I'm not arguing with what you claim (I wouldn't know either way), nor am I vouching for them in any way, but I don't see a problem.
There might be a couple of hippies giving away what they grow themselves, but the majority on here are reselling for a profit.
And judging by how often I get generously comped when things go awry, a handsome profit at that!
As long as people are getting what they paid for, then it's "caveat emptor" (apart from anything else, how would you regulate the amount of profit made).
