Steeped it at low temps for a while and then just put it fridge.

Then replace butter in recipe for canna butter.

White noise helped mine. Was also recommended videos on YouTube with rain sounds. The ocean sounds worked too. Best listened to through earphone though as you need it turned up louder than you would maybe watch TV late at night. Although i was told by the doctor exposure to loud noise could make it worse or last longer it wasnt the case for me so bare this in mind with the white noise etc. I've suffered with it on and off for years after a bout of vertigo and it drives you mental sometimes. Usually it'll start when I lie down to go to sleep and just be on and off throughout the day. Hope you find something what works mate.

Opening a dispute creates a further 16 day window for you to discuss and hopefully resolve the issue with the vendor (most disputes are settled this way). Sitting on a product for more than those 26 days and then disputing on quality leaves you way outside of the process. Just advice as I see you are a noob...

He's a funny guy, but maybe don't consider it as in depth reasoned academic analysis.

If we ask what communism is attempting which is elimination of hierarchy, collective ownership and resource equality it looks good on the surface but in reality if you look at Cuba and ask any Cuban that managed to fled the country they will tell you when communism is applied through force and suppression it disrupts and destroys instead of harmonising.
