White noise helped mine. Was also recommended videos on YouTube with rain sounds. The ocean sounds worked too. Best listened to through earphone though as you need it turned up louder than you would maybe watch TV late at night. Although i was told by the doctor exposure to loud noise could make it worse or last longer it wasnt the case for me so bare this in mind with the white noise etc. I've suffered with it on and off for years after a bout of vertigo and it drives you mental sometimes. Usually it'll start when I lie down to go to sleep and just be on and off throughout the day. Hope you find something what works mate.

I got an ear infection a week ago and was given antibiotics, I've just finished the course and have developed tinnitus. It's driving me mad as I can't sleep. Second a white noise machine. It took me a few night getting used to it but I thought why am I resisting? This is helping!
Yeah, definitely takes a little getting used to but it's the lesser of the two evils for sure!

Yeah I feel you.. It's a fucker. Had various tinnitus flavours: ringing, hissing, whooshing, drone, pulsating one (that's worst).. Generally it's nightmare when it starts but brains gets use to it or adjusts to filter it out ( or stop producing it) So anyway you will be fine, just be patient and don't freak out. Weed is bit hit and miss for me, sometimes it helps sometimes makes it louder

You shouldn't be allowed to claim any benefits while in full time employment. It's crazy, we are basically subsidising employers who ought to be paying more.
And I hope that, one day, employers decide paying a living wage is more important than ever increasing profits such that in work benefits are no longer necessary. I propose a link between maximum and minimum pay within an organisation. Let's say; no pay ( overall package including bonuses, perks and dividends) higher than 5x the lowest full time salary.

I think his and my politics are probably polar opposites, but you could get fucked up at a party with him and have an amazing time. Anyway, good book. Breaks down all sorts of different political stances, and Good Communism is one chapter, and Bad Communism another. He's a funny guy, but maybe don't consider it as in depth reasoned academic analysis.

Communism is inherently tyrannical. History shows that. There aren’t any examples of success for a reason. It goes against the human spirit. Millions more died die to its tyranny than under the Nazis but you never see documentaries on the BBC or Netflix about Stalin, Mao or Pol Pot. Capitalism isn’t perfect by a long way but meritocracy is natural and drives progress. People to an extent sort themselves into roles and structures on natural ability and interest. Socialism just teaches people to rely on the state whilst the state gets to dictate how people think and behave. It’s ideological tyranny on the one extreme and financial exploitation of a liberal society by the few on the other. My grandad was a carpenter and paid his subs to his union for years until he acknowledged the financial and ideological corruption that it was based on.

Couldn't be more further than truth. This guy is a legend. I've been purchasing from GC for at least 3 years. Never had a problem the guy is genuinely one of the nicest vendors on here. To say he's got over 10000 reviews at average 9.6 is a testament to him as it's a one man band.

Unfortunately since last Thursday all orders have not been processed by RM yet the tracking is stuck they haven’t even been scanned in to the network. I spoke to a postie he told me there’s delays due to people taking holidays and they are clearing the backlog this evening apparently. So for everyone wondering what’s going on I can’t send any orders until this backlog has cleared. Please accept my apologies it’s out of my hands I’m hoping it starts updating soon otherwise everyone will be getting refunds. Sorry for the inconvenience appreciate your patience guys! 🫡💙

Hey guys, I'm hoping someone can help!!!
I got an ear infection a week ago and was given antibiotics, I've just finished the course and have developed tinnitus. It's driving me mad as I can't sleep. I've been smoking loads at night trying to get some sleep but it's not working. I was hoping one of you legends could help with some adivce on what to do??

I have had severe tinnitus since 2013. F'ing nightmare for sleep! I am on prescription cannabis pastilles which are great, and smoke (strong) dispensary packs, which help during evening. So best advice would be to try edible gummies to start, 50mg before bed. And source flower for smoking with sleep properties/terpenes. You can have insomnia added to your care summary record with your doctor and this will allow access to prescription cannabis products which are more appropriate for your condition, and work well! Best of luck to you, and I hope you find some help.

I suffered with it for years until I was prescribed meds to address an inflammatory condition, which had the added benefit of completely stopping my tinnitus.
I found out later that a lot of the meds prescribed for my condition dampen sympathetic nervous system responses, so in theory any of the meds I've been on would have had the same effect, but they started me on sertraline which is what stopped it. The others were gabapentin, pregabalin, and amitriptyline. Worth a try if you can get any.

