Hi, I paid for an order, I made sure the btc amount and address was 100% correct and I can see its been confirmed and sent etc but the order on LB still says unpaid, is LB just slow atm or should I be worried? Usually the order changes to paid within 20mins

On very rare occasions it's taken an hour or more for a payment that I've seen is confirmed on Mempool to register on here. Don't send more.

Sometimes for some reason it leaves a tiny amount unpaid . I dont know why this happens but its happed to me multiple times . I just send a small amount like 5 dollars to the same address and it “pushes the payment” and get confirmed .Until you receive message from borg with confirmation its been paid and seller will send times next , its still pending . I hope this helps you .👍

Thank you for this, I checked if maybe fees had taken some but I transferred the correct amount, I'll wait til tomorrow and if its still unpaid then Ill send a bit extra

I paid on Tue 17th 1200.
It said unpaid for many hours.
It was also 'unconfirmed' on blockchain.
I replaced the transaction around 1800 on 17th.
The payment is now 'confirmed' on blockchain.
However, it's still showing as unpaid on LB.

I sent another £1 today 18th around 0900 to try to 'push through' the previous payment, as another commenter suggested.
The £1 has gone through but nothing else.

I'm not sure what to do now – any advice?
Anyone having issues around 17th/18th June got an update?
