I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. Although it does make me lazy sometimes haha. But I'd rather have that than have a heart attack at 46 lol

I received a pack of edibles from Goodies to try and review.
I usually make my own oils and edibles, but these were really nice.
I got 6 pieces in my pack, the strength across them seems consistent.
I have had Nerds in the past that had not tase or smell of weed, so were probably distillate. these on the other hand smell and taste of weed, which i much refer!
For the price and if you like edibles i would suggest giving these a go!

Received in TGT's excellent packaging, I have only bought edibles from them in the past but you would have no idea there was bud in thus package! The buds are dense and really well cured, upon compression they spring back beautifully. I struggle with taste and smell but this hit the back of my nose as soon as opened, it filled the whole room! The high started slowly at first but soon ramped up to a clear energetic high, the pain in my back melted away. After about half an hour I started speaking rubbish to my dog, it always confuses him. This is more than worth the price point

I'm gonna apologise up front. Didn't intend to make this a long post but it's mad the things you remember when you're baked and start writing 🙈🤣.
TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through 😖), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.

So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" 😷👀).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone 🙈
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.
Pain clinic won't do anything until I've had counselling, that I've been waiting for since October 2021, and it feels like the pain specialist's attitude is basically deal with it 🤷🏻♂️

have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.

Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious 🤣.
I'm usually back to aching within the hour, but every little helps, right? 😅

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! I use it to alleviate anxiety, depression, BPD and PTSD symptoms. It's not a miracle cure, but it most definitely helps. CBD every day, THC on the weekends. The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. Vaping bud on the weekend helps me to feel normal, able to concentrate and like I'm not going completely insane with the flashbacks and emotional outbursts.

I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.
wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.
it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.
if your IBS is not related to family history or bad eating habits, as is the case of my cousin, it is very much related to our mental health or even to the use of antibiotics in the long run without the essential supplementation of good bacteria (probiotics and/or prebiotics).

Takes away my aches and pains,I’ve got a physical job and I’m getting on a bit(over 50)and I do a bit of running,so a bit of smoke relaxes my muscles,and help me recover,plus also relieves a bit of depression you know what it’s like now days with all the shit going on.😁

18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. Had reconstructive surgery looks like a shark bite I lost all movement and feeling in my leg so I don’t walk like I should and over the years it has resulted in damage to my hips and knees ha. Pain killers don’t do me justice cannabis or hash is my pain relief, it helps me get an appetite as been bed bound I dont ever feel hungry so it helps.
I am in severe pain everyday due to been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, cannabis helps my pain. Without any bad side affects unlike prescribed medication from doctors. That make you feel terrible.
Im not able to get upstairs due to my house that cant be adapted. Im on a waiting list for an adapted property so im able to have a proper shower as i havent had a proper bath/shower since july 2021.
Upon all of above it has affected my mood by having these life-changing effects. Before I had 6 jobs n now I’ve been medically retired!
Cannabis also helps me sleep and get a good nights rest, without it I don’t sleep.
It also helps with stress to help me concentrate better. And stop me from been scratchy.

I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.
weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.

It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! Now am just waiting for some orders to land but sodding RM is not helping, longest wait so far as of today waiting 14 days and counting for a normal post pack. Stay cool 🙏
I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. Weed is is the only way.
I've been prescribed it medically for just over 2 years and it's made a massive difference to nerve damage and pain that the pills side effects can ruin minds and relief never came, I used to just enjoy it recreationally but daily medical use changes how i view and use cannabis and the state of the legal
After ending up with long COVID, cannabis has become the one thing that's effective at removing the pain. It's so much easier trying to sleep and make my way through the day thanks to this 😊
When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. That was until a friend introduced me to hash at 14. At first it was just fun because I thought it was cool and I'd never experienced anything like it. As I got older I started to enjoy learning about the varying effects different strains of weed/hash could have. I also began to realize how much relief it gave me from my pain in my head and body. I got into the routine of going to school and then work, and having a smoke at the end of each day to wind down. No matter how much pain I was in physically or mentally, cannabis gave me true relief. I could have the most stressful day of my life, come home in a shit mood, but after I smoke my worries disappear, as does the pain.

