Great thread :) Sigh, I used to have and love both A LOT many years ago. I had to lose a lot of weight though so I avoided them for years. Now thankfully fitted and healthier I have them very occasionally. White pudding is also very lovely but the best I ever had was from Yorkshire and free range Sausages from Essex.

As for the sausages, are you talking lorne, beef links or pork? I go to two butchers, because one can’t make a decent square sausage, even with a set square and a protractor.
My personal favourite is Buchanan’s of Burnbank, Hamilton beef lorne. Stick that bad boy on a well fired roll with a tattie scone and listen to your arteries close up. Totally worth it!

A quick tip! (This is what we did because we didn’t know if it was created by LB) Go to register/sign up with the same username and a random password. If it’s taken, it’s safe. If it’s not it’s a phishing site!

Society sort of worked for me, but I couldn't post at all. Nothing would happen when I hit the comment button. Tried some fuckery with my settings and it still wouldn't, so thank fuck the clearnet version is back!
It's good there is a backup. But the whole point of littlebiggy is that it's a clearnet marketplace without the ball ache of going on the darknet.

This is my confusion, wish vendors stated is it was special NDD or reg NDD as just now NDD is obviously not NDD Where's as SNDD is

Been smoking joints and bongs for a while and I've noticed that my tolerance is quite high! I've changed bongs a couple times recently to no avail, also own a couple dry herb vapes (Arizer Solo to be exact) but I've never really found myself getting higher / more stoned off of one, only vape which has really worked for me is a good old Volcano (Not lucky enough to own one yet, but had a good few goes 🤯) been bound to combustion for such a long time now, would definitely like to switch it up. 😄
If anyone could let me know about some other reliable methods of consumption, it'd be greatly appreciated 😉

I did recently melt some hash in butter on a spoon with a lighter until it melted into a paste. Ate that in a bit of yoghurt and bang for buck that is probably the highest and longest lasting high I’ve had.
I had two spoons with a good crumble in each and I was flying from the eve until the next afternoon.

I was the same smoking Joints for most of my cannabis consumption. An endless cycle of roll smoke enjoy and repeat to the point I was like what’s the point in having a fag when I can just have a joint.

I would recommend a dab rig my friend but it’s a whole new ball game. My friend has a dnail set up that cost about £1.5k and I won’t lie when I tried it with some bho a few summers ago it absolutely blew me away. I had to lie down.

Have a break off it and do some exercise instead for a week. Have a bong or doob. Youll be on the moon. You could start dabbing but thats a whole different ball game and then you find yourself looking at glass for hundreds of quids and bangers for ridiculous money.
You can dab with China glass perfectly well, you don't have to spend hundreds to use concentrates. In fact something like a little dipper will get you in the game for less than £25.
Of course mate you can buy cheap quality quartz bangers off amazon for like 15-20 quid. I was at a point where i was buying half oz jars of hash rosin costing me an arm an a leg so i didnt want to just waste my beautiful terps on some cheap banger that doesnt melt it right and makes it taste not as good. Not only that you need a thermometer an iso station an all that carry on to make it enjoyable. Thats if you are going to go full on head first into it. I was at a point where i only dabbed an thats why id recommend people to just have breaks an lower your tolerance and not abuse it. Use cbd in between. Honestly i had a huge break off it an even though i missed it i felt clearer and sort of didnt want to go back onto it. I was forced to have a break off it and it done me the world of good. Ah. Aye I got recommended the coil king AOI but it will just make your tolerance higher. I seen this with people where they start dabbing now and then and next thing you know they only dab and end up not really enjoying flower/hash

You need serious discipline not to develop crazy tolerance on concentrates, but it is doable.
If I go overboard one day, it takes at least 3-4 days of bare minimum to sleep sessions to get back to normal.

