Hi,
My mate has asked me to get him some mushroom chocolate.. any ideas who I should go to for this? Not something I've looked for before , so honestly no idea where to start..
Mate eats a fair amount of edibles, but hasn't had shrooms un a long time, so looking for something with a decent strength, but easily portioned so he can go gradual.

Rocket dog Ronnie also does some shroom chocs with RSO - I’ve heard good things about a bit of THC to soften the come up on shrooms (tip of the hat to FunGalCate). I haven’t tried them yet but eyeing them up.

Hey folks.
I'm taking a break from smoking for a bit, and wanted to try some edibles again!
I'd made an order with medi-mart yesterday, after messaging back and forth, and then with no reason provided they've cancelled the order ..all I've been a le to get from them is a message saying ' the main guy must not like my profile'
Dunno what I can do about that so needing to find another supplier of good and strong edibles.
Greatful for any suggestions🙌
Oh, and if anyone can tell me what's wrong with my profile that would be super helpful..thats almost 3 years I've been here and never any issues before!🤔

Hi all,
Looking for some advice.
My dad-now 74, had a stroke 13 years ago and to be honest we are blessed everyday he is with us, as the Dr said it should have killed him.
He has always struggled with what I'd describe as phantom limb pain, as technically he has no feeling on left leg. It has become increasingly problematic to the point he has very little independant mobility now. He has been given (I'd swear) every drug under the sun by Dr's and is being told there is little can be done now.
Does anyone know or have experience of the best option thx wise?
I have convinced him in past to try cbd oil but it didn't help at all.
Just wondering what other options may exist that I can discuss with him.

my partner has a brachial plexus injury in their arm which causes the same thing. Since she gave up smoking, the neuropathic pain has mostly stopped, so I'd advise against using any form of THC to fix it as it could make it worse.
You could try microdosing shrooms, around 0.3g would be a microdose. Other than that, I'd definitely advise against using THC to fix it. Try using CBD again.

I've just stalled on an order as transaction fee was £10 for a £40 order! I know they've been crazy high and this is lower than the £29 I had to pay just before Christmas, but pretty sure I read a thread saying fees were dropping right back down again..any idea when best time to try and pay is to get a lower fee?

I randomly check every day. Past 3-4 days I think it dropped down to £3.90. I check this morning it was £10+. If you check it multiple times an hour you might notice a trend in the fee and if it is dropping or getting higher. I say this but the only way I check which I'm not sure if it's even correct, is by doing a preview buy on the coinbase wallet app, what ever the fee that comes up on the preview buy I assume that's how much it'll cost me to send from the coinbase app to the order address wallet. Not sure if that even makes sense 😶🌫️

Jesus. This has hit me really hard. I’ve been smoking weed for 30 years. 11 weeks ago I had a huge (tennis ball sized) lump pop out of my neck. Dr diagnosed me as having an infection of the parotid gland (saliva gland). Antibiotics for a week, lump hung around for a month.
Had an ultrasound scan 3 weeks ago, turns out it’s a tumour 😞 Stopped smoking that day. 30 years crashed down on me during that one 15 min appointment.
Was immediately put in the NHS suspect cancer 2 week pathway. Had an FNA (biopsy) and an MRI scan 2 weeks ago. Here I am, awaiting the news. Avoided googling the shit outta this, then stumble across this post. Blown me away a bit. I mean, we all know smoking isn’t big or clever, but this has been the biggest wake up call of my life, obviously.
I am part of a very reputable profession, married for 25 years, 4 kids. The works. Here I am, absolutely petrified waiting on a phone call.
Long story sorry. Thought I’d share tho.

We believe it's the smoking that is the problem..you cannot get away from the dangers! But working with cannabis oil doesn't yield the unwanted effects and works as the plant intended. Can even yield the psychedelic effects and change things on a spiritual level way more than smoking! We believe in it as a psychedelic medicine just like our medicine! It has the power to change lives :-) Get well soon brother! You can change things around with changing your mind ;)

I had one in 2006. Turned out to be a pleomorphic adenoma- the most common kind. Thankfully it is benign and was out and touch wood I’m all good except I have a scar that makes me look like I was a ruffian in my younger years

They mentioned the possibility of a common type, that would need removing even if benign. I didn’t take in the name tho. Like I touched on, I’m (usually!) a rational person, but I haven’t googled anything about this. My wife has tho, a lot, she works within the NHS and has spoken to people in this field. We have an unspoken understanding atm and not really discussing it at all. Her mum passed away very young with a cancer in her neck, I know she’s in bits about this. This is breaking me inside.

Thank you for sharing your story. Try and keep your head up, just make sure you act on the doctor's advice and do so quickly. Please keep away from smoking anything at all now though mate, for you and yours.

So I have smoked weed with tobacco for these 30 years. Smoked cigarettes in the 90s, early 00s, then rolling tobacco. Never a ‘heavy’ fag smoker really, but a heavy joint smoker through (weed and tobacco). Bought a mighty vape last year in an effort to kick my combustion habbit. Used it twice as I really didn’t get in with it. Not smoked anything since my scan that confirmed a tumour, 4 weeks ago. Never found quitting so easy. Currently enjoying the benefits of not having a dependency of any sorts for the first time in my adult life. Felling a better dad and husband for it tbh.
Used a lot of chemicals in those 90s/00s years and have had an ‘unhealthy’ relationship with alcohol since covid, which I have got on top of over the last 9 months.

Just to add to all the brilliant advice here; alcohol has been found to be considerably carciogenic if you can abstain it will massively help. Avoiding anything processed or containg high amounts of sugar will encourage better health and if you subscribe to the school of thought that suggests cancer cells thrive on glucose it may even help with reducing or preventing cancerous growth.
Mate, sending you all the best for good news. My friend just went through this and is out the other side after having it removed. Was scary for her waiting on the results, and then getting the face surgery. But she's all good now and has a sick scar to show for it. Sending all my best thoughts your way.

