Hi, Iβm new here and wanted to order 2oz of shake, the seller (dr. Distillate) offers RM 24 tracked and I know this isnβt a signed for delivery which I am happy about as I really donβt want to open the door to collect itβ¦ just paranoid about thatβ¦ my question is will 2oz of shake fit through my letter box or will I have to open the door to receive my parcel? Yeah it will fit no problem, all my shake orders have been 2oz and made it easily especially if it is vac packed. The only thing that was wedged in the letterbox because of the box height was 3.5g of hash lol.
In terms of paranoia, you can very easily deny all knowledge, someone could have put your address by mistake, just because it's addressed to you, doesn't mean that you have ordered it.

Has anyone had experience with these? I'm curious if they will help with pain relief for my lower back,I have worn out discs from years of lifting bending and twisting,I'm not bed ridden but wouldn't mind a break from the aches from time to time, weather it be CBD or THC I'm not fussed and not looking to get high off them necessarily just pain relief
Itβs a big ask. I have both the RSO topical from UK Dispensary and the THC topical from Herb4Life. The latter is effective for soothing skin complaints. The RSO is stronger and has certainly worked with moderate joint pain. Whether it could offer much relief for your condition is hard to say and itβs certainly expensive to find out.
If I was you I would consider RSO as an oral medication. You will need only tiny doses (a grain of rice size on a biscuit or stirred into coffee). You will get high (very high if you are not careful) but you will also experience pain relief.

It depends on what the cause of your back pain is.
If it is muscular then you may get some relief from topicals but if it is more serious e.g disc portrusion then topical probably will not help.
Thc/cbd helps me with muscle relief but not pain relief. Sadly does nothing for nerve related back pain in my experience.

Cheers for the input guys, my issues are disc and nerve related,and I'm self employed earning pretty good money so don't want to stop with bills to pay,I think oral rso might not be the best route for me as i don't want to be stoned all day just like to chill out at the end of the day,i might try the topical rso but I'll stick with the exercises and taking it as easy as I can for now
If you can do it with exercise, that's great. I found hanging and pull ups good for the core and not so much pressure on the back from sit ups.
If you can do yoga namaskar that is good for the back also but it's not easy.

Iβve not tried these personally, but I do remember reading up on topical balms after Herb4Life posted his for sale here. Sounded like an interesting alternative for people, maybe pop them a message see if theyβve had any customers in the past using it for back pain! They offer a very cheap sample tub too.

Sorry to hear about your situation but I hope you can find something to alleviate this.
As someone who also has worn discs in the lower back(L4,L5) I would say get the strongest bud you can afford. It may not take all the pain away but can help you not focus on the pain. It also may help your body relax and also manage some sleep depending on your situation and tolerance. Never been able to afford RSO but I imagine it definitely won't hurt to try if you have the cash even if a bit expensive, trying different back pillows and products isn't cheap either lol. If similar complaint to me I would not do yoga, I could do some of the difficult stuff fairly easily but at the end of the day all it did was keep the sciatic nerve activated to some degree. I'd try to eliminate or minimise anything that gives you the nerve pain. For me the more time the nerve has to rest the better. I basically eliminated sitting as it was painful anyway but have had a lot less general nerve pain since, doesn't mean there is no suffering but definitely less shit lol. Hopefully keeping up with your exercise helps, I found constantly engaging my core while doing anything non horizontal helps to limit any mishaps like twinging a nerve that causes a big fall down the hill of constant recovery. Oh and stay hydrated lol

Thanks for the essay/advice, it's good to hear others experiences, it can give me different ways of approaching it, I'm bad sitting at the moment, it's laying down or upright,its definitely a constant recovery for me, sooner or later I end up doing something silly and cause myself a set back! I'm considering ordering the rso cream to see what that can do,I'm not loaded with money but don't have to worry as long as I'm working, I'd definitely be better off without having to pay for 3 kids and a wife tho.
A little rso goes a long way. Find a good dose I.e start with grain of rice size on a biscuit for a good night sleep. I got 1ml about a month ago and still have plenty left. You could also make your own topical easily and, most likely, cheaper π

Hi, I have worn discs at the base of my spine as well, that's how I ended up here. The best treatment I have found is homemade oil made from hash. London poundcake has been the best I have found, but it ran out last week. I have made an oil from Pakistani black which is helping but not quite as much.
Yes, I pop it in cannacaps. Decarb at around 245f for about 40 minutes in the oven. I use a Mason jar. Let it cool cover with some MCT oil and drop the temperature to around 180f and put back in for around 4 hours. I then add some sunflower lecithin, about 5 grams, this makes it more effective. You will need to strain it but do not throw the leftover slurry, it is like rocket fuel! The vendor Resin is doing 2g samles for $15 currently.
