Just diving in because it's a music thread and I'm crazy about music. That said I love all kinds from blues to classical, from jazz to opera, and of course hard rock, synth, pop, soul and everything else - apart from rap. The one music genre that does absolutely nothing for me. Bought the 12" of "The Message" by Grandmaster Flash when it was released and still have it. And that's pretty much where it started and then ended for me...apart from the Fugees doing "Killing Me Softly", but that's all about Lauryn Hill, which is another story.

This sounds like my sort of thing. Grape strains seem to work well for me. If you ever grow Grape Cream Cake I'll buy it by the oz.
I'm not too up on the Grape strains but this is when u open the box and instantly hit with Grape
I don't remember the GCC being overly grapey, but it put me and everyone I know on our arses. My mate shat himself. Had it twice from 2 different vendors on here many months apart and it was consistent in looks and effects. Really wish I had more of that.

I just picked up some fresh fire and was also given some freebies that I wanted to pass on to you guys.
The free weed is a mix of small buds that are the loudest I had in a while. They stink the place out not fruity smell but daank skunky weed smell is the best I can describe. This stuff is 100% better than the shake I got for sale and I will be giving 10g away every week until the box runs out.
I never done this before so I will have to figure out the requirements from next week going forward.
This week will be a very simple entry, I'm looking for a weed related movie to watch. It must be a good movie that I did not see before.
I will pick my favourite on Sunday and will post the freebies to the winner on Monday.

This is a tricky one - if you're looking for a movie with weed all the way through, you won't get much better than Pineapple Express - BUT if you're looking for a film that has a little weed in it (and is one of the best UK films of all time) then you should check out Dead Man's Shoes. So, it goes a little something like this...
Following my order of HempLady's Super Silver Haze, I noticed that she'd elected to offer 1g samples at $5 (Nb. I'd paid full price for mine, at $15 p/g).
I raised this with her (coz if you don't ask, you don't get, right - thanks Mum, lol)!
Anyways, a couple of days later Pat's fed the postbox and I'm opening up an "unknown" package. HempLady had been kind enough to not only send me the equivocal top-up of Super Silver Haze but had also included a bottle of her Sublingual Tincture 500mg - what a treat!
Onto the product itself Nb. for reference (tolerance wise), I'd say I sit right down at the lower end of the scale - I've sampled 10mg Capsules (made with flowers), 10mg Sweets (made with shatter). One of either of the aforementioned and I can definitely feel it doing its thing, and two would make its presence more than known to me! So, off the bat, I thought it prudent to aim for a circa 10mg dose and dutifully sublingually ingested the suggested 7/8 drops, as stated.
20mins in: warm glow flickering about me - a silliness if you will.
60mins in: that classic edible moment, whereby there's a palpable point of agreement between body & mind that I am, indeed, high now!
90mins in: A little wavy now, perfectly ridable mind - just beginning to wonder if this particular choice of cliff walk was necessarily the safest 'wave of choice'!
150mins in: Back from walk now, in pub (nice pint btw) - feeling tip top having not bailed on the wave!
180min in: home now, chilled - feeling like I've accomplished good things today and learnt that tolerance, setting, source of the edible recipe (ie. Flowers, Shatter or Live Resin) & finally, Strain play a huge part in your edible experience!
To conclude, I will be a returning customer - HempLady, I doff my cap, keep up the good work.

Anyways, a couple of days later Pat's fed the postbox and I'm opening up an "unknown" package. HempLady had been kind enough to not only send me the equivocal top-up of Super Silver Haze but had also included a bottle of her Sublingual Tincture 500mg - what a treat!
Onto the product itself Nb. for reference (tolerance wise), I'd say I sit right down at the lower end of the scale - I've sampled 10mg Capsules (made with flowers), 10mg Sweets (made with shatter). One of either of the aforementioned and I can definitely feel it doing its thing, and two would make its presence more than known to me! So, off the bat, I thought it prudent to aim for a circa 10mg dose and dutifully sublingually ingested the suggested 7/8 drops, as stated.
20mins in: warm glow flickering about me - a silliness if you will.
60mins in: that classic edible moment, whereby there's a palpable point of agreement between body & mind that I am, indeed, high now!
90mins in: A little wavy now, perfectly ridable mind - just beginning to wonder if this particular choice of cliff walk was necessarily the safest 'wave of choice'!
150mins in: Back from walk now, in pub (nice pint btw) - feeling tip top having not bailed on the wave!
180min in: home now, chilled - feeling like I've accomplished good things today and learnt that tolerance, setting, source of the edible recipe (ie. Flowers, Shatter or Live Resin) & finally, Strain play a huge part in your edible experience!