Completely get what youre saying its bonkers to say the least when you get into the world of that dabbing and you see all the different things you can get to make the experience more enjoyable its quit crazy and you can easily spend grands. Even the bong you rip from can matter the perculation system in the bong can make the smoke more smoother and flavoursome. Like i said i could go on all day. Im just happy with a lil distillate cart now an again to blast on an then have a break on the cbd. For me it is homemade oils and edibles. I dont really like smoking anymore and have not for a few years. I find it more controllable and an awful lot cheaper! I am currently helping one of my oldest friends kick smoking weed and taking coke after 30 years by supplying him with low strength canna caps and it is working! Although he has been more than a bit moody with me from time to time.
I've actually took upon a few biggas advice now, I had quite a bit of shake saved up from the last year of stock so I cooked just over 4 Ounces of it (115g to be precise) into 750g of butter. Maybe a bit overkill? Who knows.
Either way, the brownies I knocked up with the cannabutter REALLYYYY seemed to do the trick! I was stuck to my living room sofa watching Netflix for a good couple hours on Saturday night giggling my tits off 🤣
Also not to mention the absolute bliss that was sleep... Ended up sleeping just over 12h though so maybe a bit too long 🥴

Have worked my way down to a 125 micron mesh, before I had had enough.
The first sift is high quality, the second sift - I think I pushed through to much green material - not as sticky when pressed/heated.

Sorry to say but it is doomed especially for a newbie, unless u have a fleet of drones or alternative shipping options I would stay well clear for some time.
Don't be fooled be the niceties on the chat forums there is a dark undercurrent just waiting to swallow up new vendors another lamb to the slaughter so to speak.

Yeah it's surprisingly straight forward once you get your head around the 2004 style website interface lol
now when it comes to putting your prices and weights etc, this is the fiddly part, but once you've done it once it will all make sense and it's fairly intuitive, just please bear in mind, transaxe (the payment processor) will take a % cut from each sale of between 10-15% (sorry i can't recall the exact amount) so factor this into your prices or you will end up with quite the shock! hopefully a vendor or someone can come along and clear this up for you with the exact percentages!
and for visibility, the standard procedure on here is offering low price samples for the first few customers to get the ball rolling and for people to see if your stealth and product is up to scratch!
if you get stuck, message anyone who replies in this thread i'm sure they will be happy to help

I keep my personal smoke it glass jars in my fridge, the jars get burped daily and the result is beautiful cured buds

0.125 litre for half oz
0.35 Litre for an oz
I then have the jars in a food lock bags but the smell keeps leaking out.
Not sure how as i filled up the jars with water, locked it, tipped it upside down and nothing came out.

For my personal I go no frills using old jam jars (cleaned of course) in a shoe box in a drawer. Does the trick me. It’s in my office in the loft though so smell isn’t too much of an issue
Same idea here. My personal stash ends up in repurposed coffee jars and gets aired every couple of days. My sale items are in airtight Kilner jars which get vented every day. Both options are good for containing the scent.
I would have hoped that the Kilner clip tops would keep the smell in. not sure about the screw top lids versions if the clip wont work.

only thing I can think is that the stank passing through water is making it smell stronger like a fart in a bath, clip top kilners are usually 100%. mine certainly was until it seppuku'd and I replaced it with one of those anti-uv screw top jars from amazon

This may be ironic posting on LB but has anyone had any experience with any of the Uk cannabis clinics with medicinal cannabis?
With the 5 or so clinics ive found they all seem to have really bad reviews.
I am eligible for a prescription due to back injuries and the idea of going “legal” is great in theory but wonder if it is worth it with all the lack of service they provide.
Has anyone sampled the medical stuff? Is it any good?