I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. On the medical cannabis card, but let's wait and see, at least we got LB and TGT since I'm really againts any street level retailers. Thanks for being here for us, and for exceptional service 💂

I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.

But since lockdown I've found cannabis is the only thing that lets me release the tension and focus on the bits I need to do my physio effectively, without it I over-tense and can't activate the muscles I need to without activating everything else around them.

I have wet macular degeneration caused by VERY high myopia, so I'm basically losing my sight. There's no cure, but Cannabis helps with my mental health. (keep it light lol).

I was drinking heavily after the death of my father in my mid 20s had been a social smoker for years and been smoking more after I moved Thailand and got a bamboo bong I left in a hotel room with with Thai brick as was too prang to take to airport. This was 2018 and had to be under wraps. End of the year I lost my dad and a few months after my girlfriend at the time. I was very depressed and anxious and drank heavily every night. My friend got me some hash and suggested I put down the drink maybe noticing me copying my dad’s behaviour who was an alcoholic. The relief I felt in those days I never looked back.
I’m a daily user and sometimes smoke more than I would like sometimes I judge myself and think I’m an addict like my dad but recently had a week off and found it not difficult at all so recognised I’m not as dependent as I thought or maybe at some point was but the reason I’m drawn to the plant is it helps level me out so I’m at peace with it. I use shrooms aswell used a lot in the past- hundreds of trips but now I treat it sacredly and trip only couple times a year although I tripped a lot last year but my plug likes me and gave me a lot of freebies so had an oz in chocolates and gummies and got through it April/may time felt like I lot.

Ive been buying from MadDabber since day one of them joining here. :) Ive manged to try a number of their products and always been very happy with the overall service & quality provided. Plus they are good people too, which goes a very long way!
As such they kindly gave me one of their Chill Pills to try.. How could I say no and not do a little review to replay the favour :) Well I say review, more like a diary... lol
Day 1
It has landed!!!!! Great stealth once again, which normally means you get something else extra as well ;) First thoughts... its bloody huge!lol....that's what she said.. whey! lads lads lads! ;)
Anyway.... One more penis pun... this is where size does matter ;) Due to it being large, its quite easy to split up into multiple doses. This allows us to consume it over multiple days. :)
Or if you want to trip balls I guess eat the whole dam thing.lol
Its light green in colour and has been pressed really well. Sort of white/vanilla/milk chocolate smell with a background of pure cannabis heaven!! One wiff made me want to munch the whole thing like a mad man... but think I'm going to scrap the idea of eating all 200mg... hahaha. Got a feeling this one is going to be very strong!
The new misses is over at the mo, so probably best to leave the experiments for another day.lol Good first impressions and all that..

I felt the Chill Pill's presence all night willing me to eat her! lol. Kept wondering how strong it will be or how much to eat... Could I sneak some for breakfast???... no... bad idea Sam.. Still need to make a good impression with the misses... Side note... she will share a blunt with me but 200mg deep dive into the strong world of edibles might be a bit much at the mo..

