I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. Although it does make me lazy sometimes haha. But I'd rather have that than have a heart attack at 46 lol

HOW DOES CANNABIS HELP YOU MEDICALLY?
Let us know in the comments, one of YOU will win 3.5G of FREE MEDICATION :)

lol, defitenely alcoohol in the long run wouldn't have helped you much, it would have really destroyed body and soul. thank god you listened to your misses, wise change. don't forget the simple things, walk barefoot in nature once in a while with your misses, quality time in nature. she saved you with that suggestion lol.
peace and love to you both, tgt x.
peace and love to you both, tgt x.

Thanks man I'm certainly a different man now. I will tell her what you said, very kind. Wishing you and the team much love and peace too and thanks for your suggestion we will walk with nature at the weekend x

I doubt the Stella or Super Strong cider helped with any violent tendencies you may or may not have had π€ Agree though that laziness over cardiac arrest any day π

I'm gonna apologise up front. Didn't intend to make this a long post but it's mad the things you remember when you're baked and start writing ππ€£.
TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through π), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.
Much success πͺ
So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" π·π).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone π
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.
Pain clinic won't do anything until I've had counselling, that I've been waiting for since October 2021, and it feels like the pain specialist's attitude is basically deal with it π€·π»ββοΈ
Body is knackered, head is knackered, I applied for pip in June 2021 and am still waiting for a tribunal date after being diagnosed fully able bodied over the phone.
So for all of that shit π (there's more but most have probably given up reading by now π€£), the one constant comfort has been the beautiful miss Mary Jane and her ability to stop me from feeling like shit 24/7 365.
She's helped me to deal with an absolute shit hand of cards, in many ways, and I love her very much π₯°π .
If you got this far, we'll done! Treat yourself to a cannabis product of your choosing ππ

your writing skills are so captivating, felt like I was reading a book.
so many difficult moments you have been through, really had to be a warrior.
have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.
lots of love, tgt x

Haha, thanks.
I could've kept writing for another hour about all of the treatments I've tried.
Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious π€£.
I'm usually back to aching within the hour, but every little helps, right? π

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! Boy weed rants are good lol, peace bro and hope you're not in too much pain atm

I use it to alleviate anxiety, depression, BPD and PTSD symptoms. It's not a miracle cure, but it most definitely helps. CBD every day, THC on the weekends. The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. Vaping bud on the weekend helps me to feel normal, able to concentrate and like I'm not going completely insane with the flashbacks and emotional outbursts.

indeed, holy mary jane. there has been lots of studies on how this medicine lowers ptsd symptoms, more even with the association of thc - cbd. glad you found this relief.
I also heard of a new therapy treatment with induced lucid dreaming, sounds really interesting! in case you are not open to psilocybin. psychedelic therapy has been super effective for ptsd and depression. for bpd I guess the research is still recent, but studies show how psilocybin improves emotional regulation. in my case, the best for my depression was psilocybin.
but of course, I'm no doctor and every body is a different universe.
lots of love, tgt x

I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.

wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

Thanks for that insight but I donβt think itβs a serious issue.. a little herb a couple of hours before bed and make sure I donβt go to bed stoned out of my head then I can switch off easily and have a restful night.
Accompanied by my varied and balanced diet with regular exercise and Iβm good to go. Cheers lads.

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.

