Just took a look at newish vendors page and saw the following:
Lost or Seized Packages:
No refunds will be provided if a package is lost or seized by customs.
No Update for 10 Days:
If tracking shows no updates for 10 consecutive days, you can choose either a free reship or a 50% refund.
By ordering, you accept these terms and understand the risks of international shipping.
Fair enough they state their policy clearly. But why would you ever buy from someone with such policies when there are vendors who wont mess around and will reship or refund if a package is seized. Why would or should buyers take all the risk? - I have no issue with the vendor, but I do sometimes wonder what is going through peoples minds; they are trying to build a business and need to make there service attractive somehow. This is not the way.

We have a similar policy "no refund if delivered" but we have reshipped when the delivery didn't match their address, we aren't evil.
We've never had a seizure in a UK->UK order, if your stealth is good it shouldn't happen really.

Why do some vendors think its justifiable to blatantly lie to customers?
This situation is actually ridiculous (as follows): Ordered a 1g sample from a well known vendor here back in the first week of May. After it didnt arrive in 7 days I messaged the vendor who informed me they had a 20 (TWENTY) day waiting policy before reships. I said fair enough, even though I was a little bit pissed off. After 20 days the item still hadnt arrived and vendor said they would reship. No reship arrived and vendor told me they would send an NDD on (this) Monday; messaging me that it had been shipped and to ask for tracking the next day. As it still had not arrived by Wednesday I messaged the vendor for tracking. To which I was informed that the item had been shipped on the 6th May and there was no tracking for first class mail and inquiring whether I had not received my (original) order. This is Kafka-esque in the extreme. The fact that it is just a 1g sample makes it even more ridiculous. Even if they do make it right, I wont be doing business with them again.

What happens if an order is paid after its cancelled?
Having a nightmare! Was buying from Bittylicious and payment said declined. So I cancelled both the trade and my order here. Then I check my bank and the payment has gone through; so I presume the bitcoins were sent re the order. Any precedent for this? where will the coins end up (will they bounce back to bittylicious or be lost in the void)?

Royal mail status has now changed and shows as being delivered tomorrow, still dont change the above facts like but late is better than nothing I guess! Will see 2moz. If his comms were more on point as he did message me back saying he had ran out of stock! Really shouldn't have put order status as sent when in reality it wasn't! Shit happens, if this was mentioned before I wouldn't have even been mentioning it on here!
Currently going through the same process. Paid $16 for Saturday delivery early Friday morning, needless to say nothing arrived and he’s only just responded to my messages today (Monday) asking for my name and address with no further update on what’s actually happening. Comms/service is shocking, especially when there’s numerous other vendors that actually deliver ND.
Nothing has arrived today either, and according to the topic feed this is a regular occurrence. He literally just responds with a few words and zero explanation then proceeds to ignore you for a few days until he responds with something equally unhelpful. Won’t even provide the tracking number despite asking several times, which is clearly because he didn’t post it when he initially stated. If he rectifies I will update but until I would avoid at all costs.
Tried pistash last year, ripped me on the special delivery I paid for promising to sort it next time. The bud that did finally arrive was PGR trash with zero smell or taste. So no next time from me. Possibly worst experience other than the other shit seller on here dopey. Never again. Hit it and quit type sellers.

I was on Koh Phangan in Thailand in 1990. I ordered a mushroom omelette for 3 of us. The other 2 wondered off to find some weed. Meanwhile I stayed put and the omelette arrived really quickly. It was pretty black for an omelette and obviously had a lot of shroom in it. I greedily ate my large third. The other 2 came back and refused to eat it - too cold- nah don't fancy it now etc.
I had the worst trip of my life. It still scares me now. At one point a local policeman who was trying to help me melted into a puddle infront of me. I remember running across a beach and being knocked down by olmec heads popping up out of the sand, which went in my mouth and nose and turned to ants. My hands were like a werewolves and all my veins and skin were melting and reforming. It was truly horrendous. I was found by my mates back on the beach at 4am 8 hrs later with a stolen puppy holding a lamp up that was not lit. It was 20 years before I touched mushrooms again. The puppy was returned unharmed.
The end........thank fuck.

