Can someone please help I've placed an order with 3 separate sellers its completed on coinbase but my items are saying unpaid I copied the address that was on the order and sent to that bc1qppagelxahlpjrcva7x9qjf8hkhrx20xkrateve this happened last week also for over £200 and I wrote it off as my error but not again I copied the address exactly can anyone help
Mine also completed on exchange side but escrow doesn’t seem to have received it. I forget what one has to do, perhaps wait a while longer or do we message someone on here….

Okay, so both of you click on the link above and then that will let you check the transaction in real time. Cut and paste the transaction ID from what you've sent into the search bar and see if that gives you the same result of a confirmed transaction.
If it does, contact Transaxe Support and explain the situation. Give as much information as possible: order number, amount sent, to and from wallet address details, when it was sent, etc, and hopefully it'll all get sorted out.

Thanks for the info. Tried that but when I put my lb order reference it doesn’t seem to let me click search, am on tablet or mobile, maybe this only works on a desktop/ pc
It has to be the transaction ID (or whatever your wallet calls it that's similar to that) from the transaction that's shown in your wallet, not the order reference. It should work fine on mobile or tablet.
Cool got it. So it has 10 confirmations, time stamp of 2 hours ago. Mining says ant pool/ expected in block. Fee looks more than I sent. Honestly don’t know what half this stuff means….
Unfortunately mate getting to grips with it has the potential to save lots of money. You can check the current fee rates on there in real time, for example. If you then send at those rates manually you'll often find your wallet wants to fund it at much higher rates. Saved myself £4ish the other day on 1 transaction just by looking. It took about 3 minutes to confirm even at the much lower rate I set. Took me ages to even vaguely understand it though, and I still know hardly anything really.
Not the address you sent it to dude, paste the transaction ID in. Is it 'transaction hash' on your receipt? Try that. Should show you a graphic of the block it's in. If it's blue, then it's confirmed.
10 confirmations. Well, that's all gone through. Guess it's contacting Transaxe time. They can take a while to respond, hence it being the best strategy to give as much info up front as possible.

Go to Chats, then click on +new and type Transaxe support into the box, click on their name, then you can message them. Good luck. I wouldn't have let that £200 go...
I'd send them the order number, amount sent, both the to and from wallet address details, when it was sent, and whatever else you think is relevant so they don't contact you in 2-3 days and ask for something else, then you have to wait again.

just had exact same problem, went through with no action after 4.5 hours. paid now though, all good.

Okay, this is weird. This actually happened to me too, but only once ever. I did everything I told you to do, then it resolved itself, then Transaxe responded a few days later and told me it was paid. Yeah, I knew that days previously, thanks...

Can anyone help I'm trying to send £53 to pay for something and Ive added enough funds in my wallet to cover it but when I try and pay it's asking for another £56 for network fees, surely it can't be right? I'll attach a picture, any help appreciated
Coinbase bunch transactions together that is your problem, network fees are fine right now.
This time you can just wait it out, eventually Coinbase's congestion will subside.
Next time though use Coinbase Advanced, this way when you buy BTC you actually have custody of the coins. So when you go to withdraw, your transactions won't be bunched together with lots of others.
This means both network and purchase fees are much much lower on Coinbase Advanced.
If you don't know how to get onto Coinbase Advanced;
Click the nine dots in the top left > click the slider beside 'Coinbase Advanced'
This time you can just wait it out, eventually Coinbase's congestion will subside.

Appreciate the response mate but I've no idea what any of that means sorry, I just know how to place an order get the total value, transfer to coinbase and buy BTC with it then copy and paste the address of the recipient of the coin and send I don't know what bunch transactions means I'm only trying to buy £50 worth of bud 😔

I have the same today. I’d hold off and try later or tomorrow. Feed are normally due to network traffic or demand so looks like this is high at the moment
Surely not £55 in fees though? To send £53, even before Xmas when fees were crazy it was like £30 on a £150 order
Yep! Never seen them so high as today! Trying to get order in before the weekend and then bam, $66 fees to send. Was bad at Xmas then been mostly fine since, back to a couple of quid. I’ve got $185 and the most it’ll let me pay is about $90. It wants to keep the rest for fees and that dust whatever it’s called.
That's weird mate. I just checked and you should be able to fund at around 5sat/vB for network fees, which should be under £1, and it looks like that's already in your wallet? Has it confirmed and been added to your wallet balance, as it's a remarkably similar amount to what you want to send plus fees?

Can anyone tell me how to raise a dispute about a transaction please, I paid for the parcel on Thurs morning it was supposed to be sent SNDD but the order has never been marked as sent and the seller has ignored my messages for 3 days, they were online yesterday so its not like they aren't active!

So as the title suggests I'm having trouble with coinbase I'm trying to pay for a £90 order but when I go to transfer the funds there is no button to send it where it normally is, ive restarted the app several times I've tried saving the adress to my contacts buy nothing is working! Any help appreciated and if anyone can suggest another way of paying for the order would be great I'm trying to get it before I miss the post cut off.
