How do you deal with grief?
I lost my sister at the end of November 2016. Today I'm waiting for hospice to take my mother for her last days. She's 86, and had a massive stroke, destroying most of her right brain. They were my only family. To make it even more difficult, I live 4000 miles away, and can't travel because of my own health problems.
Fortunately I have a very supportive husband, and a few true friends who have supported me beyond all expectations. But I still haven't dealt with my sister's death. I'm in counselling, on antidepressants...doing everything I can think of, but it's still just so hard to breathe.
I know that everyone has their tragedies, and heartbreak. If you comment here, please don't be unkind to others by comparing yourselves. I sincerely appreciate any thoughts you can share with me that helped you deal with your grief.

I am so sorry for all that you are dealing with but you should congratulate yourself because you are doing it! the good news is your going to live through this! the bad news is your going to live through this! no i am not being a smart ass. i lost my best friend,male,my best friend,female, my cat, and my mother who had 2 strokes in one week at 89 and went from taking care of me my son the 3/1 where we all lived the yard had the prettiest yard with blooming flowers, fruit trees and vegetables the cat and the dog and still had the first tomatoes every damn spring. and i never knew what a truly blessed life i lead until bam! gone! but first she lived through losing her independance to being completly helpless with my son and i her cargivers which is a whole other nightmare. but i wanted to respond to you to tell you i fell you .it has been almost 2 years since my mom and i still cry everyday. i was adopted and 3 weeks ago found and am reunited with my birthmom and my first thought was oh momma i wish you were here to share this with me you would have loved it so much. life is forever changed by loss such as we have had. accept, grieve, cry feel and let it be a reminder to strive every moment to make choices that we would look back on and know we spent our time and our love with the ones of our choosing in hindsight. for hindisght is 20/20. in my opinion, or expierence it doesn't get better you just get used to it

Late dispute
Is it possible to reactivate the dispute once the dispute window has closed? I trusted the seller to resend an order where I received the wrong product. I got 20g of the worst driest hash I’d ever seen instead of 20g bubble hash. I was on holiday at the time and didn’t want any sticky fingers on my post whilst I was out of the country. I actually took the hash away with me as the vendors vac packing was far superior to mine. I was gutted and couldn’t even smoke it leaving it in France.
It’s now been a week and still no replacement where any order I’ve have ever received form them has taken more than 3 days, over 10 orders and about a $1k. What are my options if any? I just can’t afford to losy that kind of money plus the dampener it put on my holiday. The only thing I guess is to name and shame and hammer the 8 product reviews I still can edit! Thanks in advance biggss

You can request a late dispute. It will then be up to the vendor to respond and make it right. If that doesn't happen then it will be settled automatically based on reputation.
Thanks for responding so quick blazin_esx. How would I request a late dispute? Do I need to message a Borg? And how long do you have to request a late dispute once the window has closed?
Happy to help mate. I haven't actually had to dispute myself so hopefully another bigga who has can step in if I'm wrong. I think you need to post a topic on the vendor's page called Request Late Dispute. Include the order ID, the item(s) ordered and the date you paid for it. Also mention the reason for the dispute. You should then get something from auto settlement borg outlining what the vendor needs to do. Good luck mate.
Amazing thanks dude! I’ve never had to either but then again compared to some I’m a relative noob with about 40 orders. Hope it won’t to go that though as I love this vendor’s products and don’t won’t to fall out with anyone. Just want my meds and what I’ve paid for like everyone else. Thanks for your advice
The escrow and dispute system is what makes LB work so never be afraid to use it. Hopefully the late request will prompt the vendor to respond and sort it out.

And since the whole Brexit thing, everything from the UK gets a VAT charge and admin fee attached. I have to pay that, then the post usually gets to me. So it is not unusual for it to take over two weeks for this whole process.
Besides, since I joined this community I have only had three informal disputes where the vendor and I communicated until we came to a settlement we could both agree on, based upon their Manifesto mainly.
That's why I didn't open a formal dispute within the time window. I also held off leaving bad feedback, I just extended the orders. Still expecting that Hemp Lady would come through. Being new, things can be challenging.

ignored all my follow-up messages. And because of recent serious medical issues at home, I didn't get the chance to even leave feedback to warn others.