I'll never ever forget the first time I made a mistake with dosage. It was April 2002 (been smoking since 1994!), on a sunday night after having a few beers down my local. Went back to a mates and he'd cooked a whole ounce of hash into brownies, which got gobbled up by about 8 of us, so yeh, presumably (and this is if it was all equal doses which it prob wasn't!) an 8th each...
Whoops. I stayed at my friends for a couple of hours and everything was fine, started giggling uncontrollably for a bit and then realised it was pretty late so i'd better get a taxi home to my parents house where I was staying as it was easter uni holidays. Taxi ride was fine, bit pissed and stoned, dropped other friends off, still fine. Got home and was really hungry so I made a sandwich and went up to bed. As soon as I took the first bite my mouth went dryer than the sahara and my throat closed up to the point where I had to spit it out cos I was gagging. Nothing made this feeling better, no amount of water or juice or anything. this situation had now made me feel super paranoid, and I started to feel what can only be described as a rocket taking off in my body. All my limbs were buzzing and shaking and twitching, my heart was going faster than I believed it ever had, my head was full of terrible thoughts. Naturally I believed I was having a heart attack. I sat on my parents toilet for about an hour trying to calm down but it was no good. After about 2-hours of this I decided I had to leave the house, maybe I could walk to the 24 hour garage and get something nice to drink. Only instead of going the way that the 24 was, in my madness I'd walked to a Ford dealership garage which obvs was shut and even if it wasn't they wouldn't have been able to sell me liquid! So i realised I'd done this and then freaked out more, which made my throat and mouth dry up to a whole new level of hell wretching and the only thing I could think to do to relieve this was pick leaves off a bush that had rainwater on and suck them. Then I called my then GF (who'd also had some of the brownies) and told her I thought I was dying and that I would be found by the side of the road in the morning and that i loved her! She just mumbled about just going home and I'd be OK but I was convinced by this point I was dying! Managed to get home somehow and just had to ride it out for hours (into the late monday morning!). I didn't eat weed again for years. Was so scary. I almost got to the same level of scariness again a couple of years ago when I misjudged the strength of some already vaped weed in some cookies I made, felt like my personality had split into two people...anyway, wasnt quite as bad as that awful fkin night in 2002!

Embarrassingly, I'm one of those people who over-did it on the edibles on my first try. Took 1, nothing happened after an hour & I got impatient so took another. Result: I was higher than the bloody international space station!! Tried to watch TV but couldn't follow anything, it was like everything was being played backwards. I kept feeling like I was in some kind of simulation. At one point I thought someone was banging on my door, which massively freaked me out as it was about 3am. I could barely stand up I was so unco-ordinated and the floor kept moving. My brain was having a zillion non-sensical thoughts then forgetting them 3 seconds later. I ended up just going to bed as I felt safe there & hoped to sleep it off. When I woke up the next day I was still high - not as bad, but still. Luckily, I had a quiet day, but the day after that when I woke up I was STILL HIGH!! I had to go about my day pretending to be sober, I went to work, I took my Mum to the supermarket to do her shopping, I had conversations with people that I don't remember to this day! (I know this sounds dangerous, but if I couldn't function I would've stayed at home). So, I was high for three whole days, which felt like forever.
The odd thing about the experience was how functional I was able to be. It was like my brain had split in 2. There was the 'me' that was off my face, but that part was like an observer. Meanwhile, some logical, tiny little niche of my brain was operating as normal. I saw myself doing things, saying things, and it was all as normal. Stoned me felt like I had nothing to do with the other part doing everything. I even found myself mentally saying "Well done" to the functional part of me whenever it was doing something, as it felt so surprising.
No one noticed a thing, even my Mum! Very weird experience & not one I want to repeat. Ever. Although I find it hilarious now. I stay away from THC-only edibles these days as this wasn't my only bad experience. Full spectrum gummies all the way :)

there was one time i was at a club and a friend had gotten some African weed. i got so high from it that while walking i felt tired and realised that if i just stopped holding myself up my friends would catch me and carry me home, they did.