I mean, that makes sense.. I don't think anything is really *supposed* to be combusted and inhaled. I know so many people already preach and I don't just wanna be another one, but dry herb vapes truly are a great way to consume. Bud lasts longer, tastes better AND you get avb to use in edibles at the end! I'll still be bongin' and spliffin' it up but it's great to have so many options nowadays
No doubt dry herb vaping is almost certainly way better in terms of health risks than smoking (I also do it as well as edibles). On the other hand, the research on the health risks for dry herb vaping is still extremely limited. Inhaling hot particulates (which still happens with vaping) tends to be no bueno for health.
Very true. We're still kind of in the infancy of cannabis research. We know the long term effects of cigarettes and alcohol but, with the legality of weed over the years, we've still got so many unanswered questions about it. And dry herb vapes really haven't been around that long either. I just hope that we get some conclusive answers in our lifetimes...
I think carts are going to prove a massive roadblock for cannabis development and freedom because of growing health concerns. WithTHCA, D8 & D10 workarounds these are available all across N.America now and the demand is huge with consumers able to puff through 1ml carts or more every single day. Chemical contamination is rife. These things ARE addictive. California is reporting rapidly increasing needs for specialist pulmonary treatments amongst all ages and new clinics are opening rapidly.

As much as I want to believe that the convenience and discretion of carts is a positive thing, sadly you're 100% spot on. People doing blinkers and landing themselves in hospital isn't an uncommon occurrence in the US, I think seby G (weedtuber) had an incident like that. People going through a gram of 90%+ THC distillate in a day is just insane on so many levels. And as far as contaminants, I 100% believe there's more contaminated carts in the world than legit ones. By a big margin. From pesticides and vitamin E acetate all the way up to spice-laden disposables now prevalent across the UK. It's really a worrying trend and the demand for carts is going up by the day.....

I wouldn't be surprised at all tbh, 900mg of pure THC every single day cannot be a good thing. Plus there's no entourage effect with disty carts, which is good for some but I personally think the other terps and cannabinoids are what "makes" a high. Even so, rosin/live resin carts must still have 70%+ THC a lot of the time. Overconsumption is the worst thing anyone can do with weed imo, stay within your limits and enjoy it! Don't just get to an 11/10 high all day every day

I love vaping more then smoking but I've found I go through it quicker when I vape. Are you a consistent and daily vaper?
Pretty much, yeah, but I go through phases. I'll definitely go through more bud when vaping compared to bongs but joints not so much. The vape high is more enjoyable though in my opinion
Vaping flowers is deffo my fave way, I just find I go through it a bit!
I read recently that when we vape flowers the high effect dissipates faster then when you smoke it but you get a stronger thc high then you would smoking.

I go to Lanzarote every January, and usually visit the club in Playa Blanca…Never had any issues taking away a little something with me to consume at my villa
Another fan of Lanzarote here. Its quiet and friendly. The food is generally of a decent standard most places. The weed scene is very, very easy to integrate into. Some places are pricey. Outdoor weed is good there, they can do 3 grows a year! The best thing about the canaries is its proximity to morocco. Lanzarote is awash with good clean hashes from lovely polms to oily hassans. All hashes are available and are cheap. Ive only ever seen locals smoke hash. Never weed. Some clubs are overpriced. Stay off the strips/proms. Enjoy

Same location, but last June. Really enjoyed it. Went to MagZ and mood 420. MagZ was basically a really good and relaxed dam coffee shop. All the products looked amazing - the hash was all really good. Mood 420 was a villa with a pool that was so relaxing. The owner was super chilled and the menu was small but quality.

Any major city, but if you're looking to ''maximize'' the quality and variety of weed/hash etc. available then definitely Barcelona. Madrid is decent, tons of clubs but harder to find top quality, Valencia as well has a lot and honestly the quality on avg is prbly better in valencia given you don't have an onslaught of tourists that make it so most clubs operate as lil shops to sell them kind of shitty weed like in madrid. But honestly literally any city that has tourists will have at least one club.
Spain is very well known for cannabis usage and clubs. Clubs are awesome but won't allow you to take anything out with you

That just plain not true, I've been to over 20 clubs all over spain never once not been able to leave with my product. Obviously it not legal outside but they're just going to tell you if you get caught never say you got it from here.
I was in playa blanca (lanzarote) in January. 3 spots to choose from, ended up at weed mania so can't comment on others, but WM were great, and no issues taking away, provided you stayed for 10-15 mins, so enough for a wee sample.
Both flower and hash were great, as someone else has said, you cat knock the hash being so close to morroco, it was really good.

I think most sellers avoid PO boxes. It's annoying cos most UK vendors offer same day delivery but it seems like not to Spain. Might be worth speaking to them directly as they might be able to sort you out with the delivery?
Check out the history of elysium lanzarote. Sold everuthing for 10 a gram. Thats how it worked. Amazing place. Amazing people. Contributors to society. Elysium in mata gorta was super good. Hassan, polm, flower. Indoor, outdoor. Price umbrella 10. 3 seasons of chocolate mint o.g. indoor and out.
Elysium basically were a collective, and from what I can see they poured all the profit into covid prevention at the time. True cannabis heros them folks. They tried to fry my brain too which was super nice of them. Thanks for the dabs.

I think cigarettes actually enhance the taste and smell of the terps in a spliff. I find it a lot more dull when I smoke raw. Just tickly as fuck.

the anticipation of getting high, including buying, receiving and rolling /preparing is more enjoyable than actually being blazed. but somehow sober me cant wait to blaze, and blazed me is always a bit anxious and paranoid.

Totally agree, as strains get crossed more and more the tastes and effects are getting similar across all types

I think there has to be an element of nostalgia or rose tinted specs but seems to me the feeling is so common that there must be some truth to it. It's certainly the case that I haven't come across anything with that old school skunky, cheesey, funk that used to seem so common. Original strains like cheese, northern lights, ak47, jack herrer, afghan kush etc are all things i miss.
Also been years and years since i saw what i would call proper blueberry which used to be so distinct, or tangy lemon haze that both used to be staples.

