes like but that’s probably what I imagine it to taste like

We have been in a state of regression since the 80s with TV and radio taking over, plus the birth and boom of gaming consoles.
Babylon was built without 1 screen or speaker present and and the cons massively out wiegh the pros in my opinion.

I think a lot of advancements are driven by the power of information and the difference between having it and not having it being a deciding factor in almost everything from individuals to nation states.

I don't see an alternative I think bringing back books and learning hands on far outweighs any progress that was made from the smart phone or the tablet.
All ancient empires were built without trivial prices of technology and thrived, and all that has happened since the birth of 'at home' technology is the degradation of the entire globe. And to be completely honest apart from technology getting more compplex what actual advancements have occurred in the last 50 years? There is still no 'cure' for things like cancer and dementia, people are dying younger and poverty is more prevalent now than it has been in that time.
I don't know maybe I'm old-school and would rather live in a world with the flintstones than the rothschilds.

Nice competition! Opinion: The constant bombardment of advertising drains the life out of me. All but a handful of very specific adverts make me wanna scream. I haven't always been like this. Nearly all of my life I've been able to tune it out as presumably most people do. But it's hard not to feel like I'm constantly trying to be manipulated, my [very basic, mind you] intelligence is constantly insulted, and that I feel very trapped by it. Nearly every facet of life

Vendors should test and describe their products personally (or have a tester to do so), and should do so with each new batch.
It's mostly important imo for medical folks but it'd serve all corners of the community, especially those on a budget.

Couldn’t agree more mate. Big shout to HumbleB for a sample of some lovely top tier hash. First off the smell alone lets you know it’s genetics are from some high grade bud, it’s touch crumble almost fudge like and burns a treat defo not fake hash lol, the high is as good as any other top tier I’ve smoked only small amounts needed too which is a bonus always.
