i think people just have a habit to complain the dumbest things its a chocolate bar what does the person expect.. unless the customer wants to pay extra and have a bar sent in a freeze pack, lol.

In fairness, multiple reviews do warn that the product doesn't do the best in hot weather. I am sympathetic, as melty chocolate is more annoying to break into doses, but it's hardly like the sellers are wapping it in the microwave for a few cheeky spins before posting.

Hello fellow biggas. I have ordered 3x hashes and 2x 2500mg juices from the vendor Wonkas on 21 Nov and I received order but one hash was missing so I asked nicely and all done on pm if he can post juice instead. He said he did and did itb4/5 days ago. Nothing arrived yet. He also ignores me now. What i am supposed to do? Should I dispute? I didnt make any proof that he sent 1 hash missing. Thanks biggas!
If it doesn't arrive, and you've communicated with the vendor, then raise a dispute when the option becomes available 9 days after the item was marked as sent. You'll be amazed how quickly people respond after that. Really seems to focus people's attention.

Remember that post can take longer at this time of year, and it'll only get worse nearer Christmas. Obviously the postage is out of your hands in this case, but I'd advise everyone to use T24 at least, and SNDD for preference at this time of year.

I been already told and advised by professionals to not order any vape juices thc online b3cause in most they containt spices and synthetics. And I'm sure Wonkas is doing the same. He lies he makes his own juices but that's bs bro. Its nearly not possible otherwise there would be a lot of that shit online. I ordered earlier this morning, with SNDD and it still hasn't been sent. Please can you answer my messages?
You may be being a little impatient here mate. Some sellers mark as sent really soon (I'm assuming they're the ones that have packed our stuff for dispatch); some mark as sent when they actually send it, or later that day, and I've twice had something arrive before it's even been marked as sent. That made me super twitchy, but it was the same seller both times.
Already sent this afternoon for SNDD you should receive it tomorrow by 1pm I usually update late evening
It's not an Amazon same-day fulfilment centre, it's buying drugs on the internet mate haha - patience is definitely key to using this place! Paying for fast delivery is one end of it, the dispatch is another thing. I've learnt that if you desperately need something the very next day then that can be a stretch on here due to all sort of things

, There are NO planned strikes at the moment.. must be just a backlog.happens every so often.its strange because I ordered from The Great vape company was shipped Tuesday morning 24 hour tracked..and it arrived the Wednesday morning 24 hours.it all depends on where you live,and Which mail Centre are having backlogs?..it's just hit and miss royal mail.. hope you guys get sorted 😉👍😉

See that's perfectly feasible as I do love in a village area.
But over the last few months i've not had any sort of delays on any other legals products, all have arrived on time or at worse like 1-2 days late... Not 1-2 weeks! The only packages this has happened with has been the docs.
Customer service is always on point, nice and fair guy, products are amazing etc, literally no other issues.
But I do think there is more than meets the eye and it needs to be addressed and spoken about. If i'm wrong then i'll shut my mouth and apologise lol.

Hi Powerhouse.. yes seems strange its only happening with Doctor extacts?. There maybe backlogs from where its sent?..or even hold ups when it gets to another mail Centre or delivery office?.it's hard to say.you could ring your local delivery office and they mite shead some light.. 😉👍

If you ring the delivery office.u don't have to mention about a package delayed to your address..just ask them if there are any delays or backlogs at your office atm..if they say yes.explians the delay.if not? You can look at other reasons why it hasn't arrived 😉 ie in rare cases siezed..theft from a light fingered postie from a mail Centre. Or even not sent at all?

Yeah but i've been receiving all of my other 1st class letters and items over the last 3 months just fine with a 1-2 delay at maximum. It's only orders from the Dock that seem to be delayed, so no nail hitting any heads for this...Just doesn't add up/make sense.
My guess is an issue with the "Packaging" team, maybe someone new that isn't ordering enough packaging to send items, not sending them when supposed to etc.