it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.
if your IBS is not related to family history or bad eating habits, as is the case of my cousin, it is very much related to our mental health or even to the use of antibiotics in the long run without the essential supplementation of good bacteria (probiotics and/or prebiotics).
interesting to notice how through mary jane we can observe the intestine-brain brain-intestine communication. it relaxes, nurtures your thoughts, consequently relaxes a bit more your IBS.
have you tried the good bacteria to strenghen you? the use of probiotics can promote modulation of the intestinal microbiota by competition and consequent inhibition of pathogen adhesion to the intestinal epithelium, which means that they improve the intestinal mucosal barrier function by downregulating of mucosal immune activation, increasing mucus layer and tight junction protein production. so, in general, it promotes anti-inflammatory effects through the suppression of pro-inflamamatory cytokines, improving intestinal immunity and stimulating the production of secretary IgA (immunoglobin A, very important for the defense of the mucous membrane) and intestine-brain communication.
I'm an enthusiastic about psychosomatics, integral health and chinese medicine. through an holistic view, our intestines teach us that more important than possessing is knowing how to enjoy, that offering is as vital as conquering and that the only true appropriation is the possession of oneself. in the movement of filling and emptying, they enable each individual to know themselves, to build themselves, to exercise themselves, to improve themselves and to offer themselves, guaranteeing the healthy peristalsis of behaviour and emotions.
I went deep on this one, lol.
peace and love,

I think it nourishes your endocanabanoid system also.
Happy smoking π

glad to hear mary jane brings relief to your pains. also, magnesium citrate replacement helped me a lot with the contractures and muscular pains that I had. and, without a doubt, psilocybin exorcised the depression demon out of me (and many other people that are also healing from it with psychedelics therapy).

18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. Had reconstructive surgery looks like a shark bite I lost all movement and feeling in my leg so I donβt walk like I should and over the years it has resulted in damage to my hips and knees ha. Cannabis helps in so many ways with the pain and muscle spasms I get in leg. Hereβs a picture ha i was ashamed of it for years but now I donβt give a fuck ha cannabis also helped with that ha

In July last last year in 2021 i had a life changing event not what I ever imagined at my age. I was in so much agony I could have been paralysed if they didnβt do the emergency operation on meβ¦
Iβm 33 and had both my discs removed from lumbar spine which has put me in a wheelchair, due to weakness and tremors in both legs.
Iβve had physio and Iβve been discharged from them too.
Pain killers donβt do me justice cannabis or hash is my pain relief, it helps me get an appetite as been bed bound I dont ever feel hungry so it helps.
I am in severe pain everyday due to been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, cannabis helps my pain. Without any bad side affects unlike prescribed medication from doctors. That make you feel terrible.
Im not able to get upstairs due to my house that cant be adapted. Im on a waiting list for an adapted property so im able to have a proper shower as i havent had a proper bath/shower since july 2021.
Upon all of above it has affected my mood by having these life-changing effects. Before I had 6 jobs n now Iβve been medically retired!
Cannabis also helps me sleep and get a good nights rest, without it I donβt sleep.
It also helps with stress to help me concentrate better. And stop me from been scratchy.

I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.

weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

Ur totally right dehydration happens a lot due to not stopping and having liquids enough at work, sometimes find myself at 5pm having only had one drink for the day but that's my fault, but something I'm gonna improve see if it helps. Cheers guys.

It helps just about everything for me, pain relief for both diabetic neuropathic and back injury pain. It reduces apnea:(it started when I had a five year break) and insomnia. And the main one for me is anxiety, although I must say the munchies do not help the diabetis!

I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.
Cannabis as a tool to alleviate grief has been fantastic for me. One of my best friends riding along the hardest journey of my life!

It calms down my whole world, keeps me cool. Used all sorts of drugs to get rid of my anxiety/depression but never weed alone. Now at 48 I have used only weed for the past two years and what a difference. Tried the medical weed but itβs shit in my opinion. I found the green team and have discovered the perfect smoke. ππ»ππ»

I'm an amputee...lbk. I get terrible phantom limb pain...burning/ intense pins and needles...permanently! Have tried everything to control it and I really don't sleep much...tbh the best way to sleep for me us to get absolutely wankered so I pass out...obvs this is not a good life choice! Weed/ hash helps me cope and keeps me relatively sane...also helps me sleep...sometimes.
This is why I'm always placing my orders at 3am π

I suffer with seizures, cannabis
has given me my life back to the point I can go mountain biking again. It's literally a godsend and nothing the dr's and neurologists have given me has worked, so feck pills I'll stick to the herb.
Interesting thread this I've enjoyed reading all of your reasons, I still find it mad that alcohol is legal and weed isn't. Long term alcohol use has never helped anyone, but look what this plant can do.

