Same problem here, order “sent” but nothing came. I’m a two years regular of Nero and he always came through. Maybe the dude has some problems and needs to sort them out. I’m willing to give him the benefit of doubt, BUT still going to open a dispute on this last order, just to play it safe. Nero can sort his problems out and when he come through i will close the dispute. Seems fair to everybody.

He told me 4 days ago that he was restocking (he last had one item left on the page.), so perhaps this is what he's doing.
He had issues lately (herm, from third parties.), but always came through for me, so i am more than willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

As I was, been ordering from him for more than a year regularly, not the best at comms but alas always got my stuff till this last time, hence the late dispute.

Yes, in the past three months he had it harder, comms got also a bit more difficult, but he always came through, and always looked genuine (if sometimes white-lying.).
This is a first, though, and I am unsure it's a requirement to add or remove items.
I'm grasping at straws, while wishing you (and him!) the very best.

And to answer the doubters Beetlejuice when was the last time you actually made a purchase from me? Because I can’t see nothing from you in my order history. I have definitely improved comms since I started here messages are being answered within 24 hours. I’ve seen people saying “oh yeah but his comms are shit” but do these people actually buy from me is the question? Probably not in the past 3 months because I have made it a priority to improve comms. So yeah anyone making these statements are just trying to be funny IMO clearly hasn’t made a purchase in the past few months because I’m here answering messages all the time maybe it’s not immediate but it will answered within 24 hours.

I have no problem with you. You ripped me off and I tried to come to a solution with you and asked for 1/2 refund. You ignored me and made a post telling other vendors to beware of me. I disputed and got 2/3 back. I just had to open a new account as you burned that one. No worries and no hard feelings as I got more back than I wanted and you got another dispute against you.
