Poor Delivery and Customer Service

Bit of a harsh title if you not sure if you made the mistake and the vendor msg's y0u and item has been sent. Just saying

Poor Delivery and Customer Service

I placed an order on September 27th, and it wasn’t shipped until the 30th, with tracked delivery. However, my package never arrived. After several messages to the seller (with responses only around 9 am daily), I finally got the tracking info yesterday 9/10. The tracking showed it was delivered, but after contacting Royal Mail, I found it was sent to the wrong address. I was close to blaming my housemate before I made the sensible decision to call royal mail 😅

When I informed the seller, they essentially blamed me, which was frustrating. I can't be 100% sure the mistake didn't happen on my end but my address is auto filled and it is correct. While I understand mistakes happen, the seller's slow replies and lack of real help have made this experience really disappointing. Has anyone else had similar issues with this seller? Would it be worth disputing?

As we explained privately we copy and paste all addresses.
We have spoken to you this morning and this afternoon we are not at the computer 24/7 but will always get back to you as you can see this response is pretty quick no?
In regards to sending on the monday yes this is correct as we do not post at the weekend at this moment in time.
We do understand your frustration in regards to this but as you openly say you are not sure what address you put on.
We are not sure what you would like us to do or how to help anymore sir as we do not touch the address or change it in anyway unless requested.

My address autofills for me and it is correct? Ive done it over 25 times and had no issues ever, I don't see how the mistake could be on my end however because the address deletes itself, of course i can't be 100% sure. Is that hard to understand?

LB removed the saved/auto-fill feature from the order page for Opsec reasons. I’m not saying you don’t have a device that still enables that but none of mine do. How wrong was the address?- I’m guessing a mix on the postcode? Hard to know where the blame lies, even RM? Do you know where they actually delivered it?

Always check your order page for address detail one placed to ensure it’s correct before it’s too late👍

It was a single digit with the number of address for example instead of 78 it was sent to 68 we were accused of changing the address somehow.
We would not have changed simply copied and pasted as we always do.

I believe OP is very bad with wording. Who says 98%, 1% below the normal when you're in a situation like this 🤣
So I've had a situation like this with Green Cat. He reshipped no questions asked. Funnily enough both packages arrived at the same time. The address it went to actually returned the items and then royal mail returned it back to me.
At the end of the day its up to the seller how he wants to move forward with this. May lose a customer, may not.
At the end of the day everyone's happy until they got a problem and would probably do the same thing.
OP was respectful, think he just wants his damn product lol.

Iv had a similar situation, I had a reship then had to collect the Orginal three weeks after the sent date because they never paid enough postage, should have been a large letter.

I just had a read of this and I’m sorry this is a classic case of Amazon syndrome.

I have used YNM a number of times and never had an issue.

I think you need to remember that sellers might have a life outside LB.

Every seller has there own way of doing things.

After the first order I knew that I had to order the day before as they mark the posting early in the morning and reply to messages early as you said.

What do you class as slow response from your messages?

Sellers on here sometimes state that they only respond to messages once a day and give a time.
Some sellers reply within 10 min.

You Ordered on Friday 27th and it was posted T24 on the Monday? From the tracking info. When was it delivered?

Just piping in with a comment to the contrary. I placed an order before Christmas and DID get my address wrong. YNM went to the trouble of correcting it for me! Happy Customer. Not to say that you didn't have problems, but I have found them to be good.

Here's my review .. WOW! Arrived just in time for Xmas and couldn't believe how much was in the pot..had to be more than gram...I've got no scales so can't be sure ...just looked more to me. Ended up mixing about a quarter of what I got into some hot milk and making a coffee on Xmas eve...snook it in between family turning up coz I couldn't wait go try it. The first thing I remember my Mrs saying to me was ...where have you been the last 3 hours coz you ain't been in the room ! So yes I would say it's bloomin strong stuff. Gonna try it on the dab rig next and see how that goes.

Thought id share a few pics of this hash. This hash is a bit sticky to touch but still crumbles up well when you smudge between your finger and thumb. When you open the parchment paper it smells strong. It bubbles loads when heat is applied and gives a strong, long lasting high.
Also to add my 14g order was about 2g overweight.