ITSSSSSSS TIMMEEEEEEEEEEE. (said in my best Bruce Buffer voice) Misses have left.. and its just me and the Chill Pill. Time for lift off. Space helmet.. check. Space suit... check. Munchies... check. More weed to smoke.. check.. and I'm ready..
Decided to go for approx 40mg to start with. But in my usual stupidly eager way, I bit it at an awkward angle, then OCD kicked in and had to even it out..This still didn't work... but now Ive eaten about 80mg, so thought it was best to put my "isms" to one side and not worry about the OCD thing.lol
The flavour was delicious! tastes the same as the smell. (just like a nice nug of weed can) Due to all the fatty ingredients added like MCT oil,cocoa butter etc. this should hit fast and strong.. especially with the high quality extracts used which Ive come to know and love from MD.
Sooooo, about 40 mins later I start to feel those lovely familiar edible feelings! Like a gentle warmth starting to run down from my tip of my head to the tip of my toes.. This is going to be a good one.. It then fully kicked in out of no where.... whilst writing a long text to boot.lol.. bad timing... The phone became blurry and and txt fuzzy! guess my vision was matching how my brain felt.lol. Sudden feelings of not wanting to concentrate on anything such as a phone kicked in, and my brain wanted to wonder.. The next hour or so I happily floated around listening to music and watching Bright Insight on Youtube.. (alternative ancient history sort of channel)
It was a very nice heavy stone for an hour and abit, so I'm so glad I didn't eat the whole bloody thing..Otherwise I would of literally been blasted into space.. Tolerance wise I could of taken a bit more.... but didn't need to. Very happy with the amount I had and still allowed me to smoke a coupe of blunts and have a few dabs on the ol Puffco.... To be honest... the rest was a bit of a blur...hahaha

You know its a good edible when you sleep like a log but still wake up with a cloudy head...
Overall its a bloody great product. The fact you can easily split it into multiple doses gives you bang for your buck and the quality is very very high.. (pun intended) Also want to take this opportunity to recommend their Ice Water Hash... Proper terpy terpy goodness :)
So thanks to MD for the great service once again! and I look forward to launching off into space once again soon... In fact... thats my plans for tonight sorted!!!

Anyone out there got any recommendations for carts that will get you off at night? Dr Terpys gg4 really did the trick for me but sadly unavailable now.
Yeah it’s sad he ran out of GG4/OG. Was gonna recommend Granddaddy Purp by GVC but seems they’ve ran out of that too! They have Strawnana in its place, I haven’t tried this personally although it is an Indica.
I’ve found EmDog and Endless Sky from NoBoof (linked above) to be excellent for helping me and my friend sleep. You can get carts from him too but the syringes are better value if you have empty carts (genuine CCell website). It seems he is having some slow comms currently so maybe pop him a message before ordering to ensure no issues, he responded quickly to me when I ordered last week!

For no good reason I've never tried any of GVC wares. Think it might be because the logo puts me off! They get good reviews so may need to give them a try.
Honestly I felt the same about their name and logo, but as 100% LR carts are in short supply here I ended up trying one to compare it to others and the result was good.

Sensi's Pink Runtz, 100% resin, as strong as the 100% glue but stone is much different, i get heavy body buzz from it, got one on the go now, excellent for bedtime.

I tried the GG4 it was good, I haven't found one to make me sleep but lots of Grapefruit Diesel made me very still and calm, almost asleep while I was awake, it was deeply hypnotic for me. However, I'm not sure recreational narcotics is good sleep therapy. If you want to improve your sleep, take a magnesium tablet 20 mins before you want to sleep. The first couple of nights might be a bit different but keep it up for a week and you'll see the benefits. It helps your brain regulate and move between sleep rythyms, so you might have more dreams and some mid-night awakenings but a much better nights rest. Good luck

I’ve been seeing reviews for the past few days about pistach not replying to messages and lying about sending items, it’s unacceptable just because ur product quality is good doesn’t mean you have to be a dick and ignore peoples messages, I’ve contacted twice still no reply seems like he’s just fucked a bunch of people over during Xmas and is now sitting back laughing with the money I’ve bought off him many times before but never again
You need to understand there are two sides to this. I know for a fact that posties nick stuff. To the vendor it looks as though it has been delivered and to the punter it looks like they never sent it. They’re not gunna bother sending another one. Put yourself in their shoes and also watch shinyflakes because we’re all breaking the law and you don’t have any rights at all. You’re buying drugs on the internet, it’s illegal, you’re gunna lose money occasionally.

