Hi everyone, completely new to this method of buying and I'm a caveman with technology. So I'll explain my situation.
Yesterday I placed and paid for an order around 11:30 am, when placing the order I received an automated message saying that if my order is after 11am it will be shipped the next day. Around 2 hours after I realised I had put the wrong house number. I messaged the seller straight away to inform them that the house number was wrong, but still no response.al After a few hours I messaged and said I could cancel it and place the order again if that was easier or they could just decline my cancellation of it was easy to fix.
What can I do ? I have had zero response about my issue, and the seller said that it would be sent today so they would have had 23 hours to change the house number, before posting today.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
