The prices have gone up slightly from the last crop, only by a few bucks, mostly because my electricity bill nearly made me cry 😭 Even with the LEDs it's still a staggering increase in energy costs to run the grow space.
However, we're all struggling a bit at the moment so if I take a bit of a drop in profit margin that's not the end of the world. I'm lucky enough as a grower to be able to absorb some of the expense and still make a reasonable profit so I'm happy with that.
I read on a thread somewhere on here that we growers all bypass the electricity so the energy crisis doesn't affect us. Well I can assure whoever that was, that if my Mrs caught me monkeying about with our leccy meter I'd be out living in the shed, if I hadn't already electrocuted myself in the process! 😂

tldr guts are a key brain peripheral and cannabis effects them in ways that effect digestion, cognition and emotion.

Vaping tips you wish you'd realized sooner?
I wanna hear your dry herb vaping tips. Mine are -
1. Don't put the mouth piece into the side of your mouth like a joint, put it in the middle (like a straw). Took ages to unlearn that habit.
2. I would constantly grind up too much/not enough. You can use dosing capsules to measure out weed before grinding.
3. Give the dosing capsule a quick stir before vaping: If stuff falls out, then it is likely overpacked and won't vape well. To fix, pack the remainder to the level you want, before (carefully!) adding more back in.
#3 solved the mystery of why the same bud would vape really differently, lol.

Abv is totally worth saving.

Under the hood diet is profound, olive oils, coconut, and pretty much anything healthy can turn around the problem.
Cannabis seems to help, a salve is worth a try and sounds fun if nothing else. But don't treat with medicine till diet is changed, that's the cure you want.
LIke your diet your regular cannabis use should be oily, tinctures and cbd concentrates and smoking is going to hurt, you don't put a fire next to dry anything.

I agree with the doc, skin is a lot like plants. Dry leaves means moisture topically and on the inside chemistry that will promote healthy growth on the lowest possible layer, healthy oils, theres your most fundamental lubricant.

100% agree..especially cutting the dairy.tobacco doesn't help if you smoke. And there is a product called neem cream highly recommended and its not dear either.

Fasting and putting your body in an autophagy state has anicdotal and possibly scientific backing too, to improve eczema. Also it has run through my family, and I find eating excessive sugars, carbohydrates and gluten inflames it. Just my two cents

Animal based diet. Its hard though because your meat has to be pasture raised grass fed. Also, you must consume organs and collagen (bone broth) for you to actually benefit. Also, include fruit, raw dairy and raw honey/maple syrup. Veggies you can eat are strict. Sweet potatoes and carrots are the only ones.

Something that you might not a have heard of before… Tamanu Oil. Used in Polynesia for all sorts of skin issues, from rashes to cuts and burns.
I suffered with a skin rash for years, was prescribed all sorts of ointments, steroid creams, nothing worked and it only seemed to become drier and more inflamed.
I have always had a very healthy diet and drank plenty water, as well as exercising regularly. Still suffered with this issue.

All I would add in is cotton gloves. Lose clothes and the washing powder has bug impact.

I’d try cutting out lactose for eczema. Lots of skin issues caused by lactose. I have a severe intolerance to it and as soon as I eat it I get some weird painful skin stuff. And I’d just recommend a whole food diet high in veg and protein and cut out sugar and processed food, drink lots of water, take probiotics, use electrolytes regularly, to help distribute water to the cells.

I have suffered from eczema for most of my adult life. Treatment starts on the inside, you will need to focus on your diet first. Look up 'The Elimination Diet' and start by cutting out the usual suspects: dairy and gluten. Look for any foods that trigger a skin response.
For flare ups you will need to moisturise and use corticosteroids to reduce inflammation, but this is not sustainable for the long term.
This will be a long and hard journey my friend, you will need to be patient, and I wish you luck.

Buy silk bed sheets, get rid of what you have, may seem extravagant but I had constant eczema on my face towards the tops of my cheek bones, used steroid creams for years. On a hunch, I bought a silk pillow case. Haven't had use steroid cream on my face since. I imagine the same effect would apply allover. Cotton draws moisture and if your skin is already having trouble holding on to it, cotton aint helping for 8 hours a night. 👌
Pure cotton or bamboo may also bee just as good.
Like above changed to bamboo and my face has been better ever since.

That being said - having a diet that nourishes your gut and mouth biome is beneficial for A LOT of things. Anecdotally, since i changed my diet to nourish my biome, my skin has improved, but I don't have eczema.
So - eat whole foods. Avoid ultra processed foods. Try to eat a lot of nuts, seeds and legumes. Avoid inflammation by balancing complex carbs with fats like EVOO. Eat 30 different plants a week. Eat about 30g of fibre a day (work up to this).