It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! Now am just waiting for some orders to land but sodding RM is not helping, longest wait so far as of today waiting 14 days and counting for a normal post pack. Stay cool π

I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. Weed is is the only way.

I've been prescribed it medically for just over 2 years and it's made a massive difference to nerve damage and pain that the pills side effects can ruin minds and relief never came, I used to just enjoy it recreationally but daily medical use changes how i view and use cannabis and the state of the legal

After ending up with long COVID, cannabis has become the one thing that's effective at removing the pain. It's so much easier trying to sleep and make my way through the day thanks to this π

When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. That was until a friend introduced me to hash at 14. At first it was just fun because I thought it was cool and I'd never experienced anything like it. As I got older I started to enjoy learning about the varying effects different strains of weed/hash could have. I also began to realize how much relief it gave me from my pain in my head and body. I got into the routine of going to school and then work, and having a smoke at the end of each day to wind down. No matter how much pain I was in physically or mentally, cannabis gave me true relief. I could have the most stressful day of my life, come home in a shit mood, but after I smoke my worries disappear, as does the pain.
Cannabis is amazing and it's a shame it's been a pawn in political agendas for the last 50 odd years because it's a wonder drug that everyone should have access to at least every once in a while. Little Biggy is fantastic because once you find sellers you trust, you're guaranteed quality at a cheaper price than on the street. Been ordering from TGT for a couple years now and not planning on stopping anytime soon x

I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. On the medical cannabis card, but let's wait and see, at least we got LB and TGT since I'm really againts any street level retailers. Thanks for being here for us, and for exceptional service π

And stress just lets me get on with having a life

I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.

Anxiety and back pain.
The back pain has been a constant and due to being an oversized bean pole with a desk job will probably never go away for good. But since lockdown I've found cannabis is the only thing that lets me release the tension and focus on the bits I need to do my physio effectively, without it I over-tense and can't activate the muscles I need to without activating everything else around them.
The anxiety is a bit different, sometimes it's low level and I don't need cannabis to help, sometimes I can tie myself up so much I stammer... until I smoke. This is a more recent problem brought on by long periods of high stress, but people keep telling me to get diagnosed for ASD, which would explain a lot! I watched a video the other day where this doctor said some people use cannabis "to modulate neurodivergent behaviour" and thought that sounds about right! π

So I have a flipside medical story...
A few years ago I had thyroid cancer and had my thyroid removed. Subsequently I am prescribed levothyroxine which is a synthetic thyroxine substitute. Without it I would go into a coma and die. Problem is it is common to struggle to get the dosage right as it is all linked to diet and hormones and there are some horrible side effects. Palpitations, trembling, stomach cramps etc.
Anyway I have smoked weed for the last 30 years but then the THC exacerbated my symptoms and made me far worse.... so I had to stop. God I miss it. Nowadays I smoke occasionally, usually in the mornings when the dreaded surge has yet to awaken.
The moral is...there is a flipside to weed and it's impact on our lives is not always a path to utopia.... just saying

PTSD means I have hyper vigilance, I'm always on edge.
When I smoke I feel normal again. I can work, engage with friends, and be a happier, more productive version of myself. Keeps the nightmares away too lol

I have wet macular degeneration caused by VERY high myopia, so I'm basically losing my sight. There's no cure, but Cannabis helps with my mental health. (keep it light lol).
Love you guys
Love you guys

I use it to improve my mood, relaxation and sleep...I used to use alcohol to relax but glad I changed...

Oh yeah its why im here, 17 years security services then a major spinal injury so a decent indica helps the PTSD and pain relief, I buy a lot of shakes from here to smoke and make a cannabutter with the rest as I have to take price into account now i'm retired, weed improves my quality of life so much I literally cant put how much into words. Ty to all growers, vendors and smokers who keep this site going!