Radarbreeder always has heavy hitters at good prices. I barely ever look any further because the $ doesn't match the qulaity in many other cases. Not worth paying over the odds when RB has the good shit for decent dollar..
Petitefleur can you recommend any heavy hitters from RB. I have a high tolerance an need something strong hitting. I stopped using RB a while ago down to no there being no customer service at all and he was uncontactable

I'd highly recommend RSO cookies. It's like 20 bucks for 1ml from doctor distillate. That's enough for several cookies depending upon your tolerance and dosage. I make one or two at a time using premix from supermarket and 200mg of RSO but figure out you're own dose. Bear in mind that too much RSO can be hard to cope with. Add that to a decent cheap smoke from Green Cat to top up your high and I imagine you'll be as stoned as anyone could ever need. Let us know which way you go.

Hey guys hope everyone is having a fab weekend. I have this problem that I’ve had for many years but in the past year it has got very bad. As I’m drifting off to sleep I suddenly jump awake. It’s not a normal haptic jump,every muscle in my body stiffens and I wake gasping for breath. Sometimes this is just fright at being suddenly jerked awake but at times it does feel as though I can’t breathe. I tried to see my GP but only got a phone consultation as they didn’t deem it serious enough for a face to face. The GP prescribed sleeping pills, They have done Jack as falling asleep isn’t really the problem it’s being jerked awake. For reference I’m 5’9 and just over 12 stone and I’m an active person. Does anyone have any ideas? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Peace.

Thanks for the input mate. It’s really helpful and in depth. I never even thought of asthma. I had it as a kid but grew out of it in my teens. In my 40s now maybe it has returned? The experience is very frightening. Thanks again dude for being so helpful.
Look up Hypnic Jerks as that’s what it sound like, I had the experience multiple times and it’s horrific. If it is ap then losing body fat is known to help
I agree dude I’m deffo not going to self diagnose. I’m finding the GP very frustrating though at the moment. It’s impossible here to even get a face to face appointment. It’s a 2 minute phone call if you’re lucky. Privatisation by the back door me thinks? Sorry for going a bit off topic. I thought of apnea myself dude. Can you suffer from it if you’re not overweight? I am fatigued mate but I’m putting that down to the amount of times my sleep is being disturbed.
Yes mate I have obstructive sleep apnea. I am 6"2 an d 14 stone 4, I work out 5 days a a week. I have a kink in and a narrow oesophagus. Mine starts even before I fall asleep! The NHS won't tell you this but weed definitely helps mine, i have been running a 30 year study!
Oh weed definitely helps it mate especially if I use RSO or edibles. Smoking helps but not as much unless I smoke a couple of giant bongs before bed. Last night was continuous for about 2 hours jump after jump. In the end I thought fuck it and stayed up the rest of the night. As you can probably appreciate dude they are very frightening. I have yes after I caught Covid and nearly died. I was an anti vax before that but yeah being on a ventilator for 10 days kinda changed my mind. I had the problem why before Covid anyways mate.
Apparently they are saying one of the vaccines is not safe anymore I think astra zeneca and also the ventilators are the wrong way to treat it now as well! I wouldn't even trust my gp anymore

Not able to buy at present as btc fees are insane. The cheapest fee on my wallet at the moment is 36 quid to make payment on 7 grams. It's usually around a quid. Anyone shed any light on this? I've no real idea about btc and hate having to use it
Just paid 17 quid on fees for a 60 quid order. Will fix itself with time but it’s shambolic that transaxe haven’t incorporated any alternative coins.

