My payment took a little longer than usual but eventually cleared from my wallet but in my orders it states unpaid ?

If its unpaid for more than 12 hours you can contact refund borg but ive had the same issue on multiple occasions and eventually it comes up as paid probably just the paymeny provider being slow

Mr distillate he is number one in my book!! With great feedback and no disputes. As the other comment says $250 per 50ml. The price is pretty much an average. When you see one selling at lower than average. Are you getting the quality??

Right I think I'm going crazy. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction...

I've been delving into the world of concentrates, getting myself a Yocan Orbit to dab at home with the idea that it's a better alternative to carts.

I got recommendations for products from super certified vendors - got myself some shatter and badder - but they don't seem to hit. I'd expect these to hit harder than standard flower but I got the opposite.

Fairly certain this is down to missing the entourage effect, but with the extracts market the way it is, there seems to be way more of an emphasis on high THC extracts, which makes me feel like I'm the only one with this opinion(?)

I'd love to hear all thoughts and ideas. Has this been the case for anyone else? Are some people more susceptible to the entourage effect than others? Should I be looking for certain products over others?

Do you have any recommendations for something to try out next? I have a surplus of extracts that I'll be getting through first but was thinking of trying the hash rosin from eddys? Would that address my issue?

When they have it in stock Diamond Extracts Budder is nice, normally only 1oz jars though. Their crumble was decent too. Their budder was the nicest concentrate I've had from here. Not tried rosin yet, can't push the button.

Like I said before, I've tried good quality shatter and badder but no cigar. Just ordered some hash rosin to try out and will likely try the terp sauce next time!

I was the exact same when I starting dabbing. I was buying indica strains of extracts and thinking to myself where the hell's the body numbing couchlock at?

But as I progressed and researched I began to realise the processes used to make those cheaper extracts destroy pretty much everything else.

Rosin is the answer due to the very little processing involved but it's incredibly expensive, here in the UK anyway. If you do want the real thing from a genuine Legend on here use the link above.

You're never going to get the whole spectrum with the usual extracts unless you go RSO which isn't advisable to dab.

You could always purchase some CBD distillate and put a little of both in each time.

Are you referring to getting CBD distillate to mix with extracts like shatter to add some entourage effect? That'd be pretty smart if it worked

Have you tried your hand with live resins or full melt hash options?

This vendor is definitely 1 of if not they best I've dealt with in the 4 year ive used this site I just cant get enough of his extract it's so clean and terpy such a different experience with every strain he supplies ....I was making my own vapes with Distillate from myconaut but nothing compares to his extract .
P.s go for it nothing beats a nice dab I have puffco peak its ideal for this stuff.

Just a quick one, want to address these 2 reviews that were recently left on our live resin (both from the same customer). We wouldnt usually bother but they are a bit misleading imo. We are not saying the customer is lying, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but we feel it is a misrepresentation of our product.

The reviews say 'barely any strength' which, to be honest, we are just a little confused by as this stuff is seriously strong, especially this new batch...this guy must have the tolerance of an elephant or something. I have a high tolerance and it knocks me on my ASS.

Next point is that he/she states both strains were the same...they just aren't. Some strains do smell/taste similar as they have similar terp profiles but if you take a good whiff of both, the bubba kush has a coffee/caramel hint whereas the BTTF is just sweet/citrus/pine.

Both reviews also state 'its not a resin' but 'live resin' is the type of extract it doesn't relate to the consistency. Also the second sentence of the listing says 'This batch is live resin crumble/sugar, not budder.' We thought this would be enough to avoid confusion but I do appreciate that the picture isn't accurate anymore and so will update it and maybe even make a completely new listing to avoid this confusion in future.

Customer also said the package arrived late, for that we can only apologise, usually anything from us will arrive in 2 days max so not sure what happened there, more than likely a RM delay but cant say for certain as I dont know which customer left the reviews.

No hard feelings or anything just wanted to clarify.

Not sure how other vendors issues are relevant here but it does sound like your grievance with other vendors has tainted your review with Dr.. Did you reach out to Dr to let them know of the issue before leaving a review?

Been using Dr. for months and never had an issue personally, one of the best on here by far

Of course everyone is entitled to write what ever they want..I'd just never leave a negative review without reaching out to the vendor first, alot of them will sort it out for you. You could still write your opinion in the review , that you think the product is weak but also give a fair score if they fixed the issue for you, or even sent you an alternative to try for free, for example. But leaving a negative review without communicating, how can the issue be fixed?

You was clearly upset about the other bad experiences and they have exasperated and impacted this review. If they didn't, then i don't think you would have mentioned the other experiences here in the first place

I'm not trying to gatekeep how everyone reviews stuff, but I do think it's fair to reach out before hand, and it often yields better results for both parties when you communicate about the issue.

I left the reviews. Normally I wouldn't but 2 of my last orders just before Christmas break up, from top vendors, were lacking. I was very annoyed.

I first got 10g old dry random bud not fit for purpose from 1 guy. Gutted. Oh well. To replace that I got 4 grams of distillate that was sold as resin/wax for $60 a pop from another vendor. Well shit. Then I get your order...

I've been buying resin and other concentrates for a while now so my tolerance has indeed gone up but that didn't affect other strains from you and other vendors. I'm telling you, the strength just isn't there.

Very rarely is there an issue here for me but 3 duds in a row from top sellers was a little much.

I'll delete the text of the reviews but the scores reflect my personal experience on this occasion.