I use for seasonal disorder, ptsd, sleep disorders due to anxiety, moderate anxiety , silent panic attacks induced by ptsd and moderate depression.
It's all about finding the balance and not over doing it and learning which strains suit the various disorders , which I've spent 2 years doing via trial and error. Learnt loads thanks to lb and its vendors and leafly π. Strains and quality really do matter !

I use to treat OCD, depression and PTSD.
I was drinking heavily after the death of my father in my mid 20s had been a social smoker for years and been smoking more after I moved Thailand and got a bamboo bong I left in a hotel room with with Thai brick as was too prang to take to airport. This was 2018 and had to be under wraps. End of the year I lost my dad and a few months after my girlfriend at the time. I was very depressed and anxious and drank heavily every night. My friend got me some hash and suggested I put down the drink maybe noticing me copying my dadβs behaviour who was an alcoholic. The relief I felt in those days I never looked back.
Iβm a daily user and sometimes smoke more than I would like sometimes I judge myself and think Iβm an addict like my dad but recently had a week off and found it not difficult at all so recognised Iβm not as dependent as I thought or maybe at some point was but the reason Iβm drawn to the plant is it helps level me out so Iβm at peace with it. I use shrooms aswell used a lot in the past- hundreds of trips but now I treat it sacredly and trip only couple times a year although I tripped a lot last year but my plug likes me and gave me a lot of freebies so had an oz in chocolates and gummies and got through it April/may time felt like I lot.

Just trying to find out everyone's opinion, I'm smoking too much indica, wanting a nap at 10am on the work couch isn't working for me! Who's got the best sativa?

Search the sativas on leafly app, pick a few you like the sound of then copy the search to lb.. see who's got what or similar... but green cat always has some good clean sativa leaning strains as does the green team.
Power plant Is one of the ultimate sativas @100% but very rare these days. Another decent one is : Durban Poisen which sometimes pops up on lb. White widow is sativa dominant and another is Jet fuel. π

The Poison OG from TGT is outstanding..Durban/Kush cross, get both the parents in the smoke and nice balanced hybrid

As below mate The Green Team strawberry I found creative and got stuff done. Radar breeder/Green Cat have held Silver Haze consistently for years, and a shout for Riley packs Dutch and UK hazes

The green team are what you're after!
I can't vouch for their supersilverhaze being what you speak of and another one from the is strawberry haze which has prominent haze smells (incense/old church?) And a stone that makes everything better/brighter/funnier/easier to cope

Green cat is top notch and has great selection. Sativa/indica is a bit of a misconception, was caused by two different people seeing the plants in different environments a long time ago and calling them two different things. If your looking for something to rattle your brain just go for highest THC (I ask chatgpt to help me choose between strains). For sure there is variation between strains in terms of chemo types but it's not the stereotype of indica sativa. https://www.businessinsider.com/why-theres-no-difference-between-indica-and-sativa-marijuana-strains-2020-4

There is in fact a difference, but its not the stereotypical definition for everyone. try them out for yourself and pick what you like

Sativa and indica started out as names for cannabis from different parts of the world, and the original landrace varieties do have real genetic differences. But even among those, the chemical profiles arenβt clearly divided, both can have high THC, CBD, or similar terpene content. The idea that one always gives you energy and the other chills you out was never backed by solid science, and after decades of crossbreeding, those labels donβt mean much in most modern strains. On top of that, blind tests show people often describe the same strain in totally different ways, which shows how much of it comes down to personal expectation and individual biology.

