We are having a 2 week break from 30th August until 15th September. Store will be closing around midday tomorrow (Friday 29th August), its the first time we have ever closed the store since we started.
We are going to change/improve a few things that will mean we are back better than ever with improved comms and overall service!

I am beyond grateful and impressed with this vendor. Been using him for ages and only ever one issue with delivery ( Out of about 40) ,( Due to sticky fingers) without hesitation I got a reship promptly. This is by far the best vendor on this platform. Thank you and I am a customer for Life. Right in time for the download festival. Vendors can learn alot about customer service from DR TERPY.
Best value and customer service on here by a mile. I've never waited more than 1 working day for my order and even when I was in Australia it took less than 10 days. He's raised the standard and made other vendors look lazy and expensive. I'll never buy another cart from anyone ever again

Hi ya, Really quite concerned I put in quite a few orders. Have sent all payments. A couple last night and a few this morning. None of them have shown up as paid yet. This is the first time Iโve ever had any issues with this! Sent a message to transaxe support but not heard anything back. Also I didnโt put the details of the orders in as there was quite a few ( 6 ) different orders all showing unpaid. Anyone else having issues at the moment ?

Same happened to me. I just sent transaxe support a message using the chat with the order numbers and within a couple of hours they weee marked as paid with the vendor. Didnโt receive a message back so not sure whether they sorted it or it just happened to go through. Hope you get your issue resolved ๐
Just go to the chat at the top of the page. Where it says To: type in transaxe support and it should come up in the address bar. Then just type your message and give them your order number. Hope this helps ๐

Same issue here - two transactions. Both >4hrs, still not showing on transact but showing as complete on my wallet and on blockchain.
Being a LB newbie I was worrying pretty hard about my first order, As it is still showing unpaid on my order page ๐

I remember my first order I was like wtf am I doing lol but Iโve never had a problem before, everything has gone smoothly have made over ten previous orders. Also with everyoneโs responses to this post im pretty confident it will sort itself out soon. I use etoro, and use exodus wallet. Iโm not even sure if thatโs the best way to do it but thatโs how Iโve done it each time and itโs always worked for me so if it ainโt broke โฆ. ๐๐ซก