Pending on Exodus and LB. I reduced the fee right down but it said 30-60mins transfer time. I've PM'd transaxe but waiting to hear back, the payment is being shown as being received at LB end but stuck as waiting to be confirmed. Always used coinbase without issue before but not paying a fortune in fees for an 1/8th
I believe if you reduce the fee, it slows things down. Coinbase closed my account for shits and giggles so I don't use them any more, Exodus seems so much better (at the moment)
Zengo wants a tenner to send 60, but revolut wants 17 to send 60 to 70 to Zengo. My bank didn't like Exodus or Binance or Coinbase, hence why I'm using revolut

I buy on Revolut and send to Zengo then pay from there. The Revolut fees were nuts alone, so now my moneys sat in the wallet but can't send it anywhere as it will cost me so much to do so

The standard £1.99 fee for buying btc has stayed the same, the network fees are imposed when sending the BTC(to pay the vendor) To the vendors wallet address.I don't think the extra security really matters(if you have bought using bank account and provided ID you are not anonymous?) I have looked at a few other exchanges even tried Binance but they were even worse nearly £30 for a £78 order O.o worse yet there is no way to see how much it is gonna cost until you have bought the BTC and go to send!

Hey I just downloaded the coinbase one wich is coinbase sister in my mind lol but it saves you some fees and you do pay 20 a month for this coinbase one but you save fees added on. Not much but it helps or even some people use these revolut accounts wich I'm tempted to look into. I'm trying difrent things out testing few ways myself but I see there alot of biggy that are very unhappy with the fees. I don't understand why I'm not feeling the bad fees. I don't think it's that bad and I don't earn lot of money myself butt it doesn't seem that bad to me. Yeah if u down load the coinbase one. Even if you make a payment just on your normal coinbase it will detect the sister and will automacily take some fees off. I did earlier to test it and took some off. Just coinbase one online. Straight to it also a month free trial

My favourite band and I am nearly 50!
I've said before that Foo Fighters are one of the last true mainstream, longstanding, "Rock Bands" that maintain the rock spirit

Steve Wilson is a fantastically talented musician, however he's also a mahoosive elitest plonker who for a very long time wouldn't release music on streaming services due to it being "digital" and lower quality and therefore not the experience he wanted for his listener base. He has since changed his stance on this but it along with some really awful interviews he did make me unable to listen to his music (knowingly)

You are one "L" away from the same name as a southern rock band! Rock seemed to eat its babies over the last decade or two. Too many old rockers raging at the dying of the light while clutching a new remaster of Physical Graffiti and demanding to know why there is no good new music anymore (there was, you didnt support it).

So I’m on the wrong side of 35 and have smoked on and off since 16. I have two kids and so have the usual guilt associated with smoking. Long story short I’m looking to switch to vaping but my perception is that it is a minefield out there with lots of black market products and the associated risks they bring.
Is there anyone here that has verified 3rd party testing for their carts?

You are wise to question it, and personally I do avoid most cheap carts. That said, you can take confidence in some very highly reviewed and long term carts available on LB. Dr. Extracts would be a very good example with over 3,000 reviews!
If you want Lab figures then a way to go is to pay more for top shelf brands. G6 Extracts provide all the numbers. If you buy brands from the US via SN2D they are highly regulated and tested and come with Lab data.

I would strongly suggest looking into dry herb vaporizers. Same old trustworthy flower, without the ill health effects of smoking. Look at the Mighty for an endgame vaporizer experience. There is a slight adjustment period for some people, but once you get there it's just as satisfying as a smoke. I love carts too, but you can never be sure. Dry herb vaping is optimal imo.
My issue is that when I had a mighty I would always turn the heat up and then basically end up smoking. Because I have no will power and I love weed.
That's still a million times better than smoking! The mighty only goes up to 210c. I think combustion only occurs around 230c and higher. I would always advocate for doing your own research but for me it is the far healthier choice, even at max temp.
True, but you shouldn’t consider carts as a “lightweight” option. Some of these demons are nearly 100% THC and although I use a high end battery with low voltage options they hit a darn sight harder than my Mighty. Nothing makes me cough more than carts 😖

I've had vapes that taste like toilet cleaner gel, I've had vapes that taste like pure chemical crack, I've had vapes that are fruity and I've had vapes that stink of weed. I've given money to people on Tele-gram for nothing but I've never been ripped off here. I think the vape market is about to explode (when they Legalise It) and its only gonna get harder to get authentic vapes. My favourites on here are Dr Extracts and G6, depending on how decadent I'm feeling - the G6s are your superlative product and also just look fucking cool, but you'd expect a smoother ride for that price point. I yearn for the day that all different entheogens are available to microdose on a vape, how cool is it gonna be to trip from a vape? I suppose it may be difficult to master dosage, but I have full confidence that someone somewhere, will. 😊