He's also shipping from the USA, so obviously shipments take longer. She got nasty, along with a few others, and I dropped it.

I'm sorry to hear that mate. I've got a few trustworthy regular vendors I'd be happy to recommend but I am not sure if they ship to Ireland. Good for you on naming and shaming, doesn't happen enough on here and it helps others avoid similar situations.

Reviews are always anonymous, but I will tell you that I've gotten herb from Hebba29. I live in Ireland and it took 9 to 15 days for normal delivery. The first order got mixed up, so it took 30 days to get the right order, but Hebba not only sent the right order, but an extra gift for my patience.

Totally! When we went on a safari in South Africa the ranger told us about how when animals graze, the grass "scream" and send singles to the surrounding area which makes the animals move on .... And then you have the fungi systems under trees - now that's as a world of its own that communicates to each other, connecting for miles and miles, looking after one another - the intelligence is mind blowing - humans could learn a lot if only they connected more with them by using the amazing medicines we have on LB! peace and love to you all

I've experienced some incredible meditations where I was taken to places and beings that I can't describe. Personally I have never gone so far or deep on any of the medicines that I have used from here. So far the meds help me better with day to day challenges, but I have yet to take the cosmic leaps that occur during meditation.
Having said that I also have to say that meds on this site have helped me be ABLE to meditate. Quieting the mind is not easy, a bit of help is always a good thing.

The smell of freshly cut grass that humans seem to love is actually a warning signal that it’s under attack, to warn all the other grass…😭 makes me not want to mow the lawn 😂 nature is crazy good, I’m pretty sure humans are the only species that actually devolve over time rather than evolve!

Yes, plants DO mind. Just because you can't communicate with them does not mean that they are not sentient in their own way. Please don't assume that a brain is the ultimate organ. As science has progressed we have learned that there are neural clusters in different areas of our bodies actually work like assistant brains. That's the best way I can explain it.

When i think back it was like hearing them through my third ear so to speak, but when it happened, at that time i realized what was going on.
Was around 10 full grown aloe plants, beautiful specimens, their fate all came at same time, was very quick, and that's when i heard them.
So again, this is something i've known for a very long time, just sayin', have a good one biggas.✌️

That must have been very traumatic for you, I'm sorry. I agree with you about all 'living' and 'non-living' things. All of existence is made of the same stuff. We are not above any other entity, we are part of the grand scheme.

Hey guys - wanted to ask what’s your experiences of melatonin if you’ve tried it for sleep purposes, how effective did you find it?
The NHS site says it’s also prescription only - swear you used to be able to get it in the health food shops, am guessing laws on psychoactive drugs mean its prescription only now. So I wanted to hear your thoughts/experiences before going down that route. thanks all in advance 💚

I've used it a lot over the years to help reset my sleep patterns around shift work, and found it varies in effectiveness depending on the brand, as well as the dose. High doses don't work well for me. Best is a brand called Vitafusion who do a product called SleepWell. It's formulated with 3mg per 2 gummies, and it was so effective for me that I'd find myself drifting off to sleep without trying. No other dose or brand ever did that. Still available from a popular auction site, and I've never had any stopped by customs.
Yes it's now prescription only, and what you're getting is obviously a controlled, pharmacological version of a bio-available / plant-based form.
I've been using it for years due to diagnosed circadian rhythm disturbance and generally many years of poor sleep. Overall I've found it very helpful in helping me maintain a fairly consistent sleep wake cycle. I'm only using a very small dose, just 2mcg / mg.
However, I've recently started using a plant melatonin called Herbatonin at a 0.3mg dose so even lower than my prescription and it's as good if not better. I bought three months supply of the Symphony brand online for around £13. Maybe give that a go if it's within your reach and see how it suits.
At some point I'd like to not have to use it at all but I live with chronic illness so it's a bit tricky right now, but it'll happen when it happens. A decent amount of sufficient quality sleep is so crucial for health. I think many of us underestimate that. The "I'll sleep when I'm dead" crew may be reaching that point sooner than they think! 😱
There are some folks out there mega-dosing for all manner of health-related reasons, up to 100mg daily!!!!!!!!!!

