I am beyond grateful and impressed with this vendor. Hi ya, Really quite concerned I put in quite a few orders. Have sent all payments. A couple last night and a few this morning. None of them have shown up as paid yet. This is the first time I’ve ever had any issues with this! Sent a message to transaxe support but not heard anything back. Also I didn’t put the details of the orders in as there was quite a few ( 6 ) different orders all showing unpaid. Anyone else having issues at the moment ?

Same happened to me. I just sent transaxe support a message using the chat with the order numbers and within a couple of hours they weee marked as paid with the vendor. Didn’t receive a message back so not sure whether they sorted it or it just happened to go through. Hope you get your issue resolved 💚
Just go to the chat at the top of the page. Where it says To: type in transaxe support and it should come up in the address bar. Then just type your message and give them your order number. Hope this helps 💚

Same issue here - two transactions. Both >4hrs, still not showing on transact but showing as complete on my wallet and on blockchain.
Being a LB newbie I was worrying pretty hard about my first order, As it is still showing unpaid on my order page 😅, and with the vendor (reached to them already). I'll keep the faith and hope it's sorted too. Curious about Blockchain thiugh. Do you guys use that over any other option? I used Kraken this time round. Do you keep your btc in your wallet and transfer it for each order?
I remember my first order I was like wtf am I doing lol but I’ve never had a problem before, everything has gone smoothly have made over ten previous orders. Also with everyone’s responses to this post im pretty confident it will sort itself out soon. I use etoro, and use exodus wallet. I’m not even sure if that’s the best way to do it but that’s how I’ve done it each time and it’s always worked for me so if it ain’t broke …. 😂🫡

Day 12 and still no update or other received. This is beyond ridiculous now. I will never recommend this vendor. It is the not the best service, its actually no service at all. A month on this site and 2.6% Disputed, this is worrysome . You are giving yourself a bad name. Please just have the decency to respond or update your people whos money you have taken. Guys for reliable and consist orders in my.opinion,Dr Greenthumb is your way to go. TOWID. Get it together man. You can't possibly have another flu.
His products have been removed now, so at least no-one else will make any orders. Dispute and you should get your coins back eventually. Plenty of established vendors who offer a decent level of product/service here.

I know you say you've been poorly but you don't need to be fighting fit to open a message. Looks like you managed to muster up the strength to get out your sick bed to write up new posts. To drum up more sales And guess you probably have managed to check your bank balance too. I've had many deliveries from many different vendors on here and never before have I had such poor overall service. This whole set up relies on trust and you seem to be going out of your way to ruin that.. I would like to be proved wrong and hope that i will be , but as things stand I feel I've been done. Feels like you did some cheep deals so you can make big steals.

if you havent received the items you paid for then dispute. People shouldnt have to deal with these poor levels of service. Luckily Littlebiggy has numerous very capable, very responsive vendors, its a shame (as well as being stressing af) when stuff like this happens. But it wont stop me trying new vendors from time to time.

I ordered on Saturday, 1st class post. I ordered from another vendor same time NDD and it arrived yesterday. Postal stamp showed it was posted by them on Monday, so obviously postal issues going on. I wfh and I’ve only seen the postie twice this week!
Anyway I’m not really bothered as there’s always transaxe to dispute with. Concerning that they’ve tagged your page as ‘fraud suspected’ though. Hope you’re genuine and it’s just a bunch of nubes freaking out over something that happens from time to time on here, especially leading up to Christmas.

I’ve been trying to sort my issue too. First complained over a week ago and nothing has been sorted yet. Barely replied, Ordered over 2 weeks ago now, payed for NDD, and still nothing. Said I can have a 50% reship (nothing has been sent yet, hasn’t replied in days again) but I want what I payed for not 50% or a refund. So much hassle and little to no communication. Shouldn’t take over a week to sort a complaint if they want any customers let alone “happy customers”.