How about making your own? You'll know what's gone in them, plus for peace of mind you can send off your ingredients to be tested at Wedinos. 200ml of THC distillate and some terps would be great start, can always mix in some CBD distillate or live resin if you feel like mixing it up a bit. If you do go down that route I recommend Diamond Extracts and have provided a link for them but by all means shop around.

I would stay away from oil unless it is from a legal oil for this case. The reason is I have had some good oil and some bad stuff from the same source here. By bad a mean the ratios were out and it was very strong and giving it to a autistic child of 14 could be a recipe for disater. I would try her on something like the capsules from CBD brothers(legal) as they don't have any THC in them. My mother suffers awfully with it and they work for her. If your friend wants to persue this I would recommend a medical option which is costly.
Totally agree with dmonk. I was giving options with the lowest dose i know of on site but like everything that’s unregulated you might do more harm than good.
I know adults that have tried it and it made the situation worse. At that age you don’t know how it would affect them. At least legal it’s regulated and well supervised by people that know a lot more than us.

I have autism myself , Aspbergers and ASD , and I have had to limit my consumption of cannabis , I find instead of helping my anxiety it can induce panic attacks , fast beating heart and other things .

I use full spectrum 1:1 tincture oil but the strength of most on here I would not recommend. The big hitters are roughly 2000mg per 10ml

You just need to make sure they understand that what has been sent is not fit for purpose for you.
As I hoped Pistach responded to my message and I then received the correct order the very next day no quibble no messing. A simple error and put right immediately. Sorted :-)

Any kind of full spectrum oil will help with the above. I am not sure on her age? There are multiple options though. Eddy's edibles does some wellness oil, I think $6 per syringe with 50ml THC, it might be a good starting point. I am sure if you DM him he will be able to help you.
Rick Simpson digested and suggested 30ml over 30 days, that's his suggested dosage, you start low until you get to a gram a day.

From my ignorant and amateur understanding. Miners have been incentived to process transactions faster because of an nft protocol has been attached to bitcoin blockchain. Its commission based and obviously miners domt care for some pot head wanting to buy some good weed.

Do different distillates do different things, like when it's advertised as hybrid, indicia, satitva? I thought distillate was just the pure high effect?
Distillate is pretty much pure thc so it is not indica or sativa. Many people debate if indica or sativa strains are even a real thing and what metrics would even be used to determine if a strain is sativa or indica. Your better off picking a strain you like instead of choosing something based on it being indica or sativa because you could have two different sativa strains that have completely different effects. A strain profile is made up of mainly cannabinoids and terpenes, theoretically if you had two concentrates that have the exact same ratio of cannabinoids and terpenes they should both have the same or at least similar effect and taste/smell. Distillate only contains 1 cannabinoid which is THC terpenes are added to the distillate to give it the taste and smell of the strain and some people claim terpenes also effect the high but you will never have an exact replica of the strain using just distillate and terpenes as your missing many of the other cannabinoids that make up the strain. Live resin on the other hand is full spectrum so it contains THC as well as many other cannabinoids like CBD CBN etc. live resin also contains the natural terpenes found in the bud. Every live resin strain will contain a different amount of cannabinoids and terpenes so they should all give you a different high and taste. I hope that helped you a bit mate. There’s also other things to take into consideration like the type of extractions used to remove the cannabinoids or terpenes from the buds, but it’s a bit too complex to explain in a short post

So, how would this be best consumed? I'm still quite clueless with concentrates if I'm honest, but Blue Dream is tasty. I've only seen this distinction of diamonds and sauce with carts from another vendor, unless I've missed things which could be the case. So how's that different from live resin, rosin, etc? Completely different thing and I'm demonstrating how clueless I am? What sort of timeframe can a product be stored for? Is it another for the fridge, next to the Lucy drops and behind the eggs?
I use a wax pen just blob it in, I have had it from CI a few times. Then again I use the cheapest unit I could find, under $£20, it works fine!