The MC market is in its infancy so there have been quite a few teething problems and complaints regarding product and prices. I’ve personal experience as a MC patient. The cost varies from £5 a g to £14 a g depending on quality. There is also an argument for and against irradiated bud, basically zapped for bugs and mold. I’ve only ever tried the non-irradiated and it’s fairly mild compared to black market bud. However a new one came out lately that is very good but £11.50 a g. You have to weigh up if it’s worth it or not but for me it’s worth it for the legal cover if I’m ever stopped or tested at work. Initial consultation costs £50 and you have to have a follow up every 3 months. There’s a site called medbud wiki which provides all the info you need. Reddit sub good too. 👍 I don’t want to name the clinic I’m with here but suffice to say excellent customer service but stock can be an issue. They have to import everything as all UK product gets exported for epilepsy drugs. Hope this helps.

You can use any clinic in the UK, doesn’t matter if you’re in Scotland 🏴 no great hassle either. You just ask you’re doctor for your summary of care. The receptionist at my Dr just printed it off as it shows all the meds you’re on or have used in the past. Book a consultation with you’re preferred clinic and job done. If approved they write the prescription and send it to a designated pharmacy who then send the product via courier or Royal Mail. Quality is improving as time goes on. Still pricey though sadly. Waiting for the day the NHS can prescribe. 🙏

I have a prescription. It all depends on how much you want to spend I suppose. I go with the cheapest clinic and get the cheapest product prescribed to me then I top up with stuff from here.
I have a friend who was on it for some time, but she recently got the boot from it due to their crazy rules and regs. She had chest pain and got sent to A&E and the receptionist put down suspected heart attack, which instantly removed her from the program. It was actually just a chest infection, but that's now on her record forever and makes her no longer eligible.
We really just need to decriminalize this plant and allow people to grow at home in their garden or house, whatever. Just make it illegal to sell it and job done, or open it up to the market and tax it like everything else the government taxes us for.

What Im planning on doing (my friend already does it) is use a clinic to accept grow products get a legal script and just carry my own weed (not from the dispensary) as long as you keep ur paper work with you , your allowed pretty much anywhere with it also too consume it, no way could anyone tell it’s not a grow product. From a few friend’s experience is over priced and not of great quality
You don’t even need your paperwork. They have to prove that you aren’t, not the other way round. Just keep it in the tub it came in.

Just having a browse looking to stock up my stash before Xmas and reading reviews as made me step back a bit. I see alot of reviews critisicibg vendors for lack of comms and "parcel took ages" yes... Because you are like everyone of us just now who are being royally screwed by RM. BTW I support the strikes!
As for comms, unless you've living under a blanket for the last 7 days you would have noticed LB has not been running well. The vendors, like us, have to wait an age for pages to load, so if you didn't receive a reply, I'm sure you can work out why. More so when it's asking for tracking during a 48 hour strike...
Sorry for ranting guys but let's spread some love not hate. It's not the vendors fault for sure!

I think there are two types of buyers on here, those that understand it's not Amazon, who understand vendors take a huge risk in doing what they are doing, and that we are vulnerable to numerous issues by selling online, including BTC crashes, postal strikes, LB maintainance issues... not to mention transporting large quantities of an illegal substance just to get it into the postal system... plus the time and effort for stealth to keep customers safe.
Then there are those who have absolutely no idea what vendors go through, and assume this is one big walk in the park.
I've been here for best part of three years now (and I've seen them come and watched them go) but one thing I can say for sure is its getting more and more difficult to justify selling on here, especially as a small vendor. I'm certain there are others that feel the same.
Leaving shitty reviews because you think you deserve your premium cannabis delivered to your doorstep within 24 hours, might just be the straw that breaks yet another small vendor's back.
I'd ask the members who leave those kind of reviews to ask themselves - what they would do when vendors decide the risks aren't worth the rewards?....
Eventually it'll be zero artisan products on LB and 100% monopoly by the mass producers, and we all know that doesn't work out for anyone....ever.
So yeah, a bit more love and understanding from the usual critical subjects would be great, but I won't hold my breath.