Did absolutely nothing for me. Can’t believe it now needs a scrip🙄. Microdose Xanax still the best sleep aid imo, no negatives. That or Unicorn 🦄 Piss from Canadian Imports 🤤😴

Totally agree with your comments mate. I find with sleep aids the less you use them the better they work. Tolerance builds so quickly. I take 0.25mg (or less) of Xanax possibly twice a week if I’m wide awake in the middle of the night with a least 4 hours to go until I need to get up. Always works and I wake up very refreshed. Taken nightly it would stop working in a couple of weeks and knowing that means I have no incentive to increase dose or frequency.
I occasionally treat myself to a hit of the 🦄 at bedtime. Fall asleep with a big grin on my face!🤗

I bought about 1000 blue diazepam decades ago, and I took them all. That was a very unproductive number of months. Lovely with a G&T on a Sunday afternoon I found. Be careful not to kill yourself, obviously.

Also, the trigger for your body to start releasing melatonin is darkness. So if you're using your phone or watching TV before sleep, you're body is not releasing it's own melatonin.
Red filters will help a lot, as it's the blue light that triggers our brain to wake up. It takes some time...30-45 minutes for me.
If I need help besides the filter I've added to my phone, I take a small THC edible.

So please check with a doctor about that, it is life threatening.

I'm using Revolut and you do have a wallet in Revolut app under crypto tab. You hit bitcoin and then receive and a QR code will pop up and the wallet address underneath.
I can't say they aren't cunts but i can say that i'm quite happy with their service, low btc transfer fees compared to other wallets (around 7-8 quid/ transaction) and free currency exchange. But my residency for them is not uk and this might be the reason.

I think you can only recieve bitcoin from another Revolut account. So I just got myself an exodus wallet and did it that way. Thanks for the reply! 👍

Your probably best opening your own wallet for a btc refund. I don't think revolut has a wallet for refunds plus they won't allow me to even send my btc to my exodus wallet

I already left feedback, but I have to say a more public Thank You to MJ. An order that I placed confused me when it first came. I assumed that MJ was out of some products, so compensated me with a bit more of other items I ordered. Just to check, I mentioned it to them in chat. I even told them that I didn't think they owed me anything cost wise, I was just disappointed that I couldn't try the other edibles.

I was an anti vaxer so didn’t willingly roll up my sleeve till I caught Covid and spent the next 3 weeks hooked up to machines in ICU. It’s kinda fucked me up in the long run too. During my recovery I spoke to a dr who was an expert on biology and had done a thesis on viruses in university. He explained to me how it works and how it has mutated and most likely jumped from species to species. As humanity continues to expand across the globe at a rapid rate pandemics will happen. We will most likely get another in the next 30 years. Why the vaccine was created so quickly was it had been worked on for years. Since the SARS outbreak in Asia in the early 2000s. I certainly wont have any vaccination for sure. I wager though the governments will make it passive aggressive mandatory. There’s a very interesting book written by Dean Koontz in 1981 The Eyes Of Darkness, that mentions a virus created in a lab just outside wuhan in labs called Wuhan-400, and he’s prediction is that it will affect humanity around 2020! You're lucky you just got a customs charge, what would you be out if it was seized? Find some common sense, please. I pay my charges to the MAN, and keep my mouth shut. Or check with the vendor - they don't have control over what happens when the PO takes over, but they might be able to explain more details.
So far SOTL has been more than fair with me, I can't imagine giving such a poor score. Just think it through objectively.