I read a post from someone yesterday who said they were new to smoking, had tried 6 different vendors and non of them got them high. They thought they'd be sent CBD every time. Must be something in the water this winter.

Actually for haze it’s a BANGER, I was saying to a mate how sleepy it makes me it’s just a super silver bubble, anyway it’s the best Silver bubble I’ve had since Dam 2012.
Mmm the silver bubble is exactly as it should be, arguably better than it should be for the price, have had multi orders of it, dozens of orders from the Green king or Green CAT, one small mail issue that was resolved very quickly, the weed is always exactly as described and has been of savage quality for the price. I rarely roam far from the Cat. There is alot of fuckery between the vendors it seems, quite obvious when you read through some of the posts, many of them have dummy accounts to post spurious info about other vendors and bigging up there own wares. I have a hunch on some of the Vendors doing this. Quite pathetic, its a gauge to me, lets me know if they arent confident in there products or service, i would never knowingly order of a vendor who i suspected was making dummy accounts etc. you can understand why some vendors only want people with 10/15+ buys to sort the goons who setup accounts to order a few cheap priducts and then dish out 1 and 2 ratings. They should disregard the top and bottom 5% of reviews to get a better true ratings figure. The rating system is fairly medieval anyway , needs a bit of an overhaul.

We thought that at first but after the score moved from 9.5 to 9.6 we knew that something like this was coming. It is the way that this troll vendor operates it fits the MO as they start a heavy troll campaign all at the same time plus we have messaged customers asking them.to check.

With the BTC fee crisis looming I have decided to write this up-to-date guide on the cheapest ways to acquire and send BTC cheaply. Although I have done my best to research purchase fees and possible send fees alike, all the fees listed may not be 100% accurate due to constant evolution of fees and lack of information on the web regarding this topic. This guide however should generally help Biggaz to reduce the cost of buying on LB. Please bear in mind I have checked the fees on at least 12 commonly mentioned exchanges here and the ones listed are the cheapest I could find.
𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀;
1) On some exchanges depositing via bank tr@nsfer vs buying with a card will dramatically reduce purchase fees.
2) If possible choose an exchange that has no record of closing accounts for interacting with biggy address’, this will mean you don’t need to send to an external wallet before sending here, reducing your network fees.
3) BTC Network Fees tend to be lower during nighttime in the eastern US. 01:00 to 11:00 UK time.
4) When sending BTC from a wallet/exchange that supports adjustable fees, consider lowering your transaction priority, don’t lower the fees too much tho or else your transaction may take a long time to confirm.
5) Do not just settle for the first network fee that you are offered, keep checking back often. Fees can change drastically even in a matter of minutes.

Another thing to remember is minimum transfer value. I gave up on Crypto.com because it was crazy high although that might have changed as its been years since. Bitpanda is 0.0015, which can be a pain in the arse depending on the value of btc...
Not sure how many people know this but if you "Buy" USDC on coinbase directly from bank account you can purchase it with no fee. Just a case of converting USDC to BTC which has a small fee IIRC but lower than the full process.
I've never thought to do this, I'll try this on my next buy. My last transaction fee to buy BTC on Coinbase was close to a tenner.

Absolutely anything calming an relaxing when tripping. We spent an evening in the late 80' s listening to with or without you by U2, literally just that song. From memory we set the speakers up on the floor and took it in turns lying between them.

for the come up i always put on stumpwork by dry cleaning. there's something about that album. the track gary ashby really makes me giddy. For deep dives with shrooms it has to be music for psychedelic therapy by jon hopkins everytime. it really forces the doors in my brain to open up for surgery. Made a transaction sent using the recommended transaction fee but the transaction is left on pending and has been for 2 days now worried the fee was too low and it's not going to be confirmed is there anything I can do?

