Yes Green Cat. He doesn't always respond quickly but he must be extremely busy and likely has his own family/life to deal with.
Most important thing is they ALWAYS arrive and are consistently good.
What I've learned to do is order well before I run out, hope that works for you too.
And don't let his comms put you off, a lot of us deal with anxiety etc and to have to respond to all of us all the time must be draining.

Today when I tried to open their page it says “sorry, access restricted”, what does that mean. Have they deleted their page, is there any way the late dispute could still be processed? Thanks!

I’m willing to give him the benefit of doubt, BUT still going to open a dispute on this last order, just to play it safe. Nero can sort his problems out and when he come through i will close the dispute. Seems fair to everybody.

Yes thats seems to be the smart sure way not to lose your $, however it is my opinion that in the case he has issues/problems its best to say so, even if he doesn’t have stock even, that he can just say so and not tell “white lies” as L313 said, because I will understand and know that somethings happening and I am not being scammed.

He told me 4 days ago that he was restocking (he last had one item left on the page.), so perhaps this is what he's doing.

Nero the biggest scammer on here still owes me 700grams of commercial hash like $1700! It’s been months I opened a late dispute but he keeps restricting his account to avoid people. You low life scammer just give my money back I swear I will not let you sell on this site in peace until I get my money back you scum bag!!

I have definitely improved comms since I started here messages are being answered within 24 hours. I’ve seen people saying “oh yeah but his comms are shit” but do these people actually buy from me is the question? Probably not in the past 3 months because I have made it a priority to improve comms. So yeah anyone making these statements are just trying to be funny IMO clearly hasn’t made a purchase in the past few months because I’m here answering messages all the time maybe it’s not immediate but it will answered within 24 hours.

I have no problem with you. You ripped me off and I tried to come to a solution with you and asked for 1/2 refund. You ignored me and made a post telling other vendors to beware of me. I disputed and got 2/3 back. I just had to open a new account as you burned that one. No worries and no hard feelings as I got more back than I wanted and you got another dispute against you. Excellent vendor used for near 2 years , over 30 orders , one small issue which he more than rectified. Bud is always as described. Always find it to be good, particularly his uk stuff is excellent vfm, just a very solid vendor. Hard to beat on here imho.

Made 2 orders that have been stuck leaving origin country for about 3 weeks. Was told they coming back on weekend but didn't happen. Not replying to messages now either. Anyone else having problems?

Unfortunately mate looks like the shits hit the fan far too many going missing or not updating tracking stealth was a massive concern and can’t help but think customs know what to look for now

Mine turned up after about 20 days - they didn't post it when they said they had - I messaged them and they posted it - it took 19 days from posting and the stealth was fine - double vac sealed and in 2 padded envelopes. It was always going to be a risk and I knew it going in - be patient and it will eventually land I'd say for now but if nothing up until the full extended dispute is about to end then dispute.
Made 3 orders totalling 1000 dollars , only got one . Haven't had any reply for messages for days. Don't even think the 3rd parcel was sent off ... Dispute still underway . 😢 1 parcel stuck at leaving origin country . Was told the tracking would be sent to me .. it's been over a month since I placed the order now

My mate (ahem), ordered a bit from them after they first got reinstated, and it did arrive. It sat in uk customs for at least 3 days before the tracking updated, and then updated quite differently to other bits ordered from outside the uk. Given the ridiculous low price, anyone think this could have been a police sting all along? To get buyer addresses? I’m not saying it was, but it is all a bit odd. If it wasn’t, uk customs are bound to have picked up on the packaging by now, as I’ve seen a few comments about long waits in customs.

Honestly the police couldn't give 2 hoots about a few zips of green - buying it isn't who they go for anyway its the sellers. Mine turned up- i am not in the slightest bit worried about the rozzers turning up.

