Maybe not exactly the answer you would like to hear but when eating sugary processed foods during cannab use you illuminate the medicinal aspect of cannab. We love to indulge in some home made sugary goodness like a beautiful banana cake, some dark chocolate or some baked good we’ve bought from someone who cares enough about others when they make the food :)

Absolutely and totally. I guess it's "you are what you eat", kind of thing s well. I read your message with great interest and I found it very true, as I've just reflected over my eating habits when relaxing. And shame I me cis it does make sense. My inner system, my digestive system, does feel quite crappy the morning after, especially now that I'm getting a little older.
So thanks for that really good insight, I really appreciate it. It's made me think about things I've never thought about before.

You must be right about the fact that we all like a nice sugary treat, but I guess it's everything in moderation too.

Fruit. Tangerines, pears, grapes. All kinds of fruit. Best for when you have a dry mouth too.

Actually that's really good. I tend to eat sugary processed foods like chocolate and biscuits, and similar stuff, non of which are good for me. But after reading this I may try and get some fruit in, ready for the munchies. Cos when I get the munchies it's a very very strong sensation with me.

I'm an absolute fiend for any kind of roasted and or salted nuts, that's my savoury go to!
my go to for sweet is definitely flapjacks!

not big on takeaways and delivery etc plus my diet is somewhat restrictive, also I've worked in a couple kitchens over the years and the things I witnessed put me off eating takeaways etc for life!

i don't get the munchies so much these days, not sure why. but when i do, i also love fruit - something juicy like mango, melon, strawberries.

mostly what i crave when i'm high is a delicious beverage - maybe a hazy IPA, or a negroni.

anyone else not get the munchies anymore? when i was a very high teenager the munchies were insatiable.