Buddy i have been done over again - Ive been left high and dry for the weekend - i have asked PISTACH for the tracking and all I got was 'Ill sort it out later" dont know whether that means the tracking or the actual product itself. If he aint sent it yet I will be pissed and never use them again - I paid $11 for NDD - 3 days ago. I am fuming.
piss take bro, Dr E is great man I don't personally think it's him it could well be supply issues I really don't know, and prior to this occasion I've never had issue with receiving my package always 3 day average 2 with tracked which was my go to option, I'm hoping tracked comes back as its almost guaranteed and if lost you have paid the extra and your vendor has tracking, I'm hoping we get back to normal soon as he is my go to and I have never had problem with this vendor I trust him 100% and people are receiving there packages even if it is within 10 to 14 days I just hope in in future we get our usual 2 to 3 day shipping back because 2 weeks is just 2 long to be waiting when you use them for injury/illness recovery sleep etc have faith though guys we know orders are being received and just for reference I ordered 14th Friday was sent Monday and its Friday now so have been waiting 5 days thus far I'm not worried because reviews are stating 10 day 2 week waits so don't worry 2 much :)

As an update mine turned up today from PISTACH - tracking says it was sent a day after it was marked as sent - obviously no issues with that considering how busy this vendor is. Hopefully everyone else waiting from other vendors get theirs ASAP. :-)

Fair point i was just putting my 2 pence in because was mentioned by the OP as I wrote a thread recently about Royal mail being slow (NDD taking a few days). Having bought off the DM's for years I have been done dirty by Royal Mail on a few occasions - biggest loss being close to £3500 - never really recovered from it so I have massive chip with RM.

Thought I'd add my frustrations to the tally lol. Order 2 carts from DoctorExtracts on Monday 1st July royal mail 1st class its now the 8th and nothing received. The recent reviewers have received theirs after 16 and 9 days which means I'm in for a wait.

Hi guys, I’m sorry about the slow delivery’s recently we have been sending all the orders out within 24hours as usual, I don’t know why they’re taking so long to arrive, I’m trying to sort it though, we use quite a small post office it’s not in a city so that may be the issue, I’ll try get it resolved though. What happens if the Vendor (Genhub 2.0) haven’t sent your item? You’ve marked cancel but you need the Vendor to confirm the cancellation to be eligible for a refund, but they haven’t used the messenger in 17 days, but somehow manage to come online today and take all of their products down? Also messaged the help borg, waiting for a reply.
If an item stays marked as paid but not sent for ~100 hours after marked as paid then you will be automatically refunded.
As you’ve messaged the Borg and considering the circumstances of shelves being emptied and 17 days no comms y you may get it earlier (come back and let us know!).

Sorry this has happened, always annoying when a vendor accepts your $$$ but isn't responsive. When did you originally make the order?
If it has been a few days and it hasn't even been marked as sent, then that is reasonable grounds to cancel; if the seller doesn't accept, then you should raise a dispute. Your money should still be in escrow with Transaxe, so you can force a refund back that way.
Does anyone know if the timer on Transaxe sending the funds to the seller starts on payment or the product being marked as sent? If it is the first, you are golden. If not, then act promptly.

New 100% live resin carts

New 100% live resin carts
We will now be stocking 100% live resin carts, we make them using HTFSE sauce (High terpene full spectrum extract) which is essentially live resin with the THC-a crystals filtered out. We then get normal live resin and mix it with the HTFSE at a ratio of 70% live resin 30% HTFSE sauce. Both the live resin and the HTFSE will be from the exact same strain as they are exacted using the same buds in the same lab, so they should give you an accurate high to the original strain. We do not add any terpenes or liquifiers to this mix, the Htfse is high in natural cannabis terpenes so they make up most of the flavour. The flavour might not be as strong as other carts due to this but it definitely has a more realistic taste, the carts are also very smooth and get me very high, I personally really like them so I hope you all do as well:)
The Htfse and live resin are obviously expensive so we had to price these ones slightly higher, I’m planning to have 3 price tiers, distillate only being the cheapest, the 50/50 mix being the mid tier & the 100% live resin being the top tier for people that don’t mind paying a bit more for the best quality:)

These are super nice 👌🏼 Absolutely worth the slightly higher price tag. The effects are much more complete compared to distillate and I love that you get a bit more of a "weed" taste. Excellent stuff.