Had it for about 10 years from boxing when burst ear drum, since then i’ve had to stop smoking skunk and strong hashes as they increase tinnitus to much, Can now only smoke weaker Thai and hashes also use magnesium as staying calm helps to lower the noise.
Try playing rain sounds or white/brown noise when you go to bed, doesn’t have to be loud but it can take your concentration away from the tinnitus, that’s always the key I’ve found.

I must admit most cannabis makes my tinnitus symptoms worse but I have to weigh that up against it helping with sleep.

CBT through the GP can help, you can't change the noise but can alter how you think about it.
I usually go for an indica live resin cart, mainly because I enjoy getting stoned rather than to help with tinnitus.

Vendors avoid this account its trying to scam me out of $925! 100% disputed obvious scam the borgs have told me the dispute system will work in my favour hopefully I don’t lose any money.
He messaged us a couple of days ago asking if he could buy, we checked his profile and I told him he had no chance once we saw his disputes. That'll of been about 2 days ago or so.
There's loads of these about now. The amount of orders we cancel or knock back is unreal! He won't win that dispute mate. Your best off not touching newer customers to save yourself the headache!

As others have stated Canadian accounts or users with small number of buys but making big orders are to be avoided.

Yeah got ripped by one in december. Spammed my wall claiming he didn't receive a tracking number and he was so convincing I honestly thought I hadn't done it until I went through the conversation and saw he had it for weeks. Then see it is actually delivered but he claimed wasn't his address - i had no other orders going that way - disputed and got $600 back. The dispute system is ripe for abuse, people with a few buys will dispute a vendor with 1000s of feedback and get 90-100% money back. Its clearly in the favour of the customer, I had 0 disputes at that time and still lost. Borgs won't arbitrate because they claim stuff can be faked lol

Tbh, I thought that was the whole point of the Algo- the ability to recognise behaviour and assess reputations? If it can’t do it and it just works like a cash machine doling out refunds then this scamster has successfully exploited its weakness. But that’s when admin needs to be able to step in and support trusted vendors imo…

Stay vigilant vendors it’s not always overseas accounts trying to scam I think this guy is ‘testing the waters’ to see if this dispute will go through for the benefit of everyone here let’s hope it doesn’t!

I have a grinder - one of those shitty plastic affairs that gets the job done... eventually. Usually, I just break up by hand though (I don't smoke a lot).
When I went down the stairs in my apartment block today, someone left a grinder on the bannister. Curious, I picked it up. It was made of metal and had a really nice weight to it. The lid was magnetic and snapped on and off really nicely. It was fancy.
This has me wondering: Are higher end grinders worth it? What are other biggas experiences using them?

I use cheap ones and have a hard time believing expensive ones can be "worth it" but what does that even really mean? If you fancy something special and have the money available then there is no harm in treating yourself to something :)
I used a shitty plastic grinder for years, and it did its job well enough. Then my mate started working for some company that sold paraphernalia and gave me a little 4 piece metal grinder with a kief catching section. That was much, much better and I used it for a good 10 years with no issues. Then I quit smoking for 7 years.
When I started back this year I thought I'd treat myself to a new grinder and saw a huge price reduction on a 4 piece stainless steel Herb Ripper, so bought it on the principle I'll never have to buy another again. Also bought the fine grind plate for it too, and I'm glad I did as that's the perfect grind size. Absolutely loving the thing and it cuts through almost anything as if it was herby butter, but I appreciate that most people will think it's a ridiculous extravagance. It no doubt is, but it's a lovely, lovely thing. An incredibly well machined tool, like a fine chef's knife. I suppose the question of if anything is worth it is entirely subjective, but I don't ever regret buying it.

Yeah, I agree about them being like chef knives. I use a crappy bargain set of knives and they do the job fine. My sister-in-law however, insists that the £140 knife she gets hand-sharpened fundamentally improves the cooking experience. She actually hates using regular knives now.
I'll be ordering one of these at some point Nigara SG2 Kurouchi Tsuchime Santoku 180mm about £242 import from canada (only place outside japan i can find them) depending on how you use it maybe need to sharpen it once or twice a year ... good knives are worth it if thats your thing .
I can get by. Cooking is like chemistry, so you should get repeatable results. Baking, however, follow the recipe exactly, including tin sizes. If people know the basics they should be able to make meals fairly easily without recipes, and, the top level of that skill, be able to knock up something tasty from what's left in the fridge and the cupboard.

usually go to the local asian supermarket or the one in the city near me only thing i've ordered online in Shin ramyun, soon and champong ramen packs (i uses the broth packs as a base for my own ramen) shhhh i cheat. XD
I've had a Victorinox chefs knife for about 25 years. Best purchase I ever made. I use it all the tine.
That and a decent sized Le Creuset sauce pan are great buys even if a bit pricey, and will probably outlast me.

