How do I open a dispute?

Gutted this is my first post on Lb. I've had 18 buys with no issues at all but unfortunately a order I placed on 26/9 is a no show and I've had absolutely no communication from the seller. On my orders page it states I can open a dispute from 5/10 but I have no dispute option on my orders page. Could anyone point me in the right direction please? I've ordered from the seller in question before with absolutely no issues so I don't want to name drop or leave bad feed until I have gave them a fair chance to respond but looking at recent feedback it seems the same story for a lot of other buyers

The exact same thing as me, what's worse is the seller has been online since my message.

I paid on the 27th, got nothing.

I can't help but I'm in the same boat.

It's very frustrating when you see the seller has been online and sending out other orders but yet can't take the time to respond. And unfortunately looking at recent feedback quite a few people are in the same position at me

Everyone has different preferences so what's good for some is bad for others, vice versa. Despite that there still has to be one batch/strain that is top of the tree?

There needs to be categories as diminishing returns the higher price you go imho.

There’s certain vendors that always deliver and some mighty fine uk growers that give some of the stupidly priced green a run for the money (and usually win for me in a taste / stone vs $ scale)

Best budget for me atm = Ukgrower2 smalls, it’s as good as bulldogs “non prime buds”!

Best consistent smoke for me = greencat skywalker OG. Smoked many z of this over a long period and many batches and all deliver.

I feel you man, Its hard to get the same quality from a strain you previously smoked and enjoyed. Each batch is usually different, there are some strains you will just never get back :(

Owner could have this change and alot of other changes on here generously bountied to incentivise them getting completed.

Very generous of the vendor, but the amount of profit this site brings in on a daily basis, a few thousand is literally pennies.

Why are vendors having to chip in? The owner should increase the reward themselves for everyone's benefit. Money talks, if the incentive is high enough the job will get completed.

Recently my profile is showing 100% disputed for orders. I have 25+ orders and I'm actually closer to 50 buys.
I've had 1 dispute in that time and that appeared as 2-3% on my profile.
Using Brave browser on both PC and android/google pixel 7 and get the same issue.

Also about the only one dispute i had...I just auto settled with a broken dispute % so I got less then I should of because of this damn bug.

Yeah man it's obviously a bug. No vendor is going to see the amount of buys we both have and think I'm disputing every single order and you've done half of yours. Pretty sure we would be blacklisted long before now!
