I love them for long term pain and mood control. I try to keep 1 of each at all times. The pure Sativa could be less helpful if you're prone to paranoia, hasn't bothered me though. It leaves me very clear headed and almost energetic. On bad pain days I use the pure Indica 2-3 times throughout the day. It helps me not chew my own leg off. Most days the hybrid is what I find best. Dosage, start low, and listen to MJ. Food gives it a kick for me somewhere around 3 hours in. I can't understand it, and it needs to have a bit of oil, or butter. Confusing as hell to me, enjoyable though.