I think the problem was more people calling not very good weed stardog n then people started to get the impression it wasn't very good , a good bit of stardog is hard to come by these days but also hard to beat in terms of knock out effect
I can't stand it when people say they got 'gassed' off a product in reviews. Something about the word cringes me out (I know it's unreasonable).
Hybrid ratios mean almost nothing, not sure how you could ensure which percentage of which parent comes through in the offspring or realistically claim 60/40, 50/50 etc.
If you knew that you started with 1 100% indica and 1 100% sativa then technically the offspring should be 50/50 , however from experience I can tell you that some would hold more indica traits and other Sativa....Pretty sure they just estimate it and hope for the best

Yes I did.
I received the Lemon Cherry strain of Growlers Icecaps.
It's incredible stuff, fruity terps from the bud, I taste strawberry, blueberry, cherry and lemon in that order.
The bud is covered in white THCA diamonds, both inside and out.
I highly recommend it, if you like to get seriously high.
It was also overweight, weighing in at 28.9 grams.
My only criticism is that I would like to be able to choose which strain I receive.
But the bud is fire and overweight and with the THCA diamonds, it's incredibly strong.

Joking aside, the problem here is that Proof Borg will remove any competitions that are not shown to be “demonstrably fair”. This includes any competition where the vendor or for that matter Biggas are the judge. That’s why most competitions are so boring based on guessing bitcoin price, bonus balls or footie scores. Apparently we can’t be trusted with anything creative (or fun!) 🤷♂️🙄

I was one of the lucky ones who won on UWiB recent summertime story comp. Totally delighted, but also totally indecisive, the legend made up a wee selection box with 2 different types of gummy and 2 lots of capsules!
Comes were great, sent swiftly and arrived the next day😁
Sampled everything now and onto a total winner, really lovely high of the bears, the cubes need a clear night to enjoy and the capsules are like the best ever sleep aid (indica ones), so can't wait to try the saliva ones!

I assume kid is relative, anyway I was on holiday with a couple friends down by the beach, we snuck out without the parents knowing (not the safest thing to do in Africa) and went looking for a club or somewhere we could drink (underage still in school) we found one and didn't take long to get pissed, don't know what time it was but we started heading back, up a steep hill cliff on one side inland, and a hand rail with a steep sandy slope to the beach on the other side, the one friend leaned over the railing to throw up but ended up throwing himself over and rolling all the way down to the beach where he just lay, the rest of us called but just heard some sort of laughing, so we all climbed over to go help, none of us made it down without falling and rolling, we all (3 of us) lay at the bottom on this beautiful beach as the sun was coming up, if only we had a joint to pass around, laughing and wondering how we weren't hurt at all

I once got my finger stuck in a coconut after trying to smash it open on a wall on the way home from the school fair. The opposite side cracked open where I was holding it causing the skin of my finger to get trapped. Had to knock on a random house and get them to smash it open with a hammer and screwdriver. They probably tell stories about that time the fat kid with a coconut stuck to his finger knocked round.

I had to take a few days to decide as didint have a rig so was leaning toward edibles and then last minute I decided to buy a rig and get some of the live resin.
Delivery was 2 days from when it was sent and got the tracking straight away.
Arrived with perfect stealth and a couple of edibles thrown in too. Cheers bud😊
First night my rig hadn't arrived so I stuck a tiny bit of resin in a roll fag, and Holy moly! I was baled quickly and for absolutely ages🤣 it is so bloody strong..
Rig arrived next day and a total game changer.. honestly love this stuff so much.

Tried this generous sample in my Tinymght. It has a clean sweet, creamy lemon and pine aroma and taste. Very tasty and smooth. I’m liking the Haze side of this. Deceptively potent. Nice head high not too racy and a mellow stone afterwards. Multi layer stealth spot on and good value for the price. The added picture of Silver Bubble reminds me of the Thing (1982 of course) changing into a dog… maybe I’ve had too much.

Silver bubble is a favourite of mine, ive tried others on and offsite but none slap like dopeys. I have mental health issues and silver bubble is a great strain for combating that. I had one bowl (approx .3 of a gram) and was nicely stoned, made a world of difference to my mood, calm yet elevated, didnt stop my brain racing but did slow me down. When i decided to go back for a second bowl, i just about finished it, didnt have time to decide i wanted to nap, the nap took me. Fluffy dense buds, covered in crystals, grinds like a dream. Honestly top 10 go to orders for me. Really hoping this sticks around! Tysm dopey mate, lovely example of SB there

Arrived and rolling now Dopey thank you. Clearly good quality flower even if my nose is too blocked to smell it properly. Strong trichomes throughout the bud and has fluffed up real nice in my grinder. More to follow after experiments, plural, for science and objectivity of course. Im very thorough 😂

I found the high gradually and steady being exactly what I expect from silver bubble. The physical relaxtion and the happy mellow Haze influence working wonders.
Not strong enough to knock me but highly effective in improving my mood after a 14 hour work day and eased my aches and pains [fybromyalgia]
Head high was not sedating but relaxing and uplifting. Body high not overwhelming.

So I guess the obvious thing to do here is thank Dopey and any other dwarves involved. So thanks! The next big elephant in the room is the appealing scent of myrcene filling the room. The terpenes are strong. My second thoughts turned to the familiarity of the haze lineage, particularly the Northern lights is present both in aroma and also bud formation. Pretty. The next thing that jumped out at me after peeling through the layers of stealth was, and trust me here Im guilty of trimming way too much bud in my time was that this bud had been hand trimmed beautifully. No machines thrashing trichomes to oblivion. Nice! On the toke shes bringing me to the far east. Indian dry spices and incense like vetiver expand in your lungs and becomes more subtle and nuanced on the exhale. Much more subtle than a patchouli adorned hippy chick. A nice clear head space opens out and expands into a touchy feely body rush climaxing into a lovely inner calm. Very friendly and zen smoke this. Polar opposite to what I expected (just another dutch bulk strain). Its not. I know reserva privada done seeds for this, I assume this ones a special cut!