I think this is a symptom of wider society. There’s so many angry, hateful individuals out there that like to moan and complain and make someone else miserable because their lives are so shitty it’s their only fun in life.
This place has been an absolute godsend to me with some top drawer vendors. I’ve been here for about 3 years or so.
And there are some genuinely good people on here, I’ve had overwhelmingly good experiences.
And it's the hard work and effort of vendors that keeps me coming back. Thanks for your service! Salute!

I agree with you entirely and Bulldog’s & Eddy’s comments sum up the vendor’s perspective perfectly.
Because it’s the internet we have some weirdos and it’s not worth trying to understand that small minority, (although from time to time some of them are vendors!). Some others seriously medicate and seem to struggle to cope if things go wrong or are delayed and so vent their frustrations. A few think that growing weed is a virtually zero cost game and are permanently angry at what they see as huge profiteering. Some are just permanently angry, because they are 🤷♂️ and as always the anonymity of the web gives them a platform to rage. It wouldn’t work on the street!
That leaves the rest of us who know just exactly how lucky we are to have this site and everything on it! I certainly feel I owe a debt of gratitude beyond a few Bitcoin. I still pinch myself to check that it’s real🥰
But as with all good things we take it for granted. Vendors sometimes don’t help themselves by offering unrealistic delivery speeds, or charging for one delivery method but using another. This ‘need for speed’ causes more problems on here than anything.
Things are also not entirely what they seem- there are less vendors and a whole lot less Biggas than it appears- it’s way too easy to set up alt accounts for nefarious purposes and that can create an environment of suspicion.
After speed, the next hot spot for trouble is comms. Good comms solves everything but again we have an expectation for immediate response. It’s weird, there is hardly an institution left that responds quickly to anything even if you are dying in the street, but we expect it from our order of illegal drugs 🫣. But in my experience good vendors maintain good comms.

Hi ive been using the site for about 6 months and it is amazing, only downside so far has been the comms, been waiting 2 weeks for replies from 2 vendors, only instant response ive had has been when I raised a dispute after nearly 3 weeks with no comms, ive had amazing stuff on here and alot of great vendors that I will keep buying from but think it has to go both ways, hope everyone has a great Xmas and New year

The strikes are a necessary evil of having a shite government who don't set pay high enough. Pathetic that this is the only way to get them to listen, but Britain as a whole needs a payrise and it has to start somewhere. was reading reviews yesterday, one bigga got a full refund then left vendor a 5/10, saying it never arrived.
I got a full refund recently too, i'll just leave the review till it expires, that or give the vendor a 10.
Full refund can't be sniffed at.

I have had numerous conversions in DM's with bigga's on this issue and they venders and people that have commented are right on the money as per. Tho I do find it strange that after all the posts on the topics board, calling out venders! Not one person has been negative on this thread????? If you take the time to call venders out at least have the time to give your point of view on posts like this.
Before I rant on first things first venders we salute you. I still can't believe the service and quality on offer here and the fact I only have to press buttons and only get up off ma ass to collect my illegal drugs from the postman.
Most of what I would add is been said but A few things that I do want to add and this ties into previous comments.
What the actual fuck is peoples expectations before they order? Do they read the manifesto? Do they do the leg work and check reviews (That's another story) Do they check when they where last on line?
Now no one is perfect of course and I did get caught being a bit moany when I started using the site. As the first vender I used comms where within the hour.
Another vender a day.
I ordered 24 hour signed for with the expectation of having it the next day like special delivery. When it never came I DM'd them and they expanded the process. I felt like a pure nob and apologised for my impatience.
I have had a vender send special delivery's late so again had to wait another day. Was I happy no but shit happens (It's always at the stage where your licking your grinder like a bulldog eating beetroot) The vender apologised. Gave a reasonable explanation. We both went on our way.
So a few points that I would add and this might be a crazy idea and a bit out there but bare with me and just imagine that venders have other stuff out with LB. I'm just guessing but any venders correct me if I'm wrong