Vitamin E Oil is great for dry skin make sure you let it sink in n work before you wash. i get rly dry knees and it always works a treat .

I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. Although it does make me lazy sometimes haha. But I'd rather have that than have a heart attack at 46 lol

I'm gonna apologise up front. Didn't intend to make this a long post but it's mad the things you remember when you're baked and start writing 🙈🤣.
TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through 😖), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.

So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" 😷👀).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone 🙈
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.
Pain clinic won't do anything until I've had counselling, that I've been waiting for since October 2021, and it feels like the pain specialist's attitude is basically deal with it 🤷🏻♂️
Body is knackered, head is knackered, I applied for pip in June 2021 and am still waiting for a tribunal date after being diagnosed fully able bodied over the phone.
So for all of that shit 👆 (there's more but most have probably given up reading by now 🤣), the one constant comfort has been the beautiful miss Mary Jane and her ability to stop me from feeling like shit 24/7 365.
She's helped me to deal with an absolute shit hand of cards, in many ways, and I love her very much 🥰😅.

have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.

Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious 🤣.
I'm usually back to aching within the hour, but every little helps, right? 😅

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.
wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.
it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.

glad to hear mary jane brings relief to your pains. also, magnesium citrate replacement helped me a lot with the contractures and muscular pains that I had. and, without a doubt, psilocybin exorcised the depression demon out of me (and many other people that are also healing from it with psychedelics therapy).

Pain killers don’t do me justice cannabis or hash is my pain relief, it helps me get an appetite as been bed bound I dont ever feel hungry so it helps.
I am in severe pain everyday due to been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, cannabis helps my pain. Without any bad side affects unlike prescribed medication from doctors. That make you feel terrible.
Im not able to get upstairs due to my house that cant be adapted. Im on a waiting list for an adapted property so im able to have a proper shower as i havent had a proper bath/shower since july 2021.
Upon all of above it has affected my mood by having these life-changing effects. Before I had 6 jobs n now I’ve been medically retired!

I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.
weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

Ur totally right dehydration happens a lot due to not stopping and having liquids enough at work, sometimes find myself at 5pm having only had one drink for the day but that's my fault, but something I'm gonna improve see if it helps. Cheers guys.
It helps just about everything for me, pain relief for both diabetic neuropathic and back injury pain. It reduces apnea:(it started when I had a five year break) and insomnia. And the main one for me is anxiety, although I must say the munchies do not help the diabetis!
I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.

I'm an amputee...lbk. I get terrible phantom limb pain...burning/ intense pins and needles...permanently! Have tried everything to control it and I really don't sleep much...tbh the best way to sleep for me us to get absolutely wankered so I pass out...obvs this is not a good life choice! 18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. Weed is is the only way.
I've been prescribed it medically for just over 2 years and it's made a massive difference to nerve damage and pain that the pills side effects can ruin minds and relief never came, I used to just enjoy it recreationally but daily medical use changes how i view and use cannabis and the state of the legal

When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. That was until a friend introduced me to hash at 14. At first it was just fun because I thought it was cool and I'd never experienced anything like it. As I got older I started to enjoy learning about the varying effects different strains of weed/hash could have. I also began to realize how much relief it gave me from my pain in my head and body. I got into the routine of going to school and then work, and having a smoke at the end of each day to wind down. No matter how much pain I was in physically or mentally, cannabis gave me true relief. I could have the most stressful day of my life, come home in a shit mood, but after I smoke my worries disappear, as does the pain.
Cannabis is amazing and it's a shame it's been a pawn in political agendas for the last 50 odd years because it's a wonder drug that everyone should have access to at least every once in a while. I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.

A few years ago I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. Subsequently I am prescribed levothyroxine which is a synthetic thyroxine substitute. Without it I would go into a coma and die. Problem is it is common to struggle to get the dosage right as it is all linked to diet and hormones and there are some horrible side effects. Palpitations, trembling, stomach cramps etc.
Anyway I have smoked weed for the last 30 years but then the THC exacerbated my symptoms and made me far worse.... so I had to stop. God I miss it. Nowadays I smoke occasionally, usually in the mornings when the dreaded surge has yet to awaken.
The moral is...there is a flipside to weed and it's impact on our lives is not always a path to utopia.... just saying

PTSD means I have hyper vigilance, I'm always on edge.