I going to finish up by saying, I really like the layout of the UK Buds listing at the bottom of the menu. There are a good range of prices here. At 7 grams for sixty dollars she weighs in below the $10 a gram rung on the price ladder. Good value at this price, the absolute care in trimming really sets this apart in this price range. Good options there in the UKBuds section. Im ending this review now as my mind is wandering and im now thinking "that platinum dawg has got to be worth trying". Once my curiosity has been piqued there is no choice! But I can try it cause we got a real good vendor here.

It was glasgow 2003, blur were playing the barrowlands and me an my mate got some tickets. We travelled down on bus, having a single skinner before getting on and then ate an acid🙈
4hrs on the bus later and we arrived totally out of it and had to book into our hotel pretty famn wasted.
Straight out though to a mate who had a homemade dab kit and after 2 goes I honestly thought I was dying😅😅
After dropping another tab we ended up at the gig , no odea how security admitted us, but I remember clearly sitting in the bar area and turning to my mate, and saying 'not being funny, but I can hear people talking'😆 only about 2000 folk there at the time, even better my mate replied (in perfect english), 'I don't even think I can speak English anymore'🤣
The gig itself was amazing and we had the best time, ended up back at my mates at had a couple more dabs before somehow making our way back to the hotel..
It was an insane night, I didn't touch any drugs for about a month after, such was my state of mind the following day on the bus.. but an absolute belter to look back on🫠

so one random wednesday i tried some lemon cherry gelato live resin. smelled like lemon candy and gas, really sharp. never used live resin before, usually just shrooms and weed flower. my buddy said this was next level.

I think we have the biggest range of edibles to be honest. You can find us at the top of most reviewed.
I wouldn't trust anything that says 500mg a packet if you can eat the whole pack. Our gummies are 250mg a pack. if you ate just one of our packs you'd be on another planet. I know people who have done this after eating a pack of the 500mg sprayed ones going around.

First came Bald Eagle Bakery gummies- back then sold indirectly by UK Dispensary. Then came the original Stoney's Chocolooney from Pistach which was one mighty fine chocolate bar. Now its FECO gummies, Nerd Ropes and all sorts of joy from the one and only Rocketdogronnie....oh boy, its a great time for edible lovers!

I was one of the lucky ones, and this week took delivery of 10g golden teachers as my prize for coming 3rd in Nordshrooms recent comp.
It's been a long long time since I had some shrooms, and fair to say I was a little nervous, but also very excited to sample again.
Gotta give a big shout, and compliment to the vendor, postage was 24hrs as promised and well packaged, also comms were continual and informative, giving advice on some additional products to purchase on line to help with managing and enhancing the experience.
As luck would have it, I also acquired some mushy gummies last week, and so on fri I had one of those, which was essentially a micro dose, still enough to give me a bit of a head rush but nothing to wild, and felt like a great warm up for the big night on the Saturday.
So onto sat, Me an my mate prepared 6g between us, and around 7pm we ingested and waited, and waited..by about 7.45pm I was starting to feel even so slightly sick, my mate seemed fine and then I started to come on pretty strong. Colours were dancing and I couldn't take my eyes of a pretty dull picture which just seemed to be calling at me.. before long I was in fits of giggles, as was my mate and there was definitely some full on visuals taking effect.
The pre mixed water drink was a great shout, keeping us hydrated and almost acted as a bit of a grounded and things ramped up over the next 2-3 hrs.
It never felt out of control, and for about 2hrs we both felt really creative, having a wee acoustic jam and at that point we may as well have been Lennon and McCartney - the music was ace, and we just felt so comfortable in our trip.
It must have been about 1am, when things started to calm down, and we both felt pretty tired, out came a pre roll kush joint, which went down a treat, before I left to head home for bed.
The walk home was interesting, I did feel a little on edge, but was quickly home, into bed and fell asleep pretty quickly.
When I woke this morning, I actually felt really fresh and in such a good mood.
So totally enjoyed the experience, and will be looking to do this again in future, maybe taking slightly less and heading out on a nice long walk ( my favourite thing)
Definitely recommend Nordshroom as a vendor, absolutely spot on, and will definitely return for more someday.
If anyone is new to shrooms or like me haven't had for a long time, I would definitely suggest reaching out for a chat with vendor and they will talk you through best way to consume..

