Well, I saw this pop up on my radar when it was initially posted. Shake for $130/28g? Nah. I can get 7g of Cali buds for that! I didn't buy the shake. A while later I'm post a couple of night shifts, just been paid, and still up in the early hours when GC posted an offer for an extra 10% for orders for 12 hours, but the price was then $160/oz (I was unaware of the increase, and that seemed worth a punt). I was up, so were they (clearly) so I asked a number of questions and the public assurances were (to me) unbelievable. They'd honestly change their name to LyingVendor AND refund my money if this wasn't the best smoke I've ever had?! I've smoked a lot, dear readers; that's a hell of an assurance. You'd want me to buy at this point, right? I didn't. We had equally reassuring messages via PM, so then I bought. An oz. Why not? LyingVendor has my back, and there's escrow!
Less than 24 hours post shipping and it's on my doorstep, sent via 1st Class. Very well packed, great stealth. No complaints whatsoever. I cut open the vac packed nicely over oz and it smells amazingly exotic. Lovely feel to it too. Looks like almost all crushed bud (crushed to the point of mostly not being bud, but still), and there's hardly anything other than an occasional random tiny stalk to fish out.
When I grind about a pinch of it out of the bag (like you'd take of fish food if you had some fat fish) it fills the grinder and makes enough for 2 very well packed joints. When ground it looks just like any bud. I wouldn't look at this and think it anything other than bud in this state.
First joint, I had to stop near the end (about 1/3 left). Messaged GC to tell them everything they'd said was true. They told me they'd told me so. They had, indeed. Finish the joint. Fluctuate between a very strong stone and very strong high for a good 2 1/2 hours before thinking of another. I only thought of another wondering how it would layer and how high could I get?!
Turns out, pretty high. I've had 4 joints in total today, and I think I'm currently more high whilst simultaneously being so couch-locked that my head is pressed into the cushions than I've ever been. I can't 100% say that this is the strongest weed I've smoked in 30 years, but fuck it's not far off.