The Belaf ones are really cheap and I find work really well. They do also look cheap though. It is bloody difficult to get hold of the spare doghnut coils though!

Made me like the pen a lot more than I had with the original coils that just had the extract burn over it. Horrible. Can't recommend the product without the replacement coils, and to import these from Canada it's a ridiculous price, and the only way it makes sense is to order shitloads.
the biggest difference between Diamonds and Resin is the time in which they are left purging. Diamonds and sauce are left a lot longer to achieve the most amount of THCa crystallization knowns as “diamonds.

you are correct bro, all the flavour comes from the terps and the sauce is Blue Dream Live Resin, hopefully in the future when im grabbing concentrates in bigger bulk i can reduce the prices but sadly as of now this is the best i can do :(

We gave it a try. It's stronger than CBD but the high is different/ strange compared to THC flowers.
The problem for us... we were told that product was CBD flowers sprayed with HHC.
HHC is a substance that can be found and extrated from the seeds.
The buds were over sticky amd was possible to see some liquid traces in the microscope.

I tried this in France in the form of hash. It was sort of almost like the real thing but just didn't quite hit the spot. It did do a decent job of stand in when I was out of the real thing. It gave me a groggy feel the next day and I slept fine on it. The HHC weed available was a bit pony.
Tried it while on holiday, they sell it in lots of places in Malta and Greece. I bought disposable vapes there. High is buzzy, but very much on the groggy side, like others have said helps you go to sleep, maybe more so than most thc weed. Flavours are odd though, though that’s down to flavouring added. Nicest was a Tyson hhc Pineapple Express vape. These vapes lasted ages so good value even though they were about 50-60 quid. I like it even though it is synthetic weed, when I first read about it thought it was spice, but thankfully it’s not. Not tried this synth delta 8 yet…

I've got a urine test in around 2 weeks for a PTS card to work on the rail. I haven't been smoking or anything the last month or so but yesterday took about 100mg worth of edibles. Dumb decision.
Will 2 weeks be enough to clear this out? I really need the job and a positive test will ban me from working on the rail for 5 years. If I dip out now I'll have to go without work and re do the course in a few months.

Urine samples for weed can stay in the system up to 7 days,benzos opiates 3 days.Hair samples can test months after using.
Maybe just drink loads of water and cranberry juice to flush your piss I guess. 100mg after 2 weeks shouldn't show up surely. Go to a sauna a couple times maybe sweat like fuck that might help but it should be fine

