How do i contact Transaxe support?

Go to chat then create new and in the ‘to’ bar type in ‘transaxe’ and you’ll see ‘transaxe support’ and drop them a message or ‘cleanup Borg’. Either should be able to help. I already dropped transaxe support a message to notify them of this error and I’ll update you once I hear back :)

No worries same here, since the onion browser allowed it maybe the servers for .com are having issues as it only got activated recently. Bugs are to be expected in that case I guess

could this be because we are using littlebiggy.com rther than .org It seems like when i ask for payment help, click the link, it tried to take me to .org site and of course that is down!!!

My orders went through ok this morning using .com.. one sent, one sat on paid. I’m using the onion browser if that helps

Which onion browser are you using? I paid for an order on here late last night and it went through fine but it’s still sat on paid and it’s very unusual for this seller so now I’m getting worried…

My payment went through last night and I received a standard message from the seller confirming that, but my guess is they haven’t been able to get access to the site because I’ve heated nothing today and they’re usually great. Do you know what’s happened to the main site/how long it will be down for?
