Regulation has gone astray... either because they have become captives of regulated industries or captains of outmoded administrative agencies, regulators all to often approve unreasonabilly high prices, inadiquite service and anti competitive behaiviour. the cost of this regulation is always passed on to the consumer and that cost is astronomical!

I would say THC carts are the most economical way to get high for sure. A 1000mg westcoast cure cart lasts me for around 2weeks+ (moderate use) and costs me around £60

As little as possible, try to grow most of my own and come here for a change or to get carts for my mates. It’s amazing the quality and yield you can pull out of a small space if you’ve got the right genetics and a bit of experience.

I’d strongly encourage anyone who can to get into growing.

Try growweedeasy.com as starting point, I think there’s a link on the home page to a guide for complete beginners.

Also reddit r/microgrowery is quite a good source of inspiration for small grows.

You can also try typing any question you have about growing into google, chances are it’s been asked and answered many times on one of the growing forums.
When you understand the basics and have a rough idea of what you’d like to do just go for it, I think the fastest way to learn is to do it. Hope that helps.

https://sensiseeds.com get good seed here and find your local hydroponics shop for all equipment sorce a good compost and LED lights do okay for veg stage then move over to HPS for flower you could use Mh for veg too but the cost strip profits so LED is best for veg, HP shps will have all the nutes and even advice so forst place to go and see. good luck you wont regret it ;)
