No the cut off point is 5pm on the 19th and the winners will be at 12pm midnight on the 19th
12am midnight you mean. 12pm is midday mate. This would mean biggas are guessing the BTC price for 12am on the 20th not 12pm on the 19th.

You may want to bring the cutoff forward or the early voters will be outdone by the late ones.