So it's been a couple of weeks and still nothing has really happened as far as coming up with a solution to bring some stability in the pricing for the buyers and vendors, and now that the dollar to pound conversion rate has very very quickly hit it's worst rate on record, and it's clearly showing no signs of slowing down, what are we going to do about this?

one final thing i would like to add biggas that a lot of you probably wouldn't have even seen at the time, or joined long after, but about 2 years ago, before we had initiatives, i was very outspoken about the fact that the BTC prices on here used to be only set in 5 digits, for example 0.0050BTC, and with the instability of BTC, this lead to us never being able to actually pay the correct amount for our orders (0.0057464BTC < how prices look now) often having to pay way more than the order is worth because we didn't have the correct amount of decimal places, this was hugely frustrating and it was costing everyone a fortune, and after making topic after topic screaming at the top of my lungs about how much we need extra decimal places and then out of nowhere with no explanation we were finally given this much needed change when LB went under it's overhaul a couple years back! i wanted to end on that, for the biggas that thought that i'm just bitching, i'm not, i poured so much energy into those topics to benefit all of us, the amount of money that we have all saved since the decimal place change would have surpassed the hundreds of thousands of £ quite some time ago, just like the change i'm asking for now, it's going to save so many people so much money at a time when we coudn't possibly need it more.

FOR - Despite the complete collapse of the £ it is still the most stable currency to use because 95% of buyers and sellers are in UK and the £ is the currency we use. This means that a listing of £100 will always be £100 today, tomorrow, next week if its still listed at £100 then you will still pay £100 - this is stability. A $100 listing is £76 then £78 then £82 then £86 then £90 now it's £95even though its still listed unchanged at $100 - that is instability.

FOR - preferably stable coin, then theirs no issues with payment release dates of 16days for vendors who are then stuck in huge currency fluctuations and this year alone has seen at least 3 occasions of the escrows halving in value within that 16 day period.
It does not make sense, not with the pressures of staying stealth and not being caught by the bizzes we now have to have a degree in economics just to make sure have enough to pay our supplier's in 2 weeks for the reload or have enough money for fuel etc.
The world is at a financial knife edge and if this does not get sorted some poor vendors going to be getting a hiding or 2 from some pissed off supplier who wants their money the plain facts.

100% behind this initiative but sadly I think the site owners don't care. They posted last week about prioritising things behind the scenes. I've not once seen a feature the community has asked for implemented here. I get the feeling the site is run part time by a small group. I know of other marketplaces that have even the most basic of features... dated posts, search features, pages that don't take minutes to load if they have more than 200 topics on them. I can get over the dated posts and loading times but I can't get over the prices. The other place I buy from has lots of flower variety (shit for carts and edibles etc) but flower has always been £37.50 for eighths and doesn't change. It think the LB staff maybe reached the limit of their abilities. Simple functions that any other online marketplace in the world has, the LB staff don't to have the knowledge/time/tools to implement.

If we knew 100% that you pay £68 and we receive that amount minus the Biggy fees there would be no issues as we are sheltered from factors outside of our control, but unfortunately that's not the case vendors are walking a tightrope, which is very perilous.

the inherent instability of BTC is something we've all been dealing with and there's nothing we can do about that unfortunately
but achieving more stable prices for buyers is the opposite of financial suicide, it's incredibly beneficial for vendors to have more stable pricing with sterling instead of dollars, i'm down so much money this month because of overpaying for this conversion rate to the point i've had to go round this morning asking vendors if they can do me a custom order because i can no longer afford the fixed prices on their menus

I think someone mentioned that this topic was open so i tried to revive it and also started a new one.
It has been noted but the issue is the dev work that needs to be done is a fairly big job that from what I am gathering hasn’t got much incentive.

Altough, tbh, as vendors we should be price checking ourselves and our competition regularly anyway. Or, our customers would give us a nudge I'm sure.
At the same time, the best addition to this site would be both the currency prices, and the ability to settle funds, both customer>vendor and vendor>customer direct on the site.
The current 16 day escrow is laughable and a potential exit scam waiting to happen... the option for the customer to finalize on delivery hurts no-one

for newer biggas that are unsure of the context of some of the replies in this topic, it was created over a year ago when not only did we still have the same problem of literally being robbed by fees, but we also had the problem of every single dollar costing 92p, rather than the 81p it is now which made every single order considerably more expensive for absolutely no reason other than the site being set to the wrong currency for it's customer base
