I had a similar problem but few years ago so bit hazy...
If my memory serves me correctly, I think I contacted the borg/transax whatever and they just request a BTC address to send the money back.

On the one hand it’s tricky’cos this ain’t Amazon but that doesn’t change the fact that you are entitled to get the products that you ordered.

Some vendors think they can make substitutions but in my view they need to message you first and agree that it’s OK. Personally I always get pissed if I get a substitution. In fact I’ve often messaged vendors at the point of order asking them NOT to substitute (doesn’t always work!)

If a vendor agrees they sent you the wrong product then they should work with you to put it right (even though I was recently told to stop making a fuss and “calm down”..really?). Sometimes it’s your word against theirs, some Biggas do try their luck and vendors have to be on their toes too.

I think your request is reasonable if you’ve made it in a reasonable manner i.e to top your next order up.

You can dispute this order, but you are at the very limit of what auto settlement Borg can do for you. It’s likely to be a small % refund unless the vendor has bad history of this type of thing.

Hate to say it but as you got the right volume and even admit the wrong product was “nice” I would simply suck it up but not use this vendor again. Also reflect the situation in your review.

You can name the vendor and we can blow raspberries at them👅, unless of course they want to share their version of events?

give the vendor a little message see if he can sort it out for you ,most vendors are reasonable. A polite message does wonders.good luck

I missed this getting listed but like you. Two of my favourite as I love a good sativa (which I think gets over looked sometimes and always at some point “day smoke” gets mentioned.

Picking up from another thread regarding face melting gear. Don’t know if it’s my age or just a change in vaping habits but I’ve been leaning more so lately with strains like this and some good landrace.

I always need a Sativa as i wake n bake every day (work from home) and always on the lookout for the elusive Jack Herer. I usually rotate the usual Sativas on here but was ready for a change when this showed up.
I was worried about the price because RP usually charges top tier and I only purchase from them when I feel flush.
When it arrived and I unpacked it looked exactly like the pics seen before caked in trichomes. When I grinded it there was a lot more keif than I usually get which I had to brush off.
I then proceeded to vape some and can honestly say it hits nice and hard. I found it quite euphoric and I got very chatty, happy and eager to work which is exactly the reason I purchased it.
There is no couch lock side to it so it's good for days when you have responsibilities later on.
I hope RP continues to stock more of these 'budget' items.

Yes, most of the shake/trim on here are good, try some from different vendors and always on point but the last from Nero was the best, in my experience.

DIUK deffo have some of the best shake in my opinion.

For shake I’ve always gone to RadarBreeder, although I’ve just ordered some from MKK2020 for a change to see if different - but can vouch for RBs shake, apart from one batch which did the job still, but 99% of the time their stuff if great, lots of small nuggets and full of crystals

Only tried green cats out that list. The grape ape and that was decent. I know he’s got a sale on trim $50 an Oz but that’s trim of course.

Pistach is always not bad but they are on a break just now.

I like to look at the other listings on the venders page to see what else they have and try and gauge it from there. Not in the least scientific 🤷‍♂️

But it’s like everything else. You get what you pay for. Have your budget and take it from there as it will narrow it down quicker for you.