We would like to ask the reviewer to come forward and share some information with us and LB community if possible, to understand what in these vapes earned the score of 7/10 when almost all buyers has left 10/10 because they really are 10/10 Terpiest pens around here.
We really want to know the reason behind unless you are Competitor that couldnt bare to see we were 9.9/10 Overall Score and done your dirty work.

I think in general, people score things too high.
If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

It’s for this reason I dislike the 1-10 review/rating system we have currently. It seems the middle ground rating on LB is 8 purely for the service and then if you liked the product you go to 9 or 10 otherwise you feel like you’re screwing the vendor. If I got delivered average weed I’d personally want to rate it 6-7 (1-4 is bad, 5 acceptable and 5+ good)

Absolutely the vendor should not suffer rating reduction if they have been honest about their product. If it's described as mids but it's total schwag then you don't wanna feel bad as consumer for being honest about that.

Imo the score should be given on how accurately described the product is and the level of service given. Not the subjective tastes of an individual. Imo of course;)

7 out of 10 is not a bad score if it was fake they would leave a lower score not everyone is gonna give it a 10.

Guess maybe not but when you work hard to keep yout product levels 10/10 it is rather sad to see 7/10 :)) is just we wanted to know the reason for 7/10 , is it a taste , high, maybe the ceramic chamber in cart they didnt like or how it pulls … just give us a hint to improve so we know where to perfect ourselves :)) We saying it because we really want our standards to be on top level with Biggy Family that is all. And if one customer giving us a hint on improve is only going to do good for the community we serving!!
Is just we sell these offline to our customers in London £100-120. We only increase in demand but we cannot avoid possibility that our products are not for everyone so guess we just take the review on the chin :)))
Still if a buyer can leave us his comment with a comment review and give us hints and point out where we can improve, we would highly appreciate his time.

7/10 isn’t necessarily bad, maybe it just wasn’t their cup of tea. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Just keep doing what you’re doing and that 7/10 won’t mean anything later

Unless you have tried it yourself, relying on 1-2 fake reviews would be absurd! We are proud of our product and only had few people point out the area to work on , which we work to fix it quickly. Going for a girl's camping weekend in France and I want to bring some sweets! Does anyone have anything that looks "store bought" and which doesn't smell obviously like weed? The ideal would look just like something I can buy at the shop for airport stealth, fairly strong so I don't have to bring too many for the 8 of us, and gummies so they are easier to portion for the inexperienced girls who might just want a nibble instead of the full experience.
I'm a very boring looking mom-type lady and I'm not too worried about taking a bag of Haribo (or whatever) through Liverpool airport but would just feel better if my gummy bears or cola cubes fit in with their non-psychoactive friends and don't smell like a grateful dead concert.

I usually buy bears, hearts and snakes (whacky worms) from DIUK.
DIUK makes bears in 12.5mg (cute fuzzy bears) and 20mg (big fuzzy bears) and the whacky worms pack a wallop at 50mg.
Their love hearts are pretty much like the 20mg bears.
I would say the 12.5mg is a safe bet for someone to try out edibles.
I've also bought some from edibaby69 but she's been out of stock for a while. Hers are supposedly full spectrum and they replicate classic Haribo designs.
I just went to France for Easter but posted 2 packs of re-sealed Haribo bags with some DIUK love hearts and whacky worms.
I posted not using tracked (therefore anonymous) to see if they would reach the other side (I sent them to my family's address in France). They took 10 days to arrive.
I didn't want to risk getting through the airport with them as I was travelling with my partner and son but I have read threads on LB where people's advice is to put the sweets in your checked luggage.
You might have noticed that they use those long cotton-bud lookalike sticks inside the handbags at airport security, I assume that these are used to find for traces of explosive but am not sure.
I'm sure some of us who have regularly taken edibles on flights will chirp in.

Edibles are the one thing I would happily take on a plane, and regularly do (carts go in my checked bags). If branded I obviously remove any packaging and mixing them with other sweets is super stealth. Other than if you had kilos of them 🤭 or were going to the UAE I really don’t see any risk at all….