Highly Recommended Vendor
I've had so many people recommend the weed and service of Druids Magic that it is unreal. It's like the vendors really are druids and actually cast a magic spell on their buds prior to posting them which hypnotises people into commenting 'Druids Magic' everywhere that bud or vendor recommendations are discussed. It's also possible I don't know a huge amount about druids, magic or hypnosis. Either way It felt important to me that I investigate this hot topic and test it out for myself because while I may not know much about druidism, what I do know a fair bit about is smoking weed.
Will I come out of the experience zombiefied and only able to slowly mutter the words "Druids Magic" as an answer to every question? Let's find out.
Who Are Druids Magic?
As far as I know DM are a home grower and small vendor on LB. They have limited stock and limited options as they sell off their own grows. As such, any time I'd looked at their menu they appeared to be sold out or to be in between grows.
I Swiped Right:
This time I dropped them a message and true to reputation they were super keen to help me out with a couple of strains they had via a custom order. This is the way forward here.
The communication level was off the charts even before I ordered. After I pressed go, every state of the order was documented to me via message. There are surgeons who operate in less detail than this.
That's all very reassuring but I'm now at the waiting stage which is the worst bit of LB. Where's my weed?
Waiting:
"He waits. That's what he does. And I'll tell you what. Tick followed tock followed tick followed tock followed tick...... "
But what didn't follow was my weed. Not yet.
I'd hoped for RM efficiency but I also hope for world peace. I'm basically a dreamer. There is always tomorrow.
Day 1:
It's so far only been one working day so please don't read my impatience as a delay. I'm excitable and just really want to try this stuff out. I believe if there is one single thing that everyone on LB can relate to it's waiting for a weed delivery.
The postal folks do not understand the significance of what is happening here or the utter importance they are tasked with. Oh - hang on - that's actually the aim isn't it!
The Red Van:
Postman Pot has been. Dreams have been delivered. I ordered on Saturday and my parcel was delivered on Tuesday. That's a good service. Let's see what it is all about.
Stealth:
Stealth is thoughtful enough without me deep diving the details. It ticks my boxes and the buds arrived in good condition without leaving a bisto trail of stench in their wake.
Big Bags:
I ordered 7g and Druids sent me about 9g in total across two strains. One half is the Candy Kush and the other is the Coco Jambo. I've no idea if this extra weight is typical but it is of course appreciated.
Tis a Stinker:
First impressions upon opening the bag of cosmic - bloody hell that's a smell from somewhere deep in my memories. I had to take several sniffs. It's a pungent sweet old skunky aroma that instantly makes me think of my early 1990s trips to Amsterdam. This was back in the days where Dam weed was so far superior to UK stuff that it may as well have been a different drug. That's the smell here - of something long lost but welcome to return. It reminds me a bit of the original old bubblegum in Dam too.
The Grow:
I don't know enough about grows to adequately understand the production here but basically this stuff isn't the commercially produced furry pebbles. These are large natural looking buds that are looser than is typical from a modern commercial grow.
The buds are a little sticky and will benefit from being in a jar to even out. That might just be from travel as some buds don't seem to love being sealed up in the postal process. It's perhaps part of the reason for the tendancy to produce furry pebbles commercially as they do travel well.
The cosmic grinds fine though and it's not like you've just poured glue into your grinder. The bud is not wet but it just wants some love and care to hit perfection. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. Much delightful smell was released in the grinding process.
Cosmic Kush Family:
Cosmic Kush is a mix of Trainwreck (constructed of some very old genetics) and Kush which is still of course a mainstay of many vendors menus.
Smoking it I feel I'm getting more of the Trainwreck than the Kush and it's that end of the scale my nose instantly seemed to recognise when opening the bag too.
Although arguably much of the power probably has come from the kush I've no idea how to quantify that. Not least as I'm blazing a smoke while writing this.
It's a lovely smoke though, that much I can verify for sure. Smooth, clean, with a floral sweetness. It has an initial hit and a follow up stone with some smells and tastes that are deep rooted into my own cannabis history being enjoyed by my senses in the process.
You People Make Me Do This:

So I guess I'm picking up on the tropical genetics which has orange cookies in its lineage. The coconut milk side feels like it contributes less but is probably subtly balancing the flavour which is why I felt it was mulled.

Of the two weeds, going by the name, then going by the smell, I'd have bet on the Cosmic Kush being my favoured strain. I'm not sure that's true at all though smoking them.

This weed feels very well cared for and thoughtfully produced. It's powerful in both strength and flavour.
I guess comparing the service of Druids Magic to a high volume vendor is like putting your local Aunties cafe in a cage fight against a branch of Subway. Yes, Auntie knows your name and does a fine cheese and pickle sarnie and Victoria sponge cake but often you crave the mindboggling choices and size of a Subway footlong followed by more cookies than any human should consume in one session.
Would I Recommend Druids Magic?
The simple answer is yes I would. Drop them a message, try out some strains, the entire experience will be lovely from the first message to the first smoke - if your experience is anything like mine.
You'll end up with some lovely stinky weed that gets you completely stoned. If that's not an ideal transaction on LB I don't know what is.

I have had nothing but a lovely experience with the druids and their weed is a lovely natural product made with care. But....
I'm sure we all know my love for Green Cat remains borderline creepy. I really like caressing my way through the many strains on their menu and making the hard choices and doing research is part of the experience I enjoy. While I do return to old favourites I tend to explore new flavours every week.
I'll Be Back Though:
I will however be visiting Druids Magic as they get their new grows done and seeing what's what. This is especially true if they put an orange strain up. Now that could be a very interesting proposition from this grower. Something like the Orangina or a Tangie. So I've been glad of the introduction and thanks to the really impressively large number of people who recommended the Druids to me. I can see why you are super fans.