Oh yeah its why im here, 17 years security services then a major spinal injury so a decent indica helps the PTSD and pain relief, I buy a lot of shakes from here to smoke and make a cannabutter with the rest as I have to take price into account now i'm retired, weed improves my quality of life so much I literally cant put how much into words. Great stealth. Pretty much as as expected and ground up well. Densely packed and a good amount of bud for the money. A bit more hit to it than I was expecting and a nice taste.
All in all pretty dam good shake ( caveate of only broken a chunk of).
I will still get some mimosa because I love the taste but will be getting more of this as a general weekend afternoon smoke or for when people come round.
Would be rated 10/10 although is really a bit better than - it does exactly what it said in the tin

A friend of mine who had quit tobacco years ago intriduced me to the dynavap in 2018.
I did quit tobacco in 2009 but had a relapse in 2013 to 2018.
I had been using Honeyrose herbal mix which is absolutely disgusting and makes you cough your lungs out.

A friend bought me one of those USB powered vaping devices but it was a real pain to use and would need recharging al the time.

Totally depends what price you're wanting to pay, GeneticsHub has had some cracking UK aswell & if I remember correctly they're getting more at some point. But it would probably come at more the higher end of "budget" 🤷♂️

I just read this, and the reflex into my head was, "Shut up Withnail, of course he's the farmer!", then I laughed. You will too when you watch it. Other stoners may well do when they read this, as is the way of these things.

Love the new Dune. Love Denis Villeneuve - Arrival is a complete charm fest. A beautiful film. His Blade Runner. Oh. My. God. Almost betters the original. It’s beautiful. And often overlooked - I think (and this is just a stoner theory) because Ryan Gosling is fucking shit. In everything. So if he’s in it. He instantly makes the film utterly forgettable.

The Incal is probably one of the best comics ever written. It’s part of a Rosetta Stone of science fiction ideas. That and Metal Hurlant and the whole European comic scene.
It’s a wonderful wormhole that will take at least a week to come out of.

I really love this list (huge Ferris fan in particular), and the new Dune is spectacular on a decent cinema or home cinema set-up. Saw Juliette Lewis' band play on a UK tour about 10ish years ago. Glad we went. Friends were so stoned they didn't want to get the train to see the gig.

A pilot escapes death by chance and has to argue his case in heaven: heaven wants to correct it's mistake, he believes he should be allowed to remain on earth (having fallen in love).
Partly filmed in black & white (while in heaven) and partly in colour (while on earth), the film is layered with meaning and nothing is quite as it first appears.
A mind-fuck from 1946, no less!

Noticed a couple of poor reviews on the products id ordered and seen things on here once or twice about some (v few im sure, think ive just seen one mentioned) vendors trying to f with newer ones. So just wanted to shout them out because the $5 GTs you sent previously were fucking wild and now the tropical runtz ive got is possibly the best smelling and tasting bud ive had and im now high af rambling on after a few puffs 🤣 Cereal milk looking nice too 👌

It's a bit ambiguous, but what I took from the post (linked above) is that the YO thing is automated, then there's the option of contacting CB via chat with a shared link. However, reading it again I'm not 100% sure 🤔

I seem to have particularly high tolerance, so found chocolate bars the best QPR for me. I think I still have residual effects from the 250mg I took in that format before crossing the border yesterday morning. Have a thought about coming up off that amount just as you're handing over passports to border checks, and how you make your best definitely not starting to glaze over smile at the nice man. Seems like people are having issues with 3 of the bigger vendors on here, guys that at one point were the cream of the crop.
I'm not mentioning names as I've done that enough already, been ripped off by one, sent dog shit thai weed by another but never used the other, though it seems they are now sending piss poor quality weed all the way.
Is this a case of these guys becoming so busy with so many orders that they cannot cope and see the opportunity to make extra money selling shit products? The fact that none of them are answering coms means they know exactly what they're doing

I think all vendors on here take risks by operating here, and there are bound to be issues on their end from time to time. I think as long as the comms are good these problems shouldn't matter so much.
Finding out there is a problem days after your order can be problematic if you rely on weed for medicinal use. I'm fortunate enough not to, but I understand the frustration from those that do when the comms aren't there.

