What's good peoples? :)
Just after some advice on trying to get to sleep the night before I have an event, I have so much to think about there's too much noise to get in the zone to just drop off to catch them Z's!
I'm not an insomniac as I can sleep easily on a normal night when I don't have a big event the next day. I just get insane pre-match nerves so to speak the night before an event! I'm looking for a cannabis solution here as I already exercise a lot and have tried a lot of other things!
So I'm looking for advice on specific strains that can help, maybe dabbing some concentrate, micro-dosing edibles maybe (not smashing loads of edibles because that would ruin me the next day lol)? Maybe live resins? Carts?
Any real life advice, tips or tricks on this from peoples that experience the same problem would be awesome!
