Iv been waiting since the 29th for 24 tracked also. Got 4 items totalling £500 from here stuck in the post. Not even seen a postman for 2 weeks. Vendor can’t do shit except tell you RM have received it as RM aren’t updating the tracking information. It’s a Royal Mail issue. I wouldn’t rush to accuse, the only service getting through is special delivery right now. We just have pray to the weed gods and hope for the best

Did you get to see the tracking number, if not how do you know it was even posted? Also I've had plenty of orders from eBay and other places turn up, I've seen plenty of postie's including the one today who didn't deliver anything from here.

Iv got all the tracking numbers and their all the post. I’m guessing your eBay was a parcel which will get delivered quicker. If it’s coming as a letter it will take longer. And regarding the postie I’m just telling my situation, there’s a lot of us in the same boat. Who have actually been waiting a lot longer even. Use vendors who give out the tracking if it’s an issue for you personally. Buts It’s 50/50 whether it gets through in good time or not

Good to know you got a tracking number from here, what did you have to do to get that? I've tried everything I can think of. Oh and good luck getting your stuff btw and I do use better vendors, just thought I'd give this one a go wish I didn't now though.

Canna has been in touch and I'm placated for now, I can kind of see why they don't want me to know what post office they used. Not sure why other vendors don't give a shit about that but it's ok'ish that they do. Going give it till the 15/16th then dispute, good luck to all those stuck in the same shit show. It's fucked for vendors and customers alike and I have no idea whos going to fit the bill.

LB system will take care of this, although that doesn’t ease the frustration especially at this time of year. Click Dispute on your order page when it appears on day 9. Where a vendor has buggered off, 100% refunds will be paid. Your coin is protected👍

What happens if you open the dispute late? Would be great if I could get my money back

The dispute time window appears at the top of the order page. The start date is when the dispute tab appears (9 days after marked Sent). It expires at the end date (unless you extend it). You can’t get auto settlement outside of this window.
If the dispute window has expired all you can do is contact transaxe via their page and explain the circumstances. They are good people…

Ah…yeah, that option of not logging in has some major drawbacks if something goes wrong. Out of interest was it a mistake or do you have another reason?

I’m pushing 100 orders but the 2 failures I had were in my first 5 orders!….both vendors buggered off. I just wasn’t very savvy at picking good vendors, although the second one was actually very established. I was stunned to get 100% refunds, I thought escrow/transaxe couldn’t possibly be a real thing!😂😉

Same boat atm. Tracked 24 not arrived yet. Vendor isn’t responding so far but holding out as I can dispute in the next couple days I believe. Had 3 other tracked 24 items which I ordered on the same day arrive. Hoping it’s Royal Mail but never had this be an issue before sadly and don’t like the lack of communication. Reported to transax to see if they can help us all

Quick update: Canna told me it had moved from processing two days ago, still nothing so it has gone into dispute today 16/12/22. Hopefully it turns up so I can cancel it, i have no idea how to add the bitcoin back to my account and don't have or want a btc wallet.

Probably my last post on this so good luck all and Happy Christmas.

Yes not to give me the tracking number or to tell me where it is though, just to tell me rm striked on the 11th which still makes it 5 days and counting if it was posted at all on the 6th.
I'm never using this guy again even if the weed turns up today, I payed for tracked 24 and if he posted it I'm guessing he posted it second class snail mail and that's why he won't give me a tracking number. Guess we'll see and I'll keep you all updated. 👍

I got no response, no tracking, waited 2 weeks or so now for a 24 hr tracked. Vend hasnt been online for days, hasnt used messages for even longer. Lots of people with outstanding orders from here It would seem

Tried to message you 6 times over numerous days now of being online so I assume this won’t work. Simply requesting a tracking update I can view myself as at this point I do be feeling scammed by the previous comments.

I’ve had the same issue.
Told me I couldn’t get the tracking number as it would highlight his/her location which is a new one for me but was basically an excuse to not bait up what they were upto.
Last message I received I was told that they had received messages stating that other chad received theirs but again seems like a delaying tactic.

Hey mate

Just go to your chat, click new. Where it says to just type in transaxe and it should be in the drop menu. Write your message and hit send.

I’m not sure I understand the question. Transaxe generates a new address for every transaction, and manages payment to vendors itself. You can’t use the address twice as far as I’m aware.

Hey polly , my problem was I deleted the open page with the transaxe code to pay the vendor so could not complete the order but there is a option in green to press to generate a new one

This has happened to me I think. I sent 200 dollars to the address that was provided by transaxe but the vendors have not received any money and it’s been a whole day and I can see that the money has left my wallet and now it’s in there wallet and I can’t get any contact from anyone for help