I figure it can't have just been royalmail as I've bought normal bud from other sellers and both of those came one even between my order time and delivery date.

I had my order updated to sent by yall on the 29th and I'm on day 15 waiting rn I expect it and won't dispute but it'd be great if I could have it before the weekend.

I've had slow delivery from yourself in the past and it says sent so I dont expect it to not arrive but it'd be great if I could have an update, I've also dm'd about this as well

Considering the time taken to get to me compared to almost any other vendor (including Hashishin) I've come to the conclusion that postage takes place from some secret island base, or low Earth orbit. Everything has always turned up eventually though, other than once, and I had a swift apology and refund on that occasion.

Consistently excellent products, but don't expect them quickly.

Similar timeframe mate for something that did eventually turn up, and I'm usually looking at 5-7 working days (to the point I've sometimes forgotten about it) on average, and then I had the one that didn't turn up after a couple of weeks too but that was quickly resolved.

We'd advise going for special delivery over the holiday period, even special can take 2-3 days as it comes closer to christmas. Sending stuff 1st class over the christmas period is just asking for trouble really.

I'd definitely advise anyone to follow this advice as the only time I've had a cluster of parcels disappear was around New Year this year and they were all 1st Class. Too coincidental not to be a dodgy postal worker as it was 3 parcels to 2 different addresses.

Yup, it's likely they were stolen. During the christmas period, royal mail will hire a load of temp workers who will fill their pockets. Happens every year.

We tell people that ordering signed for/t24 is at their own risk at christmas time.

Anyone know why I'm constantly waiting a week when I pay for next day delivery? It's not only Pistach, its other vendors too. How can I get NDD that turns up within a few days instead of ages?

More or less depends on when you live in other words your local RM. I've never paid for NDD and always get it next day with most vendors.

I had this issue with Pistach a while back but to be fair to him my last 3 orders with him and NDD have landed next day but I live only 60 miles away from a main depot so generally most of my post is quite quick. I would question it as last year I had this issue and it turned out they wernt sent out though marked as sent

It 100% depends on where you live, Most sellers do send next day (before 2pm cut off) however Royal Mail quite often has backlogs in their system so you don't actually get your order until days after!

As with all our national services our postal service is also a shitshow!

I googled 'how to buy weed in the UK' as the street source I had got nicked. I found a search result that was a small article about scam websites and gave a list of those that were found to be scam. At the bottom, it then mentioned 2 or 3 sites that were legit, LB being one of them.
I spent the next few months lurking and reading and plucking up the courage to order. i then spent a while sorting out a source of crypto, then bottled it again for about a month. I finally went for it with an order from TGT with some hash. It arrived the next day. That was Nov 2020. I'm now on 100+ orders.
I've since got a mate signed up and soon my sister will be on LB.

Yeah I think that's about the same for me. Had been looking for a go between for a few months and found a place where I could get Delta 8 or HHC and thought I'd just settle for that as getting weed on the clear net would be unlikely.

Then when I investigated a lil further I saw the newsletter an English dude did where he had a list of reliable sites (probably the same one you're referring to). I'm pretty sceptical and researched it a lil and found it was likely legit and put in a guest order which never showed up btw. But I persevered and I eventually got some stuff which arrived next day.

Tbh I love this place and think this is the way forward. No more bs with shady dealers that you don't know from Adam. Not being made to feel like you're a scumbag just cos you want a lil smoke, most people seem to be like minded here which is a breath of fresh air.

That being said, I have been disappointed with the service from some of the vendors and it's typical that I find this place and our beloved RM has turned into an absolute shit show (although I support the principle of strike action).

Anyway I'm persevering and hopefully I'll find my go to vendors. Only been here a month or so, so fingers crossed I have better luck in the future.

I'd seen a website in the news supposed to be selling weed. I'd started looking through reviews, which were mixed, but ultimately it seemed like it was a scam. Certainly at best a roll of the dice. Eventually I read a comment on a forum that said something like, "ignore all these sites and go little biggy. You can thank me later." Except I can't thank them as I've no idea where I read the comment. Certainly I should thank them as I've ordered all sorts of bits n bobs in the short time I've been a member since. I remember bricking it same would happen with Budmonkey and it wasn't long after when it went offline. Trying to remember how I even discovered BM to begin with and think it may have been mentioned in a drum and bass forum I used to frequent.