You can get old Le Creuset re-enamelled too. Something for people to consider instead of throwing them away, or if someone's selling a damaged one cheaply. Have about 5 different sized and shaped ones collected over the years and they've jumped in price ludicrously since they were first bought. Staub seems to be the one all the chefs moved on to, as they still bring out the tiny Staub pots sometimes in fancy restaurants. Don't look at the prices.
I think initially 1 paring knife and 1 chef's knife is a better start than a full range of knives that cost the same as those 2 do, and buy at a point that you personally start to feel a bit uncomfortable about the price. That's everyone's cut off point for almost every purchase made, so you then need to check reviews at that price point. And the most important thing is to hold it before you buy, I feel. There's 1 tiny knife in the kitchen drawer that's so perfectly balanced and razor sharp that I use it all the time, and it's no particular special brand. Just feels like the perfect tool for the job on many occasions.

I had no idea you could re enamel Le Creuset pans, as you can see above mine is in a right state. I left it on the hob about 10 years ago with just a little oil in it, and forgot it was on. What size is that, 24cm? Looks like you'd get a chicken and loads of veg in that together... I'd live with that discolouration if I was you mate, if you can put up with it and it doesn't affect cooking in any way. It's not cheap to re-enamel them. Apparently they're often accomodating if you contact them to tell them you love their products but have a damaged one, and is there anything they could suggest. Often give discounts, so could be better to do that if you can sweet talk them.

Best to prep prior to getting pissed too, most likely. 20:20 hindsight and all that. Still have a branding scar on my forearm from a drunken cooking accident 20+ years ago.

Highly recommend if using plastics to get a bright colour that stands out from herb!!!!

Awesome grinder, at first a thought it was getting gunked up like a plastic one.

The grinder hash. Most works its way off the Herb Ripper too, eventually. I've found that a stainless steel knitting needle is handy for getting the really stubborn bits off, before they're added to a joint. My last tiny grinder was a nightmare that clogged up all the time towards the end and needed the bud to be worked off the blades. I couldn't stand using it for long after the 6 1/2 year break.
That one is on the pricey end, but I have noticed that a lot of weed paraphernalia seems to come with a 'buy cheap, buy twice' policy. Will check out.
I’ve had a Space Case for around a decade and it’s still pretty much as good as new. Cost around £80 but I don’t think I’ll need to buy another.
The way I see it, if you're buying good weed and want a nice rolling experience, a good grinder is worth the investment. Doesn't have to be too expensive, but if you're using a cheap metal/plastic one fragments of the grinder's material will chip off and end up in your bud, which you don't want to be inhaling.
I bought a stoneage grinder off Amazon a while ago for £15, print on the lid is rubbish but it functions beautifully. Supposedly has a ceramic coating in the grinding chamber too!

I stick to the cheap plastic ones. They're fantastic, last a while. When they stop performing, get a new one.

This means there are plenty of gimmick Grinders and ones that seem appealing but end up as impractical and cheaply made. Watch out for metal grinders with screw threads they can stick &/or wear down the thread so the grinder no longer shuts.
I recommend large wooden grinders with metal teeth and magnetic seals not only will these be easier on the hands, a decent grinder will allow for a finer grind allowing weed to spread more evenly in joints, as well as, conserve excess.

The LB Algo figures that if a uk-uk order hasn’t arrived in 9 days it’s probably not going to and invites you to log a dispute- you just click on the tab that will appear on your order page. This protects your coin, because it will not be released to the vendor during the dispute period. Never be persuaded to delay opening a dispute.
However, most disputes are resolved between parties so there is then a 16 day period for you to try and agree a solution with the vendor. If it happens you can click ‘resolve’ to end the dispute, but never do this on a promise- it cannot be reopened.
If you can’t agree or simply get poor or no comms, after 16 days auto settlement Borg will apply a refund. This may not be 100%, ultimately it’s decided on reputation ie purchase history etc (this is to prevent new alt accounts being opened just to scam vendors).
A process that largely protects your coin and offers dispute resolution is what makes LB great!👍

I ordered thru TG on April 19, it's now 6 days later (April 24) and I have yet to get confirmation that my order has been placed. Since you have to pay beforehand on TG, I'm starting to feel a little uneasy. Their menu link went down a couple days before I ordered. This makes me suspicious that the payment addresses on the menu were swapped out and an imposter is now acting as Pistach. If anyone can confirm they've placed and received an order since April 17th I'd really appreciate it.

forgot to update this but i eventually received the pack and got a 15% coupon for my troubles. for what it's worth, Pistach didn't lead me off the site, I actually found the TG group first. i'm not hip to all the news/drama here but i thought i'd add that since people seemed to be concerned about it.

