We have been completely blanked by admins for over 3 months regarding visibility.
Our business model and pricing is based on high volume orders which we aren’t achieving only because of zero visibility.
The only response we have from cleanup Borg is that we have too many disputes. This is a completely ridiculous and ignorant statement, when you take into consideration that we are an international vendor.
We are actively encouraging our customers to hit the dispute button until they receive their order or refund or reship.
Would they prefer us to tell customers to not hit dispute and add more paranoia to the process?
We have already resolved all disputes as everyone received their reships and refunds.
Our only 1 dispute on our record is from customer ‘patric’ which was actually our smallest order to date, the customer is an abuser of the dispute system. They received their order of 1OZ Blueberries & Cream for $125+$50 shipping, they then made a complaint 7 days later about the quality. Their history shows regular abuse of pretending they’ve received something unsmokable to add weight to their dispute.
The admin actually encourage these chancers and scammers by settling the dispute in their favor (despite us already offering $50 refund or $75 store credit to the customer) which they completely blanked and let the dispute run its course and ultimately won all their money back.
Our current only open dispute is from another user whose order hasn’t moved on the tracking for 2 weeks so we encouraged them to dispute and their reship is going out this Monday or Tuesday.
This is not going to work if the admins continue to blank us for months on end, when we have tens of thousands in escrow and potentially hundreds of thousands in escrow in the future.
How are we supposed to trust the platform?
If we aren’t welcome here due to the obvious bias and snide remarks from users who have never ordered with us, we can be told this in plain English by admins and we will take our efforts, generosity, low prices and high landrate elsewhere.
We have shown willingness to change or amend our policies and even put forward the suggestion ourselves for our escrow to set to 30 days minimum to allow enough time with our current policies, so that seized or lost orders have enough time to be reshipped and land.
We are tired of being blanked for over 3 months, it is completely uncalled for and unfair.