I've had so many people recommend the weed and service of Druids Magic that it is unreal. It's like the vendors really are druids and actually cast a magic spell on their buds prior to posting them which hypnotises people into commenting 'Druids Magic' everywhere that bud or vendor recommendations are discussed. It's also possible I don't know a huge amount about druids, magic or hypnosis. Either way It felt important to me that I investigate this hot topic and test it out for myself because while I may not know much about druidism, what I do know a fair bit about is smoking weed.
Will I come out of the experience zombiefied and only able to slowly mutter the words "Druids Magic" as an answer to every question? Let's find out.
Who Are Druids Magic?
As far as I know DM are a home grower and small vendor on LB. They have limited stock and limited options as they sell off their own grows. As such, any time I'd looked at their menu they appeared to be sold out or to be in between grows.
I Swiped Right:
This time I dropped them a message and true to reputation they were super keen to help me out with a couple of strains they had via a custom order. This is the way forward here.
The communication level was off the charts even before I ordered. After I pressed go, every state of the order was documented to me via message. There are surgeons who operate in less detail than this.
That's all very reassuring but I'm now at the waiting stage which is the worst bit of LB. Where's my weed?
Waiting:
"He waits. That's what he does. And I'll tell you what. Tick followed tock followed tick followed tock followed tick...... "
But what didn't follow was my weed. Not yet.
I'd hoped for RM efficiency but I also hope for world peace. I'm basically a dreamer. There is always tomorrow.
Day 1:
It's so far only been one working day so please don't read my impatience as a delay. I'm excitable and just really want to try this stuff out. I believe if there is one single thing that everyone on LB can relate to it's waiting for a weed delivery.
The postal folks do not understand the significance of what is happening here or the utter importance they are tasked with. Oh - hang on - that's actually the aim isn't it!
The Red Van:
Postman Pot has been. Dreams have been delivered. I ordered on Saturday and my parcel was delivered on Tuesday. That's a good service. Let's see what it is all about.
Stealth:
Stealth is thoughtful enough without me deep diving the details. It ticks my boxes and the buds arrived in good condition without leaving a bisto trail of stench in their wake.
Big Bags:
I ordered 7g and Druids sent me about 9g in total across two strains. One half is the Candy Kush and the other is the Coco Jambo. I've no idea if this extra weight is typical but it is of course appreciated.
Tis a Stinker:
First impressions upon opening the bag of cosmic - bloody hell that's a smell from somewhere deep in my memories. I had to take several sniffs. It's a pungent sweet old skunky aroma that instantly makes me think of my early 1990s trips to Amsterdam. This was back in the days where Dam weed was so far superior to UK stuff that it may as well have been a different drug. That's the smell here - of something long lost but welcome to return. It reminds me a bit of the original old bubblegum in Dam too.
The Grow:
I don't know enough about grows to adequately understand the production here but basically this stuff isn't the commercially produced furry pebbles. These are large natural looking buds that are looser than is typical from a modern commercial grow.
The buds are a little sticky and will benefit from being in a jar to even out. That might just be from travel as some buds don't seem to love being sealed up in the postal process. It's perhaps part of the reason for the tendancy to produce furry pebbles commercially as they do travel well.
The cosmic grinds fine though and it's not like you've just poured glue into your grinder. The bud is not wet but it just wants some love and care to hit perfection. I hope I'm explaining this correctly. Much delightful smell was released in the grinding process.
Cosmic Kush Family:
Cosmic Kush is a mix of Trainwreck (constructed of some very old genetics) and Kush which is still of course a mainstay of many vendors menus.
Smoking it I feel I'm getting more of the Trainwreck than the Kush and it's that end of the scale my nose instantly seemed to recognise when opening the bag too.
Although arguably much of the power probably has come from the kush I've no idea how to quantify that. Not least as I'm blazing a smoke while writing this.
It's a lovely smoke though, that much I can verify for sure. Smooth, clean, with a floral sweetness. It has an initial hit and a follow up stone with some smells and tastes that are deep rooted into my own cannabis history being enjoyed by my senses in the process.

Thanks man. I hope so. I think there's a niche orange fandom that'd lap it up. I guess it depends what the druids like smoking themselves and I've also no idea how hard it is to grow.
Love this kind of review BigRoo, really well thought out, and the Coco Jambo sounds amazing. I had the pleasure of some Smashberry Fumez, you can absolutely tell theres love and attention to their grows.
Both are lovely but the Coco is a little more balanced for me. I'll definitely be back to check on their grows to see what's cooking. I completely agree - can see a lot of love went into their crop.

Exactly that! One good priced bit, one fancy bit. Fancy bit was missing. The good priced bit was top notch though. I'm also far from dry so I've not got my knickers in a twist or anything and vendor is sorting it so can't say fairer than that I guess. But still..I wanted my fancy bit.

Postie came through yesterday....yay! It was worth the weight. As soon as you open the pack you're hit by some old school sweet Skunky smells.. I swear I got a hint of cheese! These are definitely some nice light airy buds...looks way more than a garden gate here. I agree that the trainwreck side is the most dominant....but the kush side comes through when you're nice and mellow imo. An excellent day time smoke...i cant leave it alone...All in all I'm glad I followed your recommendation....can't wait to see what April brings!
Glad it landed mate. Cheese is a skunk #1 that went rogue (if legend is true) so it does dip right back into those original old strains everything was created from. The smell of weed history! Enjoy.

Yeah man both are lovely natural smokes. I look forward to seeing what they grow next. I like the range of bargains and keenly priced nice bits at GC. Lots are imported although often the UK stuff is great. It's pretty rare to get a bit that doesn't feel good value for the price - and I do like a bargain.

What Does a Top Vendor on LB Do Differently?
I started to wonder what are the best qualities for a vendor to have. We all have our favourite vendors who we rely on and use on repeat. But what put them there into that top spot holding the gold medal? There's over a hundred vendors and over a thousand products at the time of writing this. What separates them?
I would likely drill it down to these main pillars of great vending from my own experiences. This is what I like vendors to exceed at.
- Great products
- Reasonable prices
- Good communication
- Fast delivery
- Thoughtful stealth
- Reliable service
I'll pick through these one at a time below.
- Great products -
All of these probably speak for themselves. But primarily we want to smoke, vape and eat great quality cannabis products. We don't want to be rolling up ditch weed in a bus ticket. I personally like vendors with relentless quality controls; Where the vendor name feels like a stamp of approval. So whatever I order there is very likely to be of good quality. This is number one on the list for a reason.
- Reasonable prices -
No one likes being rinsed for their coins. One of the key appeals of LB is the great value compared to buying from a local. While I'm sure we all appreciate that a bag of imported jungle boys is more costly than a bag of shake, feeling we are paying a fair price is definitely the winner.
- Good communication -
This is not as relevant when everything has gone perfectly. But eventually, if you order enough, something goes awry so good communication is a must for me.
I'm not looking for a new best mate but knowing we're in some way together in this until the deal is complete reassures me that you'll deliver. I have stopped using a couple of vendors who are unable to tick this box. I understand that vendors can't reply in 5 mins and that their shop is a business so they deserve their work-life balance as much as anyone. But timely replies to valid questions or issues are a must for me.
- Fast delivery -
"I've ordered some lovely looking bits - get them to me right now!" We're all excited when we order but need to apply an appropriate amount of patience and face the reality of logistics. I've had orders delivered inside of one day but generally you can't rely on that level of service particularly as RM is a piece of the puzzle.
However, what I do like to see is vendors routinely hitting the service level they state on their profile and getting orders sent out in decent time, particularly when you fluster your way through moving coins to hit their stated cut off points. I appreciate that I won't be rolling up five minutes after my payment clears but the faster and more reliable a vendors process is, the more likely they'll get repeat orders from me. The main vendors I order from have their order process completely dialled in. I also prefer tracked to signed deliveries as that requires less commitment on my part.
- Thoughtful stealth -
Here's an area where even some of the big vendors could do with improvement. I'm not going to detail anyone's stealth for the obvious reason. I guess ultimately it needs to hit a few key points. Professional / No smell / No touching / What if someone else opens it. The vendors concerned about all these are the ones I trust the most.
- Good service level / rating -
This really follows on from good communication. If a problem has occurred I don't just want a nice chat about it, I want a simple solution. There are vendors I've had problems with that both communicated well and solved the problem that I'd still happily use and recommend. Vendors ticking all these boxes should naturally attain a high rating.
- Community interaction -
It's good to see vendors interact with the LB community. I'm glad they're involved. Often they can shine a light on things us punters know little about and knowing they are here is reassuring for many of the reasons I've mentioned such as service and communication.
However this isn't as essential as the other elements to get me to order weed. If a vendor runs multiple channels and is super busy just by nature of being a great vendor then I'm cool with that. After all it's that volume of sales that give us the great pricing. Some of the core vendors I use don't interact huge amounts with the LB community and I'm fine with that so long as they tick my other boxes. Being quietly fast and reliable while not wanting to draw attention or whip up controversy are all positive traits considering the nature of the purchase we're all trying to make anyway.

