So I placed an order that should have arrived about 10 days ago. I've been polite in messaging the seller, they have barely replied except for getting me to provide my address three more times, ignoring all my requests about tracking (paid about 7 quid for tracked next day postage), and so I finally reluctantly clicked a dispute.
There is a message after doing this about resolving with the seller so you 'dont add a dispute to your reputation'.
Does anyone know how this process works? I've not done a dispute before, but surely you shouldn't have anything placed 'against your reputation' if you are not the one in the wrong?
Does this depend on who littlebiggy side with in the dispute? It will be clear from messages that they have not been at all helpful or provided any tracking.
Maybe they will finally help me now I have raised a dispute and it can be cancelled, but I don't want anything tarnishing my account when I am an honest and reliable buyer :(