Wasn't long after that when I first made an international order (from Canada) so looking back I reckon I've been receiving suspect mail for over 20 years now. Time flies when you're having fun right?!

After moving from one area to another in the UK I went from having a really good plug who I had used for years with a consistent supply of good quality weed to working my way up through street level dealers trying to find nice weed, everything I was picking up was really bad quality compared to what I used to pick up back home, so I started doing a bit of research and searching online and found some websites that seemed and I had heard where legit. Who still remembers Bud Brothers?
Around 2020 I started vaping to try and quit fags and when I found out about thc vapes through social media I started to make vapes with rso, I pressed rosin from flowers etc but they always clogged up the coil and I had to admit it will never work right without clean distillate. So I bought a shortpath distilling set up and wasted a lot of money and materials. My mate eventually asked why don't I just buy distillate online? I didn't want to get involved with darknet sites so I was very surprised when he said there's a clearnet site to check out.
That's where it all started. At that time only 1 or 2 vendors had distillate on the site: MJ and Bud Brothers. MJ was always out of stock so I was buying from the brothers and then the new vendor all420 who always had stock. Since then the site is flooded with distillate.
Still nice to think back to those first days on the site :)

Hey Biggas. There have been quite a few topics over the past week slating vendors for various shenanigans, and rightly so as bad service should be called out for the good of the LB community. I thought it would be nice to add some balance and shout out one of the good ones.

A few weeks ago I ordered a couple of packs of CK's Baked Cones. I am pretty seasoned when it comes to edibles but Mrs B is quite the opposite. To cut a long story short she took one in two halves, but clearly too quickly as she had a massive whitey. Fortunately I have seen or been responsible for enough whiteys that I could see it coming a mile off and managed to get her through it.

I casually mentioned this on a topic that CK started a week or two ago and he said he'd add some weaker cones if I order again. I completely forgot about this offer and placed an order for another bag this week. I was very pleasantly surprised to see CK had included an extra pack of 4 cones at a much smaller dosage for Mrs B.

I should also add that the cones are fantastic, some of the nicest tasting edibles on LB and they hit hard. There are some very generous and thoughtful vendors on this platform and you can add CK to that list.

Cheers mate. We're very lucky that on LB we have some amazing edible vendors and these cones and CK are up there with the best. Can't taste that they are medicated at all, which is both a good and bad thing as my Mrs found out.

You're welcome, it was a really kind gesture. I think lower dosed cones would be a winner, it's hard to eat just half because they taste so good. I'll stick with the full strength versions though.

Made some for our stash and I think it's very nice just like our 100% Live-resin vape and producing lots of clouds 💨💨 and GMO terps coming through lovely, possibly can compare to hash rosin vape

Will be very limited 10 to 15 1ml cartridges, wewould like to give 1 per customer so at least few biggas get the chance to try out.

Vape will be pure gmo with no other ingredients added. Will break down the hash in slow low temp to preserve the hash terps. This will be a true solventless cartridges

Worse than when you've sent your coin about 20 minutes before cut-off, and you watch the sat/vB increasing in real time and your transaction gets bumped back, and it's not confirmed until after the cut-off. Hello biggaz!

I recently purchased this stuff from another platform (naughty me), and it’s the best thing I’ve ever put into my body, that includes food.

So, how do we get this wonderful fuck honey into a spliff, well here’s what I did.

I put 2g of the cantaloupe into my freezer for about 5 minutes, I took it out and smeared some onto some grease paper and coated it in ground bud. I then rolled the fuck honey into a worm. It was a gradual process, every time it became too loose I’d put it back in the freezer for 5 minutes, roll it and repeat until the fuck honey worm is was 3 quarter the size of the paper you’re using. Layer your skin with flower, add the fuck honey worm and more flower on top. Roll and kick back.

I tripped absolute balls, I closed my eyes and saw animals and plants that I couldn’t comprehend.