I don't think any acid I've ever taken (which is a lot tbh) has made me feel as insane, scared and physically fked up as having eaten too much cannabis! I'll never ever forget the first time I made a mistake with dosage. It was April 2002 (been smoking since 1994!), on a sunday night after having a few beers down my local. Went back to a mates and he'd cooked a whole ounce of hash into brownies, which got gobbled up. by about 8 of us, so yeh, presumably (and this is if it was all equal doses which it prob wasn't!) an 8th each...
Whoops. I stayed at my friends for a couple of hours and everything was fine, started giggling uncontrollably for a bit and then realised it was pretty late so i'd better get a taxi home to my parents house where I was staying as it was easter uni holidays. Taxi ride was fine, bit pissed and stoned, dropped other friends off, still fine. Got home and was really hungry so I made a sandwich and went up to bed. As soon as I took the first bite my mouth went dryer than the sahara and my throat closed up to the point where I had to spit it out cos I was gagging. Nothing made this feeling better, no amount of water or juice or anything. this situation had now made me feel super paranoid, and I started to feel what can only be described as a rocket taking off in my body. All my limbs were buzzing and shaking and twitching, my heart was going faster than I believed it ever had, my head was full of terrible thoughts. Naturally I believed I was having a heart attack. I sat on my parents toilet for about an hour trying to calm down but it was no good. After about 2-hours of this I decided I had to leave the house, maybe I could walk to the 24 hour garage and get something nice to drink. Only instead of going the way that the 24 was, in my madness I'd walked to a Ford dealership garage which obvs was shut and even if it wasn't they wouldn't have been able to sell me liquid! So i realised I'd done this and then freaked out more, which made my throat and mouth dry up to a whole new level of hell wretching and the only thing I could think to do to relieve this was pick leaves off a bush that had rainwater on and suck them. Then I called my then GF (who'd also had some of the brownies) and told her I thought I was dying and that I would be found by the side of the road in the morning and that i loved her! She just mumbled about just going home and I'd be OK but I was convinced by this point I was dying! Managed to get home somehow and just had to ride it out for hours (into the late monday morning!). I didn't eat weed again for years. Was so scary. I almost got to the same level of scariness again a couple of years ago when I misjudged the strength of some already vaped weed in some cookies I made, felt like my personality had split into two people...anyway, wasnt quite as bad as that awful fkin night in 2002!

Not an edible exactly - Bombay International Airport as it was named then, I had a 10 hour wait for my flight to the UK so thought it’d be a good idea to eat the last of my charas that I had bought in town so as not to have to bin it. I started tripping hard after an hour. Sat on the terminal floor with my bag for the next 8 hours glued to the spot too scared to move. Last year i had to go to Mexico with work and I decided to drop a couple of MJs shatter gummies. Unfortunately I dropped two x 50mg rather than the 25grams before I got on the plane. Had just got seated in economy when I started coming up fast and hard and then realised something was wrong. Trying to clean the rug in that state felt like I was attempting to build the mars rover with a few bits of LEGO and some string.I then fought the high for about 6 hours constantly vowing to not even eat it again.
Panic cleaning a rug, wasting a potentially perfect zen day and so much self pity. 0/10 would not recommend.

I chose a very easy one for myself this year because I'm a real lazy fucker. As I enjoy fishing and didn't go last year due to lack of self motivation my resolution is to go fishing this year at least once. Probably do a bit of macky bashing in the summer.

Hey guys this is sort of random but it's been bugging me. I stopped using littlebig last year after my account was randomly closed and started buying from this teley seller called terpy. I know he sells on here too under different names but always has the same blue gloves in pictures 🧤 Anyway I have spent a good few grand buying from this dude and his services are actually pretty decent but the weed ALWAYS has a weird ass texture that I can't explain. It does get you baked but it's like an incomplete high, again very hard to explain. The last batch of 'Runtz' very much smelled like some high grade skittlez CBD that I purchased when I was cutting down on regular smoke but again it did give me a high. After switching back to good old Pistach lately I'm wondering what the fuck I've actually been smoking. Any thoughts from the community? I'm not slating the guy, I'm just giving my honest opinion which I feel like I'm entitled to do after spending my hard earned money multiple times.

Asked my mate, "the oracle", about the black ash and minimum crystal coverage just now.

This YouTube vid shows a little bit of how black market bud can be contaminated now. It's not likely to be grit weed that scratches glass tables anymore but there's still a lot of dodgy stuff out there. I don't know how common it is, I like to think pretty rare, but for people to be talking about it it's obviously somewhat of an issue. When outdoor CBD in bulk is 2-3x cheaper than it's THC counterpart it's not surprising the incentive is there for someone to buy distillate to atomize and spray on it or potentially another more dangerous chemical. Always have a jewelers loupe to hand and look deeeep at the nugs, I've been stung buying crap in my town a couple times, probably similar to what you're referring to. Does it have almost a powdery texture?
Ohhh okay, got you. To be honest it just sounds like the plants were cut early so the trichomes might not have fully formed. Nothing to worry about, there's a lot of UK bud like that, but it's probably not ideal
