We all due respect, I have to disagree with your comments as I've just had a successful landing of my order from Thai-Lands. 2 zips as it turns out of lovely weed, without even mentioning the price. It did take 18 days, but not once did I hassle the vendor as I was confident it had been sent based on the reviews.

Everyone complaining should obviously be aware the shipping is from Thailand with customs involved and not just a simple NDD from RM.

Just my thoughts as I managed to get a successful touchdown and I'm hopeful you might still be surprised and it'll turn up.

If not I suspect customs are to blame rather than the vendor.

Sorry to hear this has happened I ordered a zip off thailands boofscotti it did land 2 weeks 1 day for me, really hope these guys return however on your case hope all gets sorted I think it would be a customs issue however my order was less compared to yours I would say order a few z at a time before going hands in it is risky but the wait was worth it for me id happily wait 2 weeks a time for this stuff.

You know what is strange I ordered a single zip of tee time and it turned up - thats all I ordered. Recieved it about 4 weeks ago all good and reviewed. Strangely today I got a letter from Border Force saying they had intercepted a package with over 50g of drugs in it from Thailand. God knows what they did - they sent me another 50g without ordering - what is going on?? Now I have a black mark against my address for something I didnt even order - shocking.

My dispute was settled earlier , Thai lands didn't provide tracking and then said it has been seized , offered me half of my coin back , avoid this vendor like the plague

littlebiggy does not process payments and has called for new payment processors to work with, that's what we are. they are probably laconic about this because they can't speak for us and our progress (or any other team, we are aware of at least 1 other working on solana).

it is not a trivial matter to process payments, refunds and disputes to the standards little biggy is requiring for new payment processors: no-trust, blockchain based, open source with little biggy as an oracle on a smart contract. to accomplish this with the required security surrounding such a project is time intensive and we are still months away from launch.

we understand your feelings (and look forward to turning them into a customer relationship!) but you should understand that lb is supportive of our efforts to bring you an alternative.

Appreciate the response and I am genuinely grateful to everyone involved in working on littlebiggy it's an important site to a lot of us, which I guess is why we're all so keen for a solution :)

So if I've got it right you will be implementing a new separate payment processor for a new stable-coin while I guess transaxe will continue to handle btc payments? and possibly another separate processor will handle another coin? Sounds like there's still a long wait ahead unfortunately but it is good to hear at least that lb are supportive of the work your doing hopefully you have the backing you need.

Do you know if implementing an alt-coin to the current transaxe processor was ever an option or am I being over simplistic in thinking their processor could be adapted like that? Are transaxe involved at all with your project? it seems a shame if you have to build completely from scratch.

Personally I think transaxe.com is a contracted processor that chooses to only work with btc. For LB to use any other currency requires a whole new willing and able provider….