Correct me if im wrong but ive always believed that the difference between indica and sativa effects was down to the terpenes ,not THC strength,For example limonene will have an uplifting effect and be energising ,as will pinene, that also increases alertness, where as myrcene will have a sedative effect and will cause couchlock as will linalool. If your looking for a "Wide awake" weed then shop around for strains containing pinene , limonene and other energy enhancing terpenes Hazes for example will give you that "pick me up effect" fantastic for daytime use,I hope this helps ,enjoy the sunshine X

Correct that it's the chemo type responsible for the effects along with the users disposition. What I / the data says is that's there's no clear chemo type for indica and sativa and that there's a lot of variation, and that any differences have been lost to interbreeding also.

I'll also add that it's predominantly down to THC and that CBD levels could potentially modulate the response. More research required, and on other cannabinoids. To put it simply if you took the THC out of you indica or sativa there would be essentially no effect beyond placebo in terms of psychoactivty.

I think theres a disconnect in your guys brains between a word being something and a word referring to something.
there is a difference between indica and sativa because we labelled strains with them based of what it is. so while they dont mean anything directly, they refer to whats in the plant which does mean everything.
It is personal preference and everyone feels it differently but there is 100% a difference in categories

Lemon Haze | Northern Lights | Cheese which old school UK strain is your favourite?
Lemy Haze has got to be my pick I remember it was the first time I really had owt that smelled of anything other than⦠weed

Skunk no.1 is still around as is most of these Oldskool strains, apart from power plant I've yet to find. Someone needs to re establish that amazing strain here π

Smoking on some northern lights this past week shit is strong asf. Do love a good cheese tho...

Nothing will ever compare to 2008 blue cheese for me ππ been tempted to give growing some blue cheese a go

It's got to be psychosis for me. My friends dad back in roughly 2011 used to get cuts and bang 3 plants out every 3/4 months. The smell was unreal, a really deep stanky cat piss smell. A 3.5 in my pocket would stink out the whole house no question and the high was immense, would floor all my mates who would try. Still trying to find someone who grows the original, my friends dad moved since and I've never been able to find it

I'm not sure I ever had a good Northern Lights from the streets, but Haze and Cheese were both really popular back in the day. It's a tough choice π€ I'm going to go with Cheese, only because the best haze I had in my youth was in Amsterdam, and Cheese was everywhere locally at one point. Good times

Definitely not lemon haze for me. I find it too heady. I've had blue cheese a while back which was a lovely trip down memory lane as was the white widow I wrote about recently. I like it when some of the old strains pop up on LB and genuinely think many have interesting characteristics we've lost from lots of the modern kush / gelato crossed strains.

S8 for me which was an old skool clone only cut of white rhino that was about Kent and Sussex in the mid to late 90s. Stickiest, skunkiest, stinkyest bit I ever had. Any old skool heads remember this bad boy?

Cheese or Jack Herer, used to love these two. The strench from the cheese and taste being so pungent was so nice. The jack herer pineyness was also great for me, loved it.

forgot to add Jack Herer i have a great memory of when me and my mate got a half of that for a Lake District trip

What film terrified you as a child? π±

What film terrified you as a child? π±

For me, it was "Candyman". The voice, that hook - nope!!
Thankfully, the only Candymen I deal with these days are my bakers - and they're much sweeter π
Speaking of which, we've just launched our VARIETY PACK: over $100 worth of goodies for just $49.99! We have limited stock - once they're gone, they're gone.
So tell me, what movie scared the life out of you as a kid? π±π¨π«’

I canβt remember the name but it was just millions of spiders flooding out of buildings
I use to hide under my sheets and think if I looked out my room would just be full of them
I now see spiders as pretty cool guys just stay away from me simple

Arachnophobia! Them spiders coming out of plug sockets still has me checking to this day!