I am learning fast but doing your best every day for your customers to get random abusive messages and 1/10 reviews is a tad soul destroying.
Only two days ago I received an order for almost 2oz of my new strains, so as always I done my due diligence and the buyer is 2 years on LB with over 100 buys.
I clicked sent and started to pack the order with love to go to the post office straight after with the rest of today’s orders as it came in just before 2pm cut off.
So about 5pm that day I get a message from the buyer saying I really hope this isn’t old mouldy bush weed I’ve ordered or I won’t be happy.
I was blown away as surely if you were sceptical about a new vendor first of all why order so much first then message that, rather than reach out to me first or even order a 3.5 to sample the quality of cannabis.
Safely to say it arrived today and I got a message saying this is the worst weed I’ve had on LB in months and there giving up on the site. I am lost for words honestly…
However I’ve had some great help and advice from some top Biggaz “You know who you are” and now understand it’s just part and parcel of this beautiful platform.
If I am not packing, replying to messages or at the post office then I’m trying to source more amazing strains for my customers.
LB changed my life and I won’t let any of my customers down ever! It’s a buzz sending orders out and then getting lovely messages and reviews it truly makes it all worth while.
The love outweighs the negatives so it’s still a joy and such a positive experience for myself.
All the best over the holidays and in the new year. This community is amazing and a real eye opener.

I started using this site in October. I've been noticing a huge increase in complaints as well which is mad to me because I have had no problem what so ever. Vendors have been communicative, delivered stealth, and great products.
It is our duty as the customer to be aware of the strikes, that things won't go perfectly, and to responsibly stock up on product if dependent on it.

Yes ! It’s so upsetting man 😭 I was doing so well had so many good reviews and ever since the strikes I just got smited with a bunch of bad reviews. I even offered everyone a full refund or Reship (because their parcels were delayed) and even after they received their original parcel AND their refund, some people still left 5/10 reviews 😭😭 I hope things go back to being smooth as usual for everyone 💚

as we develop new seller functions we would like to know if you prepackage your items so that each variety has a fixed inventory level.
example: three 3.5 gram packages and one 14 gram packages sitting in inventory

Brilliant to see you guys are looking at this issue personally we would opt for the second option "24.5 grams that you package to fit orders" thats just our preference.
But we've sold on different markets so we've experienced using both and honestly after a small time its easy to use either option for any seller, you will never be able to please everyone so really we would say go with whichever option will be easier to implement on this site :)

To be honest I'd rather not sit there and pre-package a load of stuff, I have done that in the past, it's efficient by all means. But in my opinion, its easier to do it when the order comes in / pack as you go along.
The 2nd option seems a lot easier to use, as then you can go by what weight you've got left etc... Thanks for looking into this issue devvy borg.

Just a post to request that we (buyers) start leaving pics in the review. Reason I say this, is cause I previously purchased mimosa which looked nothing like the promo pic. Can’t remember the vendor now but posted a pic on my review so others could see it wasn’t the same. I think it makes it fairer on us buyers, so we can see a little more prior to purchase. I've often been put off posting pics because most reviews don't have them. Don't know why, just paranoid I'm taking up too much space or something! I know daft innit? I think it is a great idea, especially to prove a bad batch. If I see a product with a glut of 10/10's and then someone posts a "shit" comment, I don't automatically believe unless I see proof in a picture (a bit hard to do if it is about taste/high, etc admittedly!) but pictures can be better than words sometimes. :)

So this vendors already got some legit shillers like bbdoom, but had a few messages to review something from GH.
I went with the wedding pie, as decent price point and a vouch from doom.
Delivery was thwarted by RM but still made it in good time 👍
Stealth on point, not sure if vacuum packed but buds were tight against it.
Nothing bad here peeps, but the buds GH sent were like the top shelf porno buds so wanna keep em prime lol

My assumption is that it's the cheapest, safest way to transport illegal drugs on mass. I have no idea how much the big hitters on the wall are shipping per day.
The comment that I made on the other tread was, If they did find an alternative like a Currier and the van gets checked then everybody's in that van is fucked. The vender is fucked and brings more light on the site.