I don't think LB know how to sort it out, short of deleting and banning the odd cunts accounts. Unless someone paid them a visit.
I guess many of the technical things a website might do would involve further user validation such as mfa - which wouldn't exactly be popular here where anonymity is core. So we need to continue being vigilant and reporting to cleanup Borg to fix. I think the individual probably needs some mental help. I placed an order on September 27th, and it wasn’t shipped until the 30th, with tracked delivery. However, my package never arrived. After several messages to the seller (with responses only around 9 am daily), I finally got the tracking info yesterday 9/10. The tracking showed it was delivered, but after contacting Royal Mail, I found it was sent to the wrong address. I was close to blaming my housemate before I made the sensible decision to call royal mail 😅
When I informed the seller, they essentially blamed me, which was frustrating. I can't be 100% sure the mistake didn't happen on my end but my address is auto filled and it is correct. While I understand mistakes happen, the seller's slow replies and lack of real help have made this experience really disappointing. Has anyone else had similar issues with this seller? Would it be worth disputing?

My address autofills for me and it is correct? Ive done it over 25 times and had no issues ever, I don't see how the mistake could be on my end however because the address deletes itself, of course i can't be 100% sure. Is that hard to understand?
LB removed the saved/auto-fill feature from the order page for Opsec reasons. I’m not saying you don’t have a device that still enables that but none of mine do. How wrong was the address?- I’m guessing a mix on the postcode? Hard to know where the blame lies, even RM? Do you know where they actually delivered it?

It was a single digit with the number of address for example instead of 78 it was sent to 68 we were accused of changing the address somehow.

How long do disputes take togo through? Dealing with a bit of a silly vendor (will name post issue but want to get this sorted first)
Made several claims the items where mailed only to go back on that word and say he needed a bigger box. Now he claims he sent my order to some one else effectively screwing up multiple orders.
Just curious if I will receive a full refund? I have kept screenshots documenting all correspndance and they are just trying to cover up their inadequacies with kindness claiming I am giving abuse, which I have the messages and screenshots to disprove.

Nobody can tell you what you'll get. Check the order to find out how many days left to run before settlement. Always a good idea to settle if you can, but don't close the dispute on a promise.
I have disputed it, the vendor seems like he is open to a full refund but I made sure to screenshot and document the whole conversation as they have out right lied on at least 2 possibly 3 occasions about mailing it.
Auto-settlement Borg doesn't care about your evidence I'm afraid 'settled by reputation'. If they're open to the refund tell them to send it and close the dispute once received. Unless something has changed (?) there isn't an option to refund via LB, they need to send to you directly.
So even if theyve scammed me if they have a good rep they get to keep the funds?

Good sellers don't want disputes so try to resolve, shitty sellers don't usually win disputes. Ditto buyers. It mostly works out (generally speaking).

Check your message from auto-settlement borg. It tells you what date the dispute will close.

If you are going to try bring us down, at least do it with one of products that is not "Out of stock" and has been for awhile now. A product that was likely last shipped out maybe 3-4 weeks ago?

I agree with others saying the real positive reviews will outweigh the negative fake ones but it shouldn’t be this way. Genuinely putting your time effort and care into every order only to be hit by a fake review from a degenerate trying to either sabotage, or blackmail for free products or refunds, is completely soul draining and a massive kick in the teeth.
Keep up the good work and let the trolls seethe in their own hate and anger. 😊

No the cut off point is 5pm on the 19th and the winners will be at 12pm midnight on the 19th