The Stuffβ¦ it was this marshmallow type sweet stuff that grew inside you till it burst out. I remember this black guys face stretching till his mouth was open like a snake with all this white foam stuff pouring out! Jeezuz no wonder my gen is a bit twisted π€£π€£

Candyman is a good one!
BBC's Ghostwatch stands out for me
There was also a movie that a babysitter put on when I was quite young, no idea what it was called, but I remember a scene where a person was in the bathroom and they started peeling their face off. I can't remember if there were some insects or maggots. I just have a vivid memory of being traumatised. I have tried searching for the movie a few times, but never found it. It was back in the old VHS days when a guy would come round and rent movies from a suitcase π

Going to watch Poltergeist this evening. I hope you are right, it's been bugging me for a long time π

C.H.U.D
First horror I ever watched. Absolutely terrible but at a young age it was something else.

This is a tough one cos we used to watch horror movies as kids! Blair witch project was horrifying for me π
don't even like watching it now really π€£π€£

The original Evil Dead and An American Werewolf in London. Special mention for Carry on Screaming, when I was really young.

For me it's a couple of scenes from Creepshow.

How do I create a dispute?
It says I can create a dispute starting today but I donβt see an option anywhere to do this

Itβs time sensitive so the blue dispute tab on the top left of your order page may not appear until Day10 rather than Day 9 π

Hi there , I recently paid for items but came up as not paid . Contacted transaxe who told me to contact auto settlement Borg
Any ideas how I do that ???π³
Thanks

On your chats page click +new and type in auto settlement Borg. Message will go straight through to themπ

As Polly says it's time sensitive, so it should appear at the time your order was marked as shipped, I believe.
'algorithmic settlement based upon reputation will occur at...'

Can anyone tell me if I can open a dispute for being sent less than I was meant to get. Bought 3g of rather expensive hash/rosin and only been sent 2g. Gutted as I was really excited

Definitely. You only received 2/3 of your order. Communicate with the vendor first though.

Hey everyone whether itβs cannabis or shrooms, Whatβs everyoneβs fave strain? πβ¨π
Iβll go first, (itβs literally impossible to just pick one thereβs sooo many!) My fave cannabis strains are super silver haze and orange bud.
And my fave shroom strains are JMF (Jedi mind fuck) just for the amazing trip sessions I have had with them and Colombian rusty spore (god thereβs too many shroom varieties to pick from too, I hate my own question all of a sudden! π )
Fun Gal Cate :)

I actually really love Cookie Dawg, also the old school UK Cheese which Is amazing because I just found out GC is selling, so I'm soon to be a happy Lycan.
Haven't done shrooms in over 10 years and my best mate used to sort it out. Fiancee wants to try them though, so if anyone has any suggestions on a good starting point I'd be appreciative!!

Love that! Get your puff on Lycan!
Ooh cheese! I have such a love hate relationship with cheese! ive had exodus cheese and omg it tasted mank but wow the effects were amazing, so strong! And ive had blue cheese which was nice with the fruity blueberry but then gross with the cheesy flavours coming through!! Still very strong and amazing body buzz though!
As for shrooms! Iβm ya gal! I would suggest Mexican dutch kings, for a first time as they are more milder and softer so to speak (of course depending on dose!) or mazatepec they are also very beginner user friendly but amazing in my opinion anyways! In other news I will be stocking my store with Mexican dutch kings soon and after Christmas I will have mazatepecs, otherwise if you cant wait for my shrooms, I have heard some good things from customers regarding Dr. Shroom!

Hiya and good morning Johnny! :)
Ooh a weed connoisseur! ;) π
I used to go on herbies and check out all the different strains and see the THC content, flavours etc. of each flower I wanted to smoke, its quite a good site plus you can buy seeds. (herbiesheadshop.com) :)
Have you tried bubba island Kush? By dutch passion, The flavours in that one was amazing, she is a beauty! so smooth and flavoursome!
Not a want but a need!! π
Amazing! I would love to try acid tabs and dots!
I totally understand being contented with just bud! As much as I love tripping I do have to be in the right mood but with Cannabis, I can do that morning noon and night and never get bored or worry about not being able to function if someone comes to the door!