Unfortunately in my opinion I'm more than willing to deal with the inconvenience rather than price rises.

First time to experience this. Ordered NDD, checked tracking and says delivered with a signature I don’t recognise. Ffs. You think itd be wise to chase RM for this?
If a Postie needs a signature and your not in and the package goes back to depot he squiggles to close off the tracking- BUT you should have got a card telling you to collect or arrange a redelivery. Try and do so online and definitely chase it up…👍

I think you are going to need a 1 or 2g option on that or the price is just too big a risk even at Xmas🤷♂️🎅
I think I'm not wrapping up teeny tiny 1g balls in an oxygen protected wrap for however long I feel like aging them for. Once I've wrapped them, They stay wrapped till someone smokes one.
But I'll keep that in mind incase there's a chance more might be around in another years time or maybe two.

It's all good, DankPants... I sense you might well know what you're doing. If this is genuinely a proper effort at a Frenchy style Temple Ball, aged for 6 months... I might dip a toe in.

Just to add... the last UK temple ball I bought off here about 18 months ago (can't remember who from) was almost this price. And absolutely banging.

Migration to Society (hopefully not a long term necessity) seems not to be popular based on the traffic volume on the topics board. I do find it painfully slow and clunky and the functionality intermittent. I finally managed to enable Javascript- not obvious on IOS- you can only do it by selecting the lowest (bronze) security level otherwise it is auto disabled. Who knew? 🤷♂️

Cant help but feel the society and admin negativity is a bit harsh. I discovered LB around a year ago and apart from the odd hour here or there this has been the only real interruption to normal service.
When you consider what service they are offering and then add that there is a working fail over in Society, I think we should be thanking them really!

Biggy is fantastic. The site functionality itself isn’t and most of us can see very simple ways to improve it for everybody. But the big issue is communication. Borgs hardly ever talk to us. Society offers the perfect opportunity to tell us all what’s going on with .org being down but nobody does. We’ve had to beg for snippets of information. I have no idea why it has to be that way🤷♂️

This really, there are some things that help.
When using onion switch to bronze shield mode this speeds things up a bit.
You will lose certain functionality with posts replies, sometimes you just get weird error messages pop up. It is what it is. At least there is some kind of backup. And use a laptop if you can as mobiles are crap for Onion.
Other than that everything works ok for me although it is a little slow.

I'm close to going back to my original place to order as LB has become painful. Constantly down on clear net for maintenance a d when it does come back online it feels exactly the same. Zero explanation front the admins as to what's going on and it just feels like a chore to order anything.
this.. i know a couple, not as good as LB but they work just as good.
Shame this is happening my guess is the clearnet had a data overload from too many members so now they are working on that, that's what It seems like from the new maintenance wall.

It’s like this my fellow humans…our reality is here to comprehend alone. So with regards to procedure…The open lb site is almost a decade old and most will understand how vulnerable it is, hence the background work going on atm. Tor, Vpns, DW, onion sites etc is a tad to much for the avg bigga who have found themselves here to simply purchase some cannabis products. However the education one will receive understanding these simple online events is truly undeniable. Society is a back up when software work is being done behind the scenes as it should be. It’s simple…security, community and productivity. We move forward together ❤️

This society is painfully slow, a lot of the time the page times out, I can't contact the vendors because the chat button doesn't work, I've tried to buy off a couple of vendors and the page times out, when is the LittleBiggy page coming back, because this Society web page is no good.

im not a fan of this way either slow to much painfull waiting for a page to load up i cant even access it on my phone half the time, not good being a seller at all on this format when you have cut off times ect and the whole thing just runs slow anyway enough moaning from me hahah
It's great that there's a back up, but it's so slow and alot of simple functions just don't work. I think I'll be spending my BTC elsewhere whilst waiting for org to come back, it takes way too long for pages to load for me, I'm not even able to check stock on my usual vendors as it crashes 🤷♂️

I concur….great products and brilliantly disguised…a lot of effort put in on that front. Gr8 with comms and apart from RM strikes that bugger up delivery times, always within 48 hours ( once, 20 hours from order to delivery!) used 5 times now and so trusted, I use no other vendor for our monthly supplies. Reasonably priced too…and no, I’m just a customer…not his mate.