Sorry if it’s from Thailand why thus weed cost £11 for g basically suppost be cheep as it came from a cheap and free country is legal there no?
I know but, listing anything under £15 realistically isn't worth a sellers time. Take into account the sellers time aswell as packaging and stuff. Even the vac sealing can take some time, imagine triple vac sealing and packing just 28 individual Gs
How do you already have a 10/10 that arrived in 0 days if you are a new vendor ? Not to mention said listing is already deleted . Suspicious, no ?
Also I will admit most of this Thai stuff coming in looks riddled with PGR ( including this stuff ) and anyone who isn't completely off their barnet will avoid this new wave , cheap does not always mean good ... :/

No I don’t mind you asking. Do you mind me asking if you have a pair of functional eyes? lol. I placed an order for the same reason everyone else has, looks like crazy quality for the price and I felt charitable at the time of purchase. If he’s scamming for $20 he probably needs a good meal.

Sorry if it came across as sarcastic, was just making a joke. Tone doesn’t translate well in text tho my bad brother. And yes I have access to Thai weed, but hey if Thai lands by some miracle turns out to be legit I’d have access to even more. There is a lot of resale value in that. Shouldn’t be that hard to figure why anyone would want it.

It's honestly not as bad as you would expect. Fully formed buds etc but I'm not very good at reviews.

Only issue ibhave is the most cost effective product to give as a free sample would be the low grade cheap flower.
That's naturally not going to be high strength so I'd be concerned that customers would assume all of my stock have low THC contents, that's not the case.
I will try to figure something out. First sale for the flower is being processed so hopefully a genuine response is imminent 💙

Notoriously patchy comms mate, but superb service and weed. As zz87 says, the normal RM24 service doesn't need a signature, and bizarrely is also the only RM service that delivers to me on a Sunday. Thought they were part of an elaborate sting and coming to bust me the first time it happened with an actual Royal Mail van on a day I didn't realise they delivered (I may have been really high...) but, panic quickly over, it was just well packed weed. Worry not, and order.

I think they just scan it as they post it? I've known my postman for decades and he's sound as fuck, so he'll just sign for stuff and post it through my door, even if it's SNDD.
Their normal postage just lands straight through the letterbox mate and it might surprise you by landing on a Sunday even if you don't get deliveries on a Sunday they do it for GC lol

Hello all you amazing people I have finally found a way around the poor delivery/comms service!
The past months have seen a big decline in comms and post delays orders have increased with popularity and as some of you can tell I’ve become a bit overwhelmed. Please accept my apologies
I’ve managed to find a trustworthy packer which should alleviate some work that will make me more available to answer comms.
It’s obvious that comms and delivery times have been a recurring issue in the past months moving forward now the service should drastically improve. I look forward to seeing a lot more 1 - 2 days delivery’s in the reviews!
Here’s to 2024 more great products at fair prices delivered with speed! (As long as RM don’t fuck me lol).

It's now 21 days since the original order was put in, 7 days ago GC got back to me to say it wasn't sent and he'd sent it with a bit extra that night and still nothing here yet. Messaged him 2 or 3 days ago to get a tracking number and he's not checked messages. I'm a patient guy but this is beyond anything I've experienced on lb now.
Never had an issue with GC before, however ordered on the 29th sent in the first and still nothing.
Contacted GC 3 days ago, waited got a reply for address now waiting another two days for a reply on tracking number...postie has just driven past again.
Really don't want to open a dispute, but I'll give them until this evening and if I hear nothing I think I'll have to.

Green cat your a great vendor, you make no claims to be speedy and to be honest if peeps in a hurry there’s plenty on here that are happy to provide that, I always allow a working week with you because when it comes to weed quality v choice v price your pretty hard to beat. And whenever there’s a problem you sort it out. so it's Sunday today and my breakfast was definitely one of champions 😁😁 .. yes brekkie today was a crunchy nut cornflake cereal bar ... weighing in at 75g this chunky well put together and very tasty cereal bar 😋😋 packs a mighty punch ... yip I'm a very high tolerance user so I went the whole bar .. oh yes, that was the way to go .. still feeling great and caked 4 hours later .. happy days ... so really tasty and really good value (especially at this promo price) ... low tolerance users, it slices/chops really well, so u could have breakfast every morning for a week 😁😁 ... good luck with the store M-M the menu looks great 😎😎

I would urge you to try these if you have a very high tolerance. At 1200mg THC they are more than double the strength of common edibles and around half the price!
My tolerance is also very high. Anything 500mg or below will not effect me but these Cereal Bars are NOT to be messed with.