Anything haze for me, specifically amnesia haze. That funky smell is worth more to me than a few extra percent of THC, It is the coffee shop experience and will forerver take me back to my teenage years.
I'm not nearly as experienced with shroomies but the best experience I had off of them was golden teachers , was definitely taught a thing or two lol

Cannabis- OG Kush, mainly cos it was my first ever successful grow. She was a lovely smoke too!
Shrooms- Mazapatek (sure I spelled that wrong). When I closed my eyes on that trip I was convinced I was in the hull of a wooden ship off the coast of the pacific, I could hear the waves of the ocean and feel the warmth of the sunrays glaring through. I could see patterns resembling those seen in Aztec art. I felt a connection to the indigenous people and again was convinced I was a Mazatec in a previous life that had been captured and was being transported as a slave to another continent. Yet I felt at peace. Weirdo I am.

I love OG Kush! She is a very lovely smoke!!
Omg Mazatapecs are amazing!! Wow what a trip! that sounds like an amazing experience, despite you being a slave and all in the moment!

Nice on the Thaiβs! If you like your visuals Have you ever tried Orissa Indians? π they gave me some amazing potent visuals! Same as the stargazers they are also potent for visuals.

Up until recently without a doubt it would have been blue dream but a few months back had the pleasure of vaping Bay Dream.
Definitely one for you Redeye

Weed, like you say so many to choose from. I really liked the Jamaican from dam as a nice lazy trippy high, but going in powerful it would have to be super silver haze, old school white widow or powerplant.
I've also got a soft spot for skywalker..quite excited as just ordered some from Dr D.. last lot I got from street was just awful so hoping this order restores the faith..lol.
Got some fruit of the gods a few years ago and would say that's the closest I've been to my first ever sticky sticky weed (shiva ) but don't see any of either around nowadays!
Tripping wise, I've not gone down that road for a long time.. I had cubanise shrooms in my teens and they blew my head off, sadly the last time I ate some local liberty caps and had a bad time..funny to look back though, I basically had playboy bunnies chasing me for a good hr and hid in a dark corner to escape! At the time it was shit scary..
But by far the best for me was good old Lucy.. had some amazing experiences, including a point where I literally felt like id left my body and was a needle with my head on, out in amongst the stars looking down on myself in my hotel room..it was utterly surreal and a very special feeling.. that same night me and my mate were convinced we could read each others minds..and did a test where we had to write down one word without saying it.. it was fucked up, we both wrote down the same word ( and as far as I know we never actually spoke that word). It was beyond incredible and I thought after that I'll never ever get a trip that good again so stopped and now only ever take a smoke.
Great to look back on though.
Great question, made me think back to some amazing experiences.. cheersπ

I did reply a long msg back to you but for some reason Biggy won't allow me to send it, saying not to do external transactions to this msg, which I wasn't but I digress. either way thank you very much for your message it was an interesting read, I would elaborate more but I doubt it would go through!

Recently discovered ice cream cake and oh what a lush strain that is. Not had anything like it before. An absolutely beautiful indica. The best mix of head and body high I've ever had.

Power plant ! Love that peppery beast..Great all rounder. Hav not seen in about 12 years now..other than that, all cheese varieties, and I'm loving this carbon fibre from Greencat.

I don't smoke, but my favourite mushrooms strains have to be APEs and liberty caps because they ruin me.

For weed it will have to be Hindu Kush as its the best sleep aid for me, however I have tried Gentlemen Dealers Candy Krush for the first time and its been a long time since a strain has given me the giggles and sleep so that might be a close contender for me.
Shrooms though i'll probably still stick with Golden Teachers. I've tried the Mckennai, Enigma, Maztapec, but Golden Teachers seem to be the ones for me that is focused on having a good time watching shows compared to my other experiences.

I've never had candy Krush but sounds like one for me to look out for!
brilliant on the laughter and sleep! Love those giggly moments! :)
interesting! thank you very much for your input! I found the columbian rusty spores to be quite chill and relaxing, might be one for you to keep an eye out for?