I was wondering is it a better idea to stop selling to ppl outside the US bc I noticed they want the same speed as if they were getting it from there own country. Or they act like you r personally taking to them when once it hits the mail you gotta wait just like I have to we are both people waiting on a package to get there. I try to be as nice as possible to my customers but I guess being nice doesn’t help stop customers from doing you crazy. I tried to make it to where everyone gets a great deal and boom I see someone rate my product an 8 without any explanation now I see I can’t just be selling too anyone.
You are going to get the complaints and the impatience from the minority that think LB is Amazon. That can't be helped more so the now in the UK where the post is just at a sand still with all the back logs

I got 3.5gms of Tiramisu buds. I'm so confused.
Sorry it's a bad photo, but that's the shake I got. It's just a small bit in a container I keep handy. There are plenty of little buds, and hardly any bits of stem at all. I really enjoy it, good stuff for me.

Lol, VERY nice top shelf bud. I wish I could afford this all the time! But Hebba29 has already contacted me about sorting out the mix up. That's a lot more than other vendors have done for me in the past, so I expect it was an honest mistake. If you want a pic of the real shake, I'll try to post it when I can.

Has anyone here ever had to deal with this? Today I received a letter from the post related to customs clearance of goods to receive my order because of the new extra-community electronic commerce laws... I'm in Europe, outside UK.
Yeah.... Radar Breeder. and got a letter from the post office saying I had to clear a goods held in customs due to the new legislation... Now I'm afraid they'll open the package to check what it contains, as they asked me on the online form I filled out what the product was, its price and in what currency the transaction was made :S I shouldn't have filled that form...
Sorry to hear.i know that most vendors would fill in the form to say what it is and the amount but the rules seem to have changed for lower amounts. Eg socks 10euro(which would have been vat exempt up to recently).

Shake and trim can be used to make some potent eddibles using canna butter or boiling it MCT oil
Im just drying up the trim if there is interest i may list it
also some great strains comming your way that is also drying up too, it will be ready 4-5 weeks from now - so a pretty long wait

Sorry about your injury dude, shame you can’t make any bubble hash hmmmmm. Shake It definitely goes, people put it up all the time and it goes quickly though I think the most popular includes popcorn buds, Price can vary greatly so have a little look at what others are offering re quality it tends to go in 14 and 28g’s. Some people seem to smoke trim on here as a cheaper option, it wasn’t till I used here that I realised some peeps prefer week smoke.

I'm old school, and like to smoke my flower, but edibles are better for me. The pain relief lasts longer, and it gives my lungs a much needed break since I also smoked cigarettes for about 25years!

It leaves me very clear headed and almost energetic. On bad pain days I use the pure Indica 2-3 times throughout the day. It helps me not chew my own leg off. Most days the hybrid is what I find best. Dosage, start low, and listen to MJ. Food gives it a kick for me somewhere around 3 hours in. I can't understand it, and it needs to have a bit of oil, or butter. Confusing as hell to me, enjoyable though.
I'm just glad you're coming back! For a while there I was getting worried man. Even resorted to trying to make my own edibles, but I'm no DopeChef!

Unfortunately, this time of the year post services all around the world reporting very large volumes of post and it seems a lot of orders are taking longer then usual, to some countries more than the others.
Shipping to GB seems to be delays just a bit if any - still most arrive before 21 days.
Shipping to Ireland are in massive delay, all orders past october 20th are still seems to be on their way 50+ days (!!!).
Shipping to rest of europe seems to be delayed also depend on country - about 21-35 days.
I really hope that all of the order will reach their rightful owners as soon as possible.
for all order that haven't arrived past 60 days please contact me to sort it out!!!

Your good communication is really helpful. Don't let impatient customers put so much pressure on you. I mean that going too fast can cause problems...like a mistake in stealth or security. I've just received a negative feedback saying "sorry to say has zero effect. Forget about drops I used the full pipette which did nothing".
unfortunately the customer chose not to contact me about his/her unsatisfying experience so I can't address it specifically.
It's possible that some customers order the weakest variation of the tincture (500mg) and don't know what to expect - a completely full pipette of the 500mg/10ml bottle will be about 50mg which is not so much for some.
I blame my self for not writing this calculation on the item's description, which is now fixed.
I really wish unhappy customers will message me even after leaving a bad feedback so I can try helping improve their experience.
one tip I want to share for the chance that the unhappy customer is reading this post:
the oil for the tincture is decarbed in a gentle manner (relatevitly low temp for a long time) to preserve it's flavor and terpenes, warming it in a boiling water bath for 10-15 min to ferther decarb it can potentially make it more bio-available and psychoactive for one.
I said it before and I'll say it again, I never lie or cheat about the items I sell - not about quantity, concentration or quality. I'm always here to help and I'll always do my best for y'all.
I just wish everyone the best experience

You come across from all your posts as a decent vendor. Which stands out more to me than the occasional rogue 1/10 review. It's good you're worried about it but don't let it get you down.
Gonna double down on what KickAss420 said. I still think of those nug run carts I got from Hashishin. You're a class vendor - keep it up!