Hi all hope you are well, as title suggests i'm looking for some recommendations on very terpy hard hitting green. I love the gassy varity and was very partial to the Blue Zushi ( the biggas who know will know lol) but its a different batch at mo so looking else where for something to hit the right spot. Open to all suggestions please, but no Mimosa strains I don't like the smell or flavour. thank you pklease :-)

Smoked my last of this just before dinner this evening and I was baked halfway through the joint, and it took much longer than usual to smoke (but, I am post 2 12 hour night shifts today too). Nah it's not that I'm unsure as such, but you've sold me on sticking to 7g and reordering if I really like it. Is it hoggish to consider 7g the ideal size to really consider a bud? It may be why I abandon 1g sample packs for almost always 1 favourite, as it's at most 3 joints to get to grips with things. Higher chance of having a smoke you don't like is the only potential pitfall, but that's few and far between on here. I mainly smoke joints, but I'll definitely stick some in the Might+ to test it out if that's the recommendation.
No not hoggish at all mate. It takes me a few joints before I know if I like something to be honest. Highs can be built upon so a gram ain't going to cut it for some as a 'tester'

Really enjoying the Grape Cream Cake from here. Piff had some months ago and it's consistent in look, smoke and effect to that batch. Had nearly an oz so far.
I always worry about cream and grape and purple names, they are probably lovely for some people, but not for me, we all got different tastes and I love the stinky fuel gas, cheeses , zheetos was off the scale! couldn't get enough of that. Old school also, rhinos and solid skunk, but still the best I had in all my years is the zushi just something about the the taste for me personally was soemthing special :-)

I find my tastes go towards things that are associated with dairy products, whether that's ice cream, cream, cake (probably has dairy in it, or a magic vegan made it and it wasn't dry and awful), and had some Dairy Queen that got me pretty stoned that must fit that venn diagram? I think that GCC is my grail strain though. The number of times that it's wiped me out and I've woken up hours later, or the next morning, is crazy. Consistent too. Never had a cheese strain that I'm aware of, but surely I'd love that as that's a dairy product? Pretty sure that's how all this works...
Never had a cheese strain!!?? It used to be King back in the day, my personal fav was blue and exsodus cheese. Serious flavour and stink when done well. Also had some Peyote cheese that had terps I've never tasted before or since! Try a bit sometime aslong as its cured right you'll love it:-)

I should add that I loitered on here for a week or two to get a feel for how things worked before I ordered. Once I understood the escrow system here there was very little stopping me from pulling the trigger. Because of how it was always ingrained in you 7.5(10)/15/25/45/80. That's how you bought hash until well into the '00s (if anyone still smoked the general crap we bought by then). I'm trying to work out the risk of high volume postage vs the reward of lower costs. I think the sweet spot for you and me is possible 1/2? Usually it's only $10 price difference then if you don't need it. I had a mate order for me for months so I didn't even try to find out how all this works until I'd clearly pissed him off with so many orders. I'd probably be on 75 or so now if it was all on this. Fuck. I don't have a problem. I can stop any time...

Ordered Sunday night....got tracking on Wednesday...gc seemed busy so no problem...waited patiently...gc apologised for bad comms then gave me a tracking number....item is stuck at sender dispatching item on the tracking since Monday 17th...its Wednesday now....I've had to post here because I can't get any info from gc without waiting long periods of time now....Anyone else having this issue?...

..so anyone buying...keep in mind that it won't be next day or even 48 hours...but yes tracking has finally been updated and moving.
After this..I'll move on to another vendor because asking for info seems like to much for gc...guy went off over nothing...then deletes his comments to look like a saint....why do you think some of my replies are out of place? Because gc would write a comment then delete it...now i know why he calls himself a cat....and for anyone doubting just look at the screenshot and tell me thats a normal way to react to asking a simple question or putting up a post...and if it happened to a long time customer who was asking a simple question....then this vendor will do it to anyone. Anyway im out of here... Hey man I know this is frustrating and I've read all of this. Can this now be sorted out over pm?? I've had packages show the same from this vendor an others then it turns up the next day an you feel bad for kicking up a stink! I've been frustrated in the past but GC always come through.

