I don’t see the date on this post, but as of march 4th I am having the same problem. I put through a small order last night, payment sent and received but now there is no order showing here on the system.
This has never happened before 🤷‍♂️

Someone mentioned that I might have been timed out (a small pause between ordering and actually completing the transaction) and although I wasn't logged in, the order should still go through and arrive. I'm very much hoping that's the case for me and you

you can try this:
1 log out
2 find the order page in your browser history
3 login from here

not to worry in any event, in the meantime you can always message your seller, if the order doesn't show up in 10 days you can make a dispute using your order id or the bitcoin address you paid to.

Check you browser history and if you can navigate to the order confirmation page you can link it to your account (I did it once after ordering when I hadn’t logged in). If no joy then message the vendor and ask if they received it.

Yes fully logged in - very nervous as it was quite a big order!

Thats good ive known others that have ordered without logging in 😯🤔😏. Dont worry too much teaspoon 87. Just keep a note of your order number and message the vendor who you ordered with. I'm sure it will be fine ☺️.

That's the problem - I have no order number - nothing at all following the transaction!

Ahh right I see. What i do normally, once ive set everything up ie: address. Postage options. Soon as I press pay! I tend to copy and paste the order number before proceeding
Further. I know it doesn't help you now. But worth doing in the future 🙂. Still contact the vendor. Or wherever you get your bitcoin from ( I use bittylicious) you should have a reference number 🤔. Also check your bank account or however you pay. See if the transaction went through ok.