Too many people on here are spoiled for choice, and can often get next day delivery. That's great, I love it, but some of us are after certain types, and quality of hashish that I've only found with Hashishin. Yes, l read about the sister you lost to cancer. I truly am sorry for your loss. I've watched my mother lose a kidney to cancer and my father had prostate cancer and l've lost count of the number of cancerous tumors he's had removed from his face. I have to take him to his doctor March 1st to have another one removed. I can't prove it but l believe one or more of the pharmaceutical companies have come up with a cure for some, if not all forms of cancer. As they say, there's no profit to be made with a cure. I hate to be that cynical, but they haven't given me a reason to think otherwise, judging by their previous behavior.

By the time I got through a few scams, got bitcoin figured out, and found this site... well, I was still raising money for some Rick Simpson oil when she caught MRSA. She finally went septic with MRSA, and it shut down her kidneys.
Something that still upsets me is that MRSA is not even mentioned on her death cert., just metastasized breast cancer. It just feels like they're trying to hide the true extent of the 'super bugs' they're creating.

In the meantime I self medicate with herb, and supplement with his narcotics, and valium when necessary.

You're right about the pharmaceutical companies. Started out curing everything that came their way and they went kaput. When one of them said they created a cure for hepatitis c, my jaw hit the floor. It's the first time anything has been cured since those early days, as far as l can remember it happening. Today is a different story. To watch that prick, who was testifying before a government committee about why he raised the price of a drug his company makes, all he did was act like a smug little bastard, taking the 5th when he wasn't busy acting like an ass. Wow, yes, we've got a lot in common! I've been under the care of psychiatrists for longer than I care to figure out. My grandmother has cancer and even if she makes it she doesn't have more than 5 years to live realistaclly. I believe that some kind of immortality or radical life extension is coming but she isn't going to be able to participate so I wonder if there is something I can do to give myself a little hope if nothing else.
My gran died a couple of years ago and one of the biggest regrets I have is that I didn't talk with her about her life. My advice is spend as much time with her as possible, talk to her, learn about her (write things down if you need to) - and then keep her in your memories. Pass on your knowledge of her to the next generation. That is basically as close to immortality most of us get.
Exactly this! My gran died in 2014, one year shy of 100. She had seen a lot in her life, being born during World War One. I cherish the chats that we had. As I get older, I realise how privileged I was to have known her. Not only because of who she was but because she was born in another era and her stories and memories were real life history from a very different world to our own.
Record her talking about her life and memories, oral history vcan be an amazing gateway into the past.

She might not want to be frozen, or otherwise kept from death. I've had to deal with death way too much recently. It's horrible, and my heart goes out to you. But sometimes dying people see loved ones who are already dead. Real, or imagined, I won't know for sure until I take that last trip. I've started to feel very selfish for keeping my sister on life support as long as I did. Personally, I really believe that death is just a transition. Regardless, I think spending as much time with her as you can, and even recording conversations with her would be a good thing. Whatever you choose, I wish you both well.

1. install gpg suite (search). the installed gpg keychain software will be used to manage your keypair/s. a keypair is a private key and associated public key.
2. run the software. create keypair using appropriate information... the private key is fyeo. do not give it to anyone.
3. save you public key to your lb profile. so your message recipients can verify you (your signature) and send messages back to you. here lb is the 'trusted source'.
4.get the public key from a trusted source (which here is lb) of who you want to send a message to and save that in the gpg keychain software.
5. you can now send that person a message which is encrypted with the aforementioned recipients public key. you sign it with your private key. so you'd send the encrypted message in lb.
6. the recipient uses their private key to decrypt and read your message, verified as from you by the signature.
i. the reverse (how other reply/send to you) is essentially the same thing.
ii. to do encrypt and decrypt in windows is probably a right-click context menu item in outlook or maybe on a text file, idk tbh because f ms.
iii. yes, there is loads of info missing but should those bits should be more easily searchable.

