The need for speed causes more angst on LB than literally anything else and yet when you combine falling RM service levels and often overworked vendors, delays are sometimes inevitable regardless of how much you pay.

GC is extremely popular but a one man operation trying to please a lot of customers whilst dealing with deadlines, messages and requests.

The only way for a relaxed Biggy Life is to order before you run out, roll a fattie from your depleted stock and put your feet up. Your order will be with you soonest....

I'm sure everyone orders before they run out but i'd be willing to bet the vast majority of us have everything budgeted to a tee, a late package fucks up everything (not blaming vendors)

having the extra funds to order when you feel like it and put your feet up is very bougie and not fitting to the most popular item sold on here which is shake + trim

just to be clear i'm not blaming anyone for anything here, just stating that it's not possible to order far ahead of time for most biggas which is why this topic comes up so often

Are you PR for Green cat my fellow Biggs? If I pay for sndd on Monday and it’s not arriving till Thursday I’ve got a problem. And that would b any vendor. If GC can’t honour the sndd he needs to take the extra charge of the listing or he’s just robbing.

Robbing nothing there’s a big sticker on the front of the parcel which states how much was paid for the postage actually more than $10. Check your messages for tracking and PLEASE DONT BUY AGAIN

Vendor claimed he had sent out to wrong address.hence the delay. The address I gave was and is the correct one.

I’m sorry if this topic has angered you but I’m not the first bigga to highlight this issue. Ie marking order as sent when it nothing of the kind. It’s your poor comms that’s exasperated customers.
I do not believe for one minute this order went out to wrong address as you claim. You just hadn’t sent it. I apologise for using the term robbing as it’s not appropriate and not very nice. You do send out after paying sndd just not when you said you sent it. It’s down to volume of orders I believe as you have a firm customer base due to the quality of your product. People r allowed to complain and I’m not the only one claiming.

Check the reviews most peoples orders comes the next day even if they don’t order SNDD.

Asked for them to surprise me and ended up with the nightshifter strain. Honestly the most mental looking bud i have ever seen in my life. Let me tell you, the nose on this bud is incredible, like if i had to describe it - you remember the first time you smelt dank?? Yeah, it’ll take you back, it genuinely is so loud (in a good way). I saved it for my birthday and then rolled it up and smoked it with my boys and lets just say its safe to assume we were all high as shit. The cherry on the j was just perfect too. Honestly a 10/10 bud glad i got to sample it for my birthday, im a lucky man. Thank you DrBudz and good luck!

I once ordered from GC, SNDD and he marked it as sent after one day but didn't send it for 3 days. I did receive it after 5 days and the quality was on point but there was almost 0 comms so maybe hold out another day or 2 and if nothing still, jus dispute.

well somethings landed today, hopefully its the order but wont know till im home. defo check the tracking though i feel like ive had that issue once befor. as i always say the product from GC is up there with the best on LB and its rare sumet goes wrong but when it does the comms are not great at all.

I’m literally in the exactly same situation as you. Order placed around the same time & sent around the same time. But 4 days later & nothing has turned up.

As a SNND it should have turned up by now 100%. So it either never got sent or it’s been stolen by the posty

Had my NDD ordered yesterday and have landed under 24hrs from GC today. So all must be good from their end .... Post mortem snail mail is probably the barrel you are looking at....Hope you guys get them soon.

It can just be delayed but from my experience having lost a couple parcels, I would lean to side of probably not going to turn up, pretty sure most vendors don't do anything for 10 days until after sent, maybe to do with claiming for the parcel but that's just guessing, if it doesn't come today I'd probably say try sort something for the meantime? Obviously doesn't help really, hope you get it all resolved though, GC is not really prompt with replies but is a top tier vendor so rest assured I'm sure he'll get it sorted, hopefully soon for you

checked with seller. order received just not showing in history. bpm back to a near normal value.

did you contact transaxe support, they can find the order from the btc address you sent to.

I've just had exactly the same problem. Sent BC to a copied wallet address and still showed as unpaid.

Bought from LB many times over the lat few years (new log in so history doesn't show) never happened before.

Did you definitely log in before you ordered? I've forgotten to do that a couple of times....you can order anonymously .
If thats happened its possible tho to link the order to your account once you have logged in :)
