How do i contact Transaxe support?

Go to chat then create new and in the ‘to’ bar type in ‘transaxe’ and you’ll see ‘transaxe support’ and drop them a message or ‘cleanup Borg’. Either should be able to help. I already dropped transaxe support a message to notify them of this error and I’ll update you once I hear back :)

No worries same here, since the onion browser allowed it maybe the servers for .com are having issues as it only got activated recently. Bugs are to be expected in that case I guess

Going to be honest. We only send NDD.
At the moment because of strikes etc.
It's all a gamble some get there next day some can take up to 5 days.
Plus royal mail are so lazy they not even updating the tracking information.