Unless you've never made a single mistake then please never judge a vendor on their single mistake - judge them on what they do next. Their response showed they truly cared about their service level and reputation. They subsequently did precisely what they said they would to fix it. Top notch stuff. And while we'd all rather have no mistakes ever, knowing the vendor has your back is a powerful indicator of service and engagement with customers. I'll order there again. Not least as they've got a fantastic range of really nice hash at great prices including some very fancy looking static. The bargain mimosa I had previously was lovely and orangey.

I would likely drill it down to these main pillars of great vending from my own experiences. This is what I like vendors to exceed at.
- Great products
- Reasonable prices
- Good communication
- Fast delivery
- Thoughtful stealth
- Reliable service
I'll pick through these one at a time below.
- Great products -
All of these probably speak for themselves. But primarily we want to smoke, vape and eat great quality cannabis products. We don't want to be rolling up ditch weed in a bus ticket. I personally like vendors with relentless quality controls; Where the vendor name feels like a stamp of approval. So whatever I order there is very likely to be of good quality. This is number one on the list for a reason.
- Reasonable prices -
No one likes being rinsed for their coins. One of the key appeals of LB is the great value compared to buying from a local. While I'm sure we all appreciate that a bag of imported jungle boys is more costly than a bag of shake, feeling we are paying a fair price is definitely the winner.
- Good communication -
This is not as relevant when everything has gone perfectly. But eventually, if you order enough, something goes awry so good communication is a must for me.
I'm not looking for a new best mate but knowing we're in some way together in this until the deal is complete reassures me that you'll deliver. I have stopped using a couple of vendors who are unable to tick this box. I understand that vendors can't reply in 5 mins and that their shop is a business so they deserve their work-life balance as much as anyone. But timely replies to valid questions or issues are a must for me.
- Fast delivery -
"I've ordered some lovely looking bits - get them to me right now!" We're all excited when we order but need to apply an appropriate amount of patience and face the reality of logistics. I've had orders delivered inside of one day but generally you can't rely on that level of service particularly as RM is a piece of the puzzle.
However, what I do like to see is vendors routinely hitting the service level they state on their profile and getting orders sent out in decent time, particularly when you fluster your way through moving coins to hit their stated cut off points. I appreciate that I won't be rolling up five minutes after my payment clears but the faster and more reliable a vendors process is, the more likely they'll get repeat orders from me. The main vendors I order from have their order process completely dialled in. I also prefer tracked to signed deliveries as that requires less commitment on my part.
- Thoughtful stealth -
Here's an area where even some of the big vendors could do with improvement. I'm not going to detail anyone's stealth for the obvious reason. I guess ultimately it needs to hit a few key points. Professional / No smell / No touching / What if someone else opens it. The vendors concerned about all these are the ones I trust the most.
- Good service level / rating -
This really follows on from good communication. If a problem has occurred I don't just want a nice chat about it, I want a simple solution. There are vendors I've had problems with that both communicated well and solved the problem that I'd still happily use and recommend. Vendors ticking all these boxes should naturally attain a high rating.
- Community interaction -
It's good to see vendors interact with the LB community. I'm glad they're involved. Often they can shine a light on things us punters know little about and knowing they are here is reassuring for many of the reasons I've mentioned such as service and communication.
However this isn't as essential as the other elements to get me to order weed. If a vendor runs multiple channels and is super busy just by nature of being a great vendor then I'm cool with that. After all it's that volume of sales that give us the great pricing. Some of the core vendors I use don't interact huge amounts with the LB community and I'm fine with that so long as they tick my other boxes. Being quietly fast and reliable while not wanting to draw attention or whip up controversy are all positive traits considering the nature of the purchase we're all trying to make anyway.

The weed range and price is exactly what I'm after (with the exception of orange flavours) with some top bits and a bunch of bargains. Service is fast. If I have questions they're answered. Druidsmagic, ive not experienced anyone better so far. From bud to comms they are top notch. Its smaller scale own grown they really know what theyre doing.

I wish there was a notification system on LB so I'd get notified when Druids (and a handful of other smaller operators) had bits in. They've been recommended a lot and the buds look lovely on the photos people post up.
We do around £20-35k a month in sales, so we must be doing something right here :)

I've only heard good things about your products and service so must be doing something right for sure! Sounds like you do a fair volume of sales.
the vendors I keep going back to are the ones that don't fuck up. Spaceman, Eagle Bakery and Eddie are the only three on that list for me
Everyone makes mistakes from time to time. I definitely do. If one of those three vendors slipped up would you not forgive them if they communicated well and fixed the problem? Or would that be them done?

