Usualy on my side it's I need to add more funds to get to through. Sometimes vendors will notice this and message you explaining you didn't send enuf. With all the up and downs recently it's maybe easy to make this mistake right now. Just add few more funds if that's the case as it will still go through but still need to pay the remaining unless you have chat with your vendor they will see you paid mostly enuf anyway should have mesage on chats saying please pay the remaining funds bla bla

Yeah in my head that means insugnificant funds just chat your seller mate. Or tbh people will start seing this soon and be able to help. Usualy on my side invalid or insugnificant means I haven't put enuf in. Hope you get it sorted. It can be a Pain in the neck my friend

Coinbase are having issues today, not related to insufficient gas fee as suggested.

Yeah you need add whatever needs adding to get that order through. Can be funny sometimes try adding extra few quid sometimes that's even enuf if you go back to your transaxe page just go through the copy and pasting again and add few more quid just to make sure