I tried for years to get an edible high. Nothing has ever worked. I've had 1200+ mg several times with no noticeable effect. It's a shame because I've heard it's a different kind of high, and quite fun. I decided a while back to stop throwing BTC at the problem and give up 🤷🏻

Too many overentitled customers on LB, a small few ruin it for the majority. I've had my fair share of people have a go at me because Royal Mail had delays / cut off was missed.
People don't consider that you don't have massive teams of staff behind the scenes running things... It's an illegal business, this should be common sense.
I also feel as if some users onsite will be deliberately sore or a pain in the arse in an attempt to score a free smoke, but that's another story for another time...
I had one bigga last week say his shatter didn't arrive, checked the tracking, there was a picture of the parcel at his front door...
I send him his tracking, proceeds to say he's "going down to the Delivery Office as he hasn't got his parcel"... Okay, sure mate... 😉😂

I agree with what you say but it would help them a lot if they gave the tracking number, that way at least customer can check the progress and wont hassle you. I know you will say its for security reasons but a lot on here do send you it. Royal Mail are always late now, it offers piece of mind at least you can tell it going through the system. I then just chill and wait, its the not knowing for days that makes you anxious its been nicked by RM. Thanks

Make sure to check a sellers small print as some won’t deliver unless you have a minimum amount of buys and you risk losing the transfer fee/time trying to get your money back. Tracked deliveries only ever seem to cause me problems I’ve never had issues with first class only as they generally get posted, for some reason posties don’t like sticking tracked through the letter box
Long time buyer hire I think this shows how genuine he is just by the fact he's acknowledged communication can be and slow and post can take a bit longer . Understandably it can be frustrating if you're waiting for something and you're expecting it to come and it doesn't and I'm sure green cat has taken this on board and doesn't want to lose his customers hence he has publicly said he is going to compensate people with genuine cases. Remember this is a person no one is perfect we all make mistakes and it's how you deal with them going forward
This is why I still use GC. The pros out weigh the cons. OK things can be a bit slower but jesus where do we get off. The complaints recently have been completely unjustified and looks more like petulant kids with zero patience than any faults of GC. Saying that he is a vendor who wins up every single time too and compensates. Long live GC, he will continue to have my support ❤️❤️

Ordered 29th December, marked as sent on 2nd but no delivery or response.
Messaged seller multiple times Inc before shop closed but still no response.
Clearly marked as sent but nothing actually despatched as item was marked out of stock.
No alternative sent or offered.
I Use for medicinal purposes and it isn't a cheap item so not very encouraging.
Haven't left feedback because anything could have happened and I don't want to act like the world revolves around me but have 2 days to make a dispute and shop opens too so I'll see what they say. My feedback will be dependant on their response but so far extremely disappointed

Mine was ordered on 29th and sent on 2nd too. In the past I've found stuff from EE takes a lot longer than most other vendors, and I'm still waiting for carts sent on the same day from a different vendor. This is not particularly unusual.
Yes I always try to order early in case of delays. This is a little different though because they've marked orders as sent went they weren't.. then marked all items out of stock. I get that things happen but a little message with an update would have been great.
Why do you assume it wasn't sent? I'm in the exact same situation as you and I have no reason to think it hasn't been sent. It's normal for a vendor to delist all of their items if they're away as they're not available to actively sell, which is why they're also not responding to your messages.

No. I haven't asked them as I've previously experienced much longer than usual times for things sent 1st Class to reach me from both EE and them previously, so I've just put it down to the usual long time plus extra time on top for Christmas. You can raise a dispute after 9 days then cancel it when the item(s) turn up, or let it run if they don't and EE doesn't resolve it.

Yes I've had to raise a dispute until I get a response. A bit surprising considering their feedback but I'd just like the service or a refund at this point. The no comms situation isn't encouraging.
Same here. Ordered 02/01/24, marked as sent a couple hours later with 24hr delivery. No Comms since and product OOS.
Vendor has stated they are on holiday till 10/01/24 so my guess is that they automatically push a sent status but didn't action the order.

Ooh be careful. A few vendors don't like feedback and seem to take it personally. Only top marks even if you haven't tried the product yet allowed.