I haven't had too many issues that couldn't be resolved, WeedStarTHC ripped me off but whatever. One other guy I always went to sent some filthy excuse for Thai weed and I've since seen a lot of people complaining about other strains they had. It's a shame as I always spoke highly of them but now I have no interest in risking buying from them again.
These guys would be better to limit their menus rather than be inundated to the point where they don't give a shit any more, but then they are here to make $$$

IMO.more and more Vendors, especially knew ones, And some vendors that have been on here for a while,without naming any,are just Street Sellers. With low quality weed and lack of communication.. There are Still great vendors on here,but nothing like it used to be.may as well see your local dealer ( which I do sometimes.coz the weed is as good or better than what's available on LB.) And cheaper, for what inconsistent Quality floats around on here..its becoming a lottery, for getting the quality you pay for Unfortunately. LB isn't as good as when I started buying on here 4 years ago. Reviews speak for themselves 🥴🤔

I have no problem telling someone to their face that I won't buy the shit they are peddling, or telling them how shit their weed was if I see them again. doesn't work on here though, easy for people to hide behind a keyboard. So I’ve been a smoker for around 5 years (daily for the past year). I’ve been for a job interview and they’ve told me I’ll be spot drug tested. I think it’s pretty certain (correct me if I’m wrong) that I’ll have to give it up but how can I quickly rid my system of it so it doesn’t show up. I have about a week before I start so no clue when I’ll be tested

Do you have any conditions that warrant a UK medical cannabis prescription? If so take the plunge and make an appointment. It covers loads of issues.
There is fake piss and stuff you can take but you need some advance warning. Our unions dont allow random drug tests at my employers. They tried last year and it was shut down at once.
Fake urine in bag with heat pad to get correct temperature, it's called Quick Fix Belt Kit and you buy it from Urine Lick web site. I used to wear one everyday for work but never had to use it though. My work now do a finger print test which only detects use up to 16 hours before test. So I only smoke when off work now.
I had that a few years ago. A week isn't really long enough to clear your system. I had advance warning of the test but made an excuse and cancelled the first appointment to buy more time. I stopped smoking for about 28 days and went to the gym most days, did a lot of treadmill running and what ever I could to make me sweat. The day of the test I drank several litres of water, an occupational nurse followed me into the toilets and watched me from behind to make sure I pissed into a cup. Luckily the test came back clear. The job lasted 5 years before I eventually got sacked for being crap at it! 😁

As a rule of thumb if you want to cleanse quickly try to drink your recommended amount of water daily, eat healthy foods and exercise.

I found cutting out entirely then gentle jogging three times a week and water will cleanse you fully after two months if you’re a daily toker.

I found cutting out entirely then gentle jogging three times a week and water will cleanse you fully after two months if you’re a daily toker.

Cleansing drink, if you are a heavy user with high toxins buy two bottles and you take one and a half 1 hour before your test. You have to follow the instructions and drink a lot of water two days before. I've tested it with drug kits bought off the Internet and got negative results on dry runs

The timeline for detecting marijuana is vast and can vary from 1 day up to 90 days. piss test can pick it up for up to 4 weeks .... But if you got a perscription for cbd or take cbd then that could give a false posative test result because all cbd has trace amounts of thc in it.

For this product you do really need to know when it is most likely they will test you, with a new employment you would hope that that would be on the first day or in the first week or them actually telling you the specific date/time. Some employers insist on a pre work medical to be undertaken which is when they normally would carry it out. Not ideal but you could buy 7 bottles for every day of your first week to try and cover yourself but that is the only way I can see when not knowing the exact time.
Other tips are sauna/steamrooms, drinking pure water (over 3L per day) take b12 vitamins to make your urine yellow again. Eat healthy prior to the test, a few days before test refrain from exercise as you don't want to put more thc (from your fat) into your pee. Hoping for the best for you 👍

it takes a max of 28 days to get weed out of your system but thats only if you are really fat
you can flush by drinking tons of water and diluting the sample but its not very effective
if you do give a sample dont give them the start or the end of the stream but take it mid stream
it takes most people about a week and a half of not smoking for your piss test to start showing as clean

This why I have to be self employed contractor, because I love a smoke, but lads who take coke pass drug test every time, If it's a '48 hour swob test', you can easily pass that, just stop smoking for a day or 2, have a shower before test, mouth wash etc, your 100% pass them, if it's a piss test you got no chance, you will need months off and need to do detox, If you can some how find out from someone who works there, I know you can't have that convo straight away with the lads at work, but 1 of them is bout to be on a level, the key is to find out the style of test, if it's a 48 hour one or a piss test.
The timeframe I always had in my head for clearance is 4 weeks? I have friends in the US who've used products that are supposed to aid clearance and/or mask any testing and they've passed tests using those. Not sure of the timeframe they stopped smoking beforehand though, or what they used, but I can ask if you like. They'll be US products though and unlikely to be shipped here within a week.
