Weβre always praised for our quality, efficiency, and pricing. The one area weβve had a few upsets about is reply times.
I (the founder) have handled orders and messages since 2019, with breaks only on Royal Mail holidays. With life and family commitments, replies sometimes get slow. A few years back I tried to delegate this, but it backfired because it meant sharing passwords and we nearly had major issues β not an easy decision.
But the time has come.
From today (02/11/2025), our Head of Customer Relations, Zara, is taking over customer service. Sheβs been training for 3 weeks and will now provide daily support.

Expect faster replies, clearer comms and consistency!

really, down to the borgs? i figured your comp your responsibly, but maybe borgs. So maybe message them and ask if they have edit logs that they hide from us they can show you

Most other comp gets a response to their post so if they edit, it says "edited" and you know they tried to cheat. Eg, you reply "thanks" to each guess and then its locked in and you know if they edit after that comment.
or just take a screenshot at the cutoff so you can very easily check
