Don't know how old this post of yours is but listen, easier said than done to tell tou to stop being so anxious.
Step 1. Place a small order from a trusted vendor, dr greenthumb for example is excellent, next day delivery included.
Step 2. Always order SD, some vendors charge silly amount, some not so bad.
Step 3. Make sure you are in to receive the post.... Havinf to collect the post from delivery office won't do your anxiety any good but you can request redelivery online if you do miss the post.
Step 4. Personal choice... Use a fake but believable name, anyone can sign for the SD the name is only required if you need to collect feom DO and with online redelivery you would seldom need to unless you just can't wait. Fake name also gives you complete deniability in case package is found and cozzers show up on your door which for small amount of gear I doubt would happen, they have better things to do, you would think! Hope this helps, I've been on here 18minths now and like you was completely Prang about buying but then I did and did again and again and again, not had a no show yet, and word to the wise, mssg the vendor befor leaving negative reviews, very good people on here that will rectify issues as long you're not being a dick about things. I've often been put off posting pics because most reviews don't have them. Don't know why, just paranoid I'm taking up too much space or something! I know daft innit? I think it is a great idea, especially to prove a bad batch. If I see a product with a glut of 10/10's and then someone posts a "shit" comment, I don't automatically believe unless I see proof in a picture (a bit hard to do if it is about taste/high, etc admittedly!) but pictures can be better than words sometimes. :)

Iv been waiting since the 29th for 24 tracked also. Got 4 items totalling £500 from here stuck in the post. Not even seen a postman for 2 weeks. Vendor can’t do shit except tell you RM have received it as RM aren’t updating the tracking information. It’s a Royal Mail issue. I wouldn’t rush to accuse, the only service getting through is special delivery right now. We just have pray to the weed gods and hope for the best

Use vendors who give out the tracking if it’s an issue for you personally. Buts It’s 50/50 whether it gets through in good time or not

The dispute time window appears at the top of the order page. The start date is when the dispute tab appears (9 days after marked Sent). It expires at the end date (unless you extend it). You can’t get auto settlement outside of this window.
If the dispute window has expired all you can do is contact transaxe via their page and explain the circumstances. They are good people…

My order with CannaPharm/transaxe was anon, so i cant use the LB system. Ive contacted transaxe a few times regarding this. I havnt directly asked for my sats back yet, so lets see if anything/clarity is offered.....

No, no mistake. Ive been anon for all of my dozen odd orders, on LB. I didnt see the need for an account, after an initial low value test order. This account was created to message transaxe and CannaPharm. For the record, this is the second time theres been a no-show. So currently, im running at a rubbish rate chance of a no show! Hmmm, maybe the derelict carpark wasnt so bad after all....

I’m pushing 100 orders but the 2 failures I had were in my first 5 orders!….both vendors buggered off. I just wasn’t very savvy at picking good vendors, although the second one was actually very established. I was stunned to get 100% refunds, I thought escrow/transaxe couldn’t possibly be a real thing!😂😉

Ordered from the same vendor as well. Tracked 24. Not arrived yet. Not heard a single thing or got a reply from the seller when asking for a tracking update. Fucking sucks. Looking at a £110 loss myself…

I ordered as well, I thought it was weird that they said they couldn’t provide the tracking number for security reasons but I told them that wasn’t a valid excuse.

They then stated that they would re-post and due to the strikes I thought it may of just been held up until items I ordered afterwards started turning up and then noticed all the other people having the same issue so it’s clear with over 100 disputes that this seller had conned everyone yet LB is making us dispute it and have to wait until next year before anything can be looked at which makes no sense as it clearly was a scam.

Don’t think it’s fair that we have to have a dispute on our profile and LB just do nothing.

I did see that someone went via a Borg link and got a refund but haven’t received a reply yet with the link but we shouldn’t be doing this and it should be LB taking action on our behalf seeing as it’s a clear scam.

Having the same problem with a £400 order from cannapharm. Payed extra for tracked 24 delivery, 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting. The guy said he'd reship after the first weekend but he lied and started ignoring me so yeah, Christmas isn't happening this year.