Cannabis cannibals are top people. Love those guys. I don't order nearly enough to show my support but they've jumped in and helped with a number of my projects and are really here and involved with the community. I've mentioned them on my linked post and many times previously. For my main post here I didn't want to have to ramble through a full rundown of every vendor I used and just focused on my most recent examples.

I know there's a fair few vendors that have aligned values to this. A lot of them I don't order from simply as it's signed delivery and I lack the commitment to be home. So while they don't match my exact needs I know they do a great service generally. GAW I've ordered from a few times. They get a good commercial hash in as well as some orangy strains.
They are still dealers but are more accountable due to the LB platform. I might do a topic about that in the future. I think it's always worth remembering they're not set up like Amazon and are having to take numerous cautious steps for both ours and their benefit to send us our parcels.

Yeah very true, far from Amazon. But it does have an early days of eBay vibe thanks to being ran well, the good many good vendors and having a positive, active community. Maryjane finally coming out of the shadows after decades of political stupidity 🙏
I remember eBay essentially solving the same issue of remote trust in their early platform too. LB does a great job in the same ways by adding accountability. Simple but brilliant really. The fact they've also managed to build up a community is something eBay never quite managed in the same way. The UK I expect will choose to remain politically dumb on this subject for some time though despite progress in much of Europe and the US.

Fair comment on both RD and GC. Both are vendors whose name is like a quality stamp of approval. I use Green Cat all the time as the service is spot on. I only usually stray away if I'm looking for orange buds or certain random things.
I am new to LB, I have 13 buys, all have gone well, and I have received 2 great subs. The one thing I would suggest, is that sellers clearly mark their packs with the strain. The reason I say this, is due to the subs being an unknown strain, and I don't know what to reorder in future. I am happy to be here, and I look forward to trying more products from as many recommended sellers as possible.
I stopped using a vendor for subbing stuff yet the listing stayed live. I'd rather pay a couple of bucks more and get exactly what I expected to. All the sellers I buy from currently mark the packs so you know what's what. I tend to order quite a few bits at once and while I'd likely be able to identify them by smell I'd definitely get the hump if I actually had to.

Thanks man. It didn't really occur to me it'd be useful for new vendors. It must be hard to make your mark as a vendor. You need to build trust up first and get your first few super fans. Good luck with your shop.

My favourite vendors are Shroom Of The Loom (he goes above and beyond, great relations with this guy), TheGoodStuff (made two mistakes out of 20 orders, rectified them no questions asked) and FungalCate (was willing to accommodate a special request for me). All 3 have good stealth (TGS has the worst but it's not bad at all). And they all have good comms.
Vendors that use their own products are the ones you can trust the most imo, and I know these 3 vendors do.

The worst vendors are the ones peddling questionable hash and then getting extremely defensive over it. They make the borgs money though so nothing will ever be done :)

I like SOTL although not ordered there for a while. Used to like the Tommy Shelby shatter. Stealth+1 delivery style. Tgs are getting some nice products at not huge money.

I've ordered from RB before. Think I had a cheapie that was really lovely. Looked scrappy but was a joy to smoke. Really gassy. Can't remember why I stopped unless they're special delivery which I mostly avoid due to a lack of commitment on my part.

Also worth noting GC subbed half of one of my bits before and upgraded me simply as they felt I'd like the other bit better. And were completely correct. I was skint so bought the cheapest so the part upgrade was a lovely thought to make my week better. So not all subs are bad. There's a good way to do it!

Have to recommend Green Avenger Weed. Free next day delivery and a lot of the time they chuck in a freebie too. Reasonably priced and their stealth is always on point.
I've not ordered from them for a while but always had a great service when I did. And they often get orange leaning strains too.

It's must be tough for a new vendor. Trust and reliability are core and you can only build that up over time. Have to keep plugging away at it. . However I note big vendors do change on LB so some of the current newbies will be the big teams of the future. I think most customers are looking at the values I've listed and like me hope to find a reliable vendor they can use on repeat. I'm sure you'll build a base of superfans who'll elevate you to the next level. Good luck with your vending.
I think that’s effectively the humbling aspect of this all at the end of the day I had a bad start on here family problems and what not but essentially in the short time that I’ve done this consistently I’ve seen two repeat customers if not only great business but also Great relationship and connection!
It's a cliche but all businesses are about relationships. Even the big brands we like, we form a sort of relationship with. And like all relationships there's a key factor of trust. People trust based on feeling. And creating that feeling is what it's all about.

That's the thing man, deliver great products reliably, in good time, with minimal fuss and you'll soon build up your repeats. Because why gamble when you've got a solid vendor meeting your needs. Keep on keeping on.

I tend to agree - I've ordered from you guys in the past and you've been fast at processing the order and delivered great products at great prices. There's no accounting for RM of course but we all rely on them.

I don’t know about anybody else however I’ve recently found myself in an online relationship with biggie, can’t help but check for new things everyday usually as I’m drinking coffee. I’m sure that some sort of online media first thing is normal to some but, not me. It is the first time in my 5 decades that I’ve been able to sample so much variety and felt comfortable chatting online. Never done socials too much of a time thief and too easy to fck shit up. I think lb has opened my eyes and mind to new things.

What’s the best way to livestream? Also I was gonna wait until 50 people chose the numbers but I could do a set deadline. Issue is I’ve reduced the amount of buys customers have to enter but on the headline it shows it’s still 100+ buys which might deter people is there a way to fix that?

Honeycomb + pistachio flavour 😏 honeycomb flavoured chocolate and a pistachio cream centre or something diced pistachios. Would hit with the viral pistachio aspect there seems to be atm ✌🏻💚🔥😁