Long lasting, double or perhaps triple filtered, very refined taste i've smoked a few now and can't nail it, quite creamy i guess but lovely taste either way. Stone lasts for ages, in the hand it has a feel and smell like real cali hash i kid you not.
Nicely overweight too.

High Octane crumble is the best, the grease monkey is incredibly potent, the do si dos, grown to perfection, and your hash is lovely and sticky.
The hash reminds me of the same kind an old friend from here had.
I don't like the sourness of tropicana cookies but will try your bananas variant at some point too.

I was lucky enough to win 2g of this from GH and wow this is some seriously good bud, and I was surprised at how good the price is as well considering it's really top quality stuff.
The smell hit instantly as soon as I opened it up and the grape is very apparent, and the nug's are incredibly dense and shiny.
I was surprised to see a big fluff up as well after putting a few smalls in the grinder.
After packing a fairly medium-sized bowl I took a rip and wow the taste and smoothness of the smoke was just a real treat, and a little goes a long way with this one.
Safe to say I'm extremely happy to have received this and am now very eager to get in some orders with GH as the service and quality speaks for itself with this one.

I've just been notified that Coinbase is closing my account, I have no clue why and they won't even inform me of the reason. Has this happened to anyone else? I've always been happy with the service/fees etc. so I'm somewhat perplexed to be honest! After speaking to CS on the phone they emailed me this..... What's a good alternative with roughly the same fees and isn't a nightmare to open an account, please?

Why the fuck were you using Coinbase for anyways? There’s a tonne of exchanges out there that arn’t the governments bitch and tool for spying, Coinbase is and always has been the anti thesis of crypto currency. Also you should have been buying BTC on there and sending to a wallet like Exodus trust wallet etc and sending to the vendor from there, don’t send directly from the exchange to protect all parties.
Yeah man I feel that, at least now you know, like I say make sure you buy wherever you want but always send to a wallet and send to the seller from that, saves a lot of hassle down the road for everyone.
Afaik Coinbase is working alongside LE to crack down on drug transactions, binance recently suspended a account just because it had $1 million+ in crypto in the account because LE told them to. The future of crypto on brokers isn’t looking good.
Exactly the same thing happened to me and my other half, which we only discovered this morning as we tried putting our usual order in. Frantic scramble to register and get validated by another crypto thingy in time for a postal cut off. I was raging AND fuming. Joined Coinmama and my partner Bittylicious without too much trouble but the tension waiting was unbearable. You can imagine.
Pain in the arse mate, I’ve just gone with Coinjar now but read that Coinbase have the means to check where funds are sent to, but not sure how that’d make a difference! I’ve never done anything shady with my account, pretty strange man.
I use cex.io exchange, registered in the British Virgin Islands, to purchase crypto. They have one of the most secure exchanges, fees are fairly low, and user interface is intuitive. Unfortunately, KYC info required to set up an account. They have a large presence in Europe too. I am in the US, and Coinbase has come under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission for such unsavory business practices. Coinbase is not a very secure platform either. I left btc on their exchange for trading last year, and my account was hacked and subsequently drained, even after I froze my account. Lost 5KUSD. I contacted them 4 times about this, but CB never responded. Finally had to join a class action lawsuit against CB where others had the exact same thing happen to them. Their security and customer service is way below the standards set by cex.io. I receive no affiliate money from my advice; motivated only in protecting buyers from a shady exchange.