No 3 is an amazing vape low priced aswell but not portable, an ideal sharing vape great for nights in.(better than the volcano I think). Also one I use regular is the magic flight launch box theres a bit of a technique to use this one but once you master it its great for making your weed last longer, a great weekday vape but not for weekends if you know what I mean. Lovely little things, barely bigger than a ciggy. Start at fifty quid. No batteries just a butane torch. Instant, thick smooth vapour anywhere with lovely taste. Mostly use for flower but easily adjust technique for hash or rosin etc. Really efficient extraction too, because life is waaaaay too short for avb!

i've found the eagle bill shake and vape glass vape pipe to be great once you get the hang of it it's better than any cheapo electronic vape unless you buy a good one like the herbalaire which is massively efficient just don't bother,,. a small pinch goes a long way, only cost effective electronic vape is a well made scientific one like herbalaire

hi there, I am a noob here and made my first purchase a day or 2 ago, It has not arrived yet but certain fears are starting to creep in....Call it a slight panic or paranoia, but I was wondering how do these sellers post Cannabis or other Illegal goodies to the buyers all over the world? normal post? couriers? shipping!? A quick glance at comments on orders placed reveals there is a high success rate?!. Do the packages not go through customs? what about the sniffer dogs? what happens if my parcel or envelope get seized and moustachoed dudes wearing blue and waving cuffs come a knockin on my front door?? please clarify this for me all y' all, I am from Europe and a bit baffled about this..Thanks!

It's all done in the post and sealed in mylar. If you buy within the EU there is no customs otherwise the mustached guys have better things to do than handcuff a guy buying a small amount of cannabis. I would not recommend buying crazy amounts but I don't think that's really on offer.

I don't doubt this but why not just use an EU vendor, there are several good ones on little biggy.
It seems Ireland has a watch list at some level. Lucky me, I seem to have triggered it. I don't know how much history they keep, but in the past 2 years they got 2 shipments, one shipped from within the EU with only about 9 gm, and a few gm of hash as a gift. Customs sent me a letter... blah blah, illegal. The second was an ounce from the US. A vendor I had gotten 3 successful shipments from. Btw, I got run around so long that I let time run out, and couldn't leave feedback even though I wasn't very happy with the vendor's solution.
Anyway, no letter from Customs on the tracked ounce. But now almost every package I get, especially from the US, is opened by customs... gets to me with customs tape all over it. Joke's on them, I'm disabled, and do a lot of shopping online! I hope they like going through all my personal stuff!

Even Customs doesn't do anything more than throw it away if they find it. I heard that from a person whose job is finding contraband for customs.You're about to pop your cherry. What you're feeling is the same thing l felt, and everybody else here when it comes to that first order. I was certain that it was going to be a ripoff. I've never been happier about being wrong.

Someone here had a moment of clarity when it comes to spending thousands of dollars to bust someone for an ounce of weed. Nobody can justify doing it. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully, someday the EU will realize it as well.

Absolutely. I still haven't heard of someone overdosing on weed. I've tried to before. The only thing that happened was l decided to take a nap. I forgot about the munchies. OK, After l ate l decided to take a nap. Nobody had to give me a shot of Narcan to counteract the effects of the weed. After 3 or 4 hours l woke up feeling none the worse for wear. The last time my mother went to her pain management doctor, she was informed about a new policy. She and the rest of his patients are now being prescribed Narcan. It doesn't work on weed, but it's an opioid's worst nightmare. It's scary to think things have gotten this bad. So, which one is more dangerous?

I used to work in a hospital. One night a guy was brought in to the ER after consuming 80 Tylenol. It was too late to save him and watching him die such an agonizing death has stayed with me to this day.
