I placed an order on September 27th, and it wasn’t shipped until the 30th, with tracked delivery. However, my package never arrived. After several messages to the seller (with responses only around 9 am daily), I finally got the tracking info yesterday 9/10. The tracking showed it was delivered, but after contacting Royal Mail, I found it was sent to the wrong address. I was close to blaming my housemate before I made the sensible decision to call royal mail 😅
When I informed the seller, they essentially blamed me, which was frustrating. I can't be 100% sure the mistake didn't happen on my end but my address is auto filled and it is correct. While I understand mistakes happen, the seller's slow replies and lack of real help have made this experience really disappointing. Has anyone else had similar issues with this seller? Would it be worth disputing?