Doobiee I had no problem with gc...I'm a laid back guy...hence why I didn't complain even after 3 days of nothing...also I wanted to handle this in messages (look at the end of my first post) but because of his deleted response...I replied because I was made to look like a liar...also the way this vendor talks to his long time customers is crazy...aren't you worried if you wanted some info this is how he would react ?

Green Cat's general comms are lackluster at best. He knowingly sent the wrong item to me with zero comms, has been coming online sporadically (again at best), and has swerved comms again after asking for my Btc address for refund. It's clear zero fucks are given about customers or their cash. The geezer is a time waster so spend your coin elsewhere. That's my personal opinion.
Just to clarify I offered green cigar a free oz of amnesia trim when it was back in stock but he decided to dispute the order so I then offered a full re fund which I was sent a btc address 2 days ago. I’ve only got round to sorting it out today to see these messages. They are literally on strike more times they are working…. 9 times out of 10 shit doesn’t turn up or I have to wait longer than I should and it’s just becoming a joke now. Surely vendors must realise that’s it’s a pain for them just as much as us. Imagine the amount of money lost re sending shit that didn’t need to be sent all because Royal Mail are incompetent… Does anyone or will anyone be using any other courier in the future or is RM the only option to be “safe”?
Well I live in London and prior to the latest strikes I can't remember the last time RM took industrial action. They have a right to stand up for fair pay so frustrating as it is I haven't minded waiting a couple of extra days. Working people need to stick together more than ever now with Truss in charge feathering the nests of the greedy bastards at the top.
Royal Mail definitely not incompetent! Always will be the most incognito. The effects of 2013 privatisation are now being felt by the public who saw it sold off. The industrial relations situation will be resolved, but support your postie! They work very hard and only go on strike to protect their livelihoods. RM is under threat, the staff are trying to protect it. More people should stand up for themselves and together with their colleagues.

But in regards to orders not turning up- I’ve had over 100 buys on here and in the 3 years I’ve been using LB I’ve only ever had one parcel not turn up. 9 times out of 10 I use just first class too. Hope you have some better luck on your future orders mate.

Thats a very blinkered view of the industrial relations situation. This is no muscle flex, this is hard pressed workers fighting for fair pay and decent terms and conditions. These people have families to feed and no one takes strike action lightly. Your bud will arrive in good time pal, try and keep some perspective. But reality is workers getting a wage increase doesn't make the situation we are in any better, it's shocking to see how difficult that is for people to understand. I have been meaning to write this for the past but every time I go to do it I make my self a little one pot of this an completely zone out on what I was doing!!
This has to be some of the best hash on LB in more ways than one.p The stealth and packaging is top notch can't fault it! I love the little pot that it came in adds a real nice professional touch (your not scrapping a bag out trying to get the last bits). The second you open the pot the smell hit me like a train an had to run outside quick before I stunk the house out! I had some high octane a few weeks back from a different vendor and this tastes an smells exactly the same! Definitely hits harder though!
Really impressed and can't wait for payday to get some more!

Unfortunately I am closing for the foreseeable future. It’s been great to serve you all but it’s becoming really difficult to withdraw crypto payments. My trading platform is now asking to many questions the profits I make here are minimal and it’s really not worth the hassle.
Maybe some other vendors can enlighten me on a way of withdrawing my funds?

My postie just told me they're all getting their strike ballot papers next week, with probable strike action from around mid-July. She reckons it could go on until at least August - if not longer - and that there'll be serious disruption to deliveries as a result. Might be worth planning ahead with LB orders just in case...
Despite the disruption caused to me personally, I support this action... #powertothosepeople I was a postie for a summer as a kid... it was the last of the good times where if you worked fast and hard you could have a second job and make it work.... like many industries I have now experienced the pay has remained the similar but the work load increases same with the food we buy... they either raise the price or decrease the size. The greed and control, is now normal practice for most companies who have shares. #drainingthepublic
The pursuit of keeping the masses on the edge somewhere between survival and reasonable fear (if you believe the narrative or read between the lines) has to stop. We must realise our small differences are less important than the protection of our resources and communities.
