my vendor sent me 2 broken cartridges, and so for that he said he’ll send me another as he was supposed to send me only one and he didn’t even send me the one I bought he sent me 2 different ones so I said okay its fair, I disputed against him and only then he replied he didn’t reply a week or 2 prior, he told me straight away to take off the dispute and he’ll send me another one so I did, and now hes saying hes In spain and he’ll deliver when he’s back!!! is there anyway to raise another dispute or something because thats a pisstake
