You can see how the vendor sees your address by looking on your order page. If that’s your correct address then that’s where it’s been sent. Allow for a tiny percent of human error….but nah…

On your first order the tracking would have confirmed the destination address wouldn’t it?
The second order if it’s near to you then the Postie got it wrong. If it’s nowhere near you then the vendor mixed up orders.

Yes waiting is really stressful and hopefully you’ve just been unlucky. But on the plus side you will never lose coin on tracked orders that clearly don’t get to you👍

Hi Polly! And yes! This never happens to me other than LB. Made legit online purchases using same addy, couple of tele plug recent purchase never gets lost, misdirected or redirected. If you are saying that two different vendors sent two different orders to the same wrong address that is totally different to the one you gave then it’s really hard to see how that could happen.

There’s not much you can do wrong in the order process and you can confirm your input address on the order page.

Assuming that there could be some ghost in the machine of your account, you could always set up a new one and try that?

Yes, that is the very reason a lot of vendors now use 24hr tracked unsigned as it's just popped through the door with nothing backfiring.

The same thing is happening to me after the seller said they said they reshipped a second time. I initially ordered in the middle of August. Gave me a tracking number that said delivered and signed for by a name I don't recognise. Can't see from the tracking what address it has gone too either. This has been going on for ages now and they keep telling me to cancel the dispute, even though I haven't received the order. It's doing my head in

I just checked the tracking with RM Tracking Assistant and it says it was delivered to my address, but I definitely haven't received it and there is no card from the postman. Not sure what to do?

We're currently getting less than 1 delivery/week here. Got 3 orders - and all my other mail - backed up at my sorting office, and cant get my hands on them!

I have experienced both sides of the coin where I have ordered late on in the morning, First class with one vender and NDD with the other. The first class came and the other never arrived.

I understand the frustration waiting on the delivery as I am now and getting very close to the wire in regards to gear.

I'm not saying that you do these things but I have found that when I have had issues it's usually when I order. Forgetting about bank holidays ect ect

The comment that I made on the other tread was, If they did find an alternative like a Currier and the van gets checked then everybody's in that van is fucked. The vender is fucked and brings more light on the site.

I have seen some venders comment about having to use multiple locations for security reasons.

I appreciate the frustration as we have all been there.

He will post it and put DWS delivered without signature and if he gets pulled and they check. All I say is someone in the house has covid. Legend and a lifesaver so it work both ways.

I’ve had the same Postie for 10 years and he is solid gold. He knows my LB packages ‘cos Posties know these things and he always gives me a wink when hand delivering. Not one word of complaint through all of the Covid madness, and whatever the weather. I slip him a twenty at Xmas (not enough I know) and tell him how appreciated he is.

Now they want to expand his area to include 2 new build estates and he says he genuinely can’t do it and refused and that’s the end of him (being transferred).

My fucking GP’s refused to keep working during Covid. They closed the Surgery and it’s still not working properly. Meanwhile the Posties just got on with their jobs. We owe them a massive vote of gratitude in the the form of 💷💰IMO….
