I think in general, people score things too high.
If product simply meets expectations people are so psyched about getting it through the post that they give 10/10.
Once this wears off, you realise that truthful reviews are important to be able to know the quality of vendor's products. 7/10 means satisfactory or average in the real world to me.
Quality, value for money and or creative stealth should be the only considerations imo.
A fake review would be 5 or under and especially 1/10 with no comment. I don't think 7/10 requires comment, but hopefully the customer will get in touch to tell you as you have asked. Good luck.

It’s for this reason I dislike the 1-10 review/rating system we have currently. It seems the middle ground rating on LB is 8 purely for the service and then if you liked the product you go to 9 or 10 otherwise you feel like you’re screwing the vendor. If I got delivered average weed I’d personally want to rate it 6-7 (1-4 is bad, 5 acceptable and 5+ good)

I’d like to see 2 rating options:
One for overall service (comms, delivery, stealth etc) and then another for each individual product. If I’m not keen on a product then it won’t affect the vendors overall score but rather the individual products score. Currently the way things are rated is so inflated that everything is 9/10 as long as it comes through the letterbox, and I am part of the problem.

I’d feel guilty lowering a vendors overall as users here seem to have extreme requirements to be met such as the 9.8+ rated vendors list. In an honest market I doubt any vendor in the world would be 9.8+ when rating their product truthfully given enough purchases/reviews it’d always dip somewhat, nobody is perfect.

Perhaps vendor ratings could be permanent but product ratings are rolling average over 3-6 month to account for different batches? Anyway rant over, damn this Purple Punch is good 😁

You make a good point and also point to an equally good solution for this.
Absolutely the vendor should not suffer rating reduction if they have been honest about their product. If it's described as mids but it's total schwag then you don't wanna feel bad as consumer for being honest about that.

Imo the score should be given on how accurately described the product is and the level of service given. Not the subjective tastes of an individual. Imo of course;)

7 out of 10 is not a bad score if it was fake they would leave a lower score not everyone is gonna give it a 10.

Guess maybe not but when you work hard to keep yout product levels 10/10 it is rather sad to see 7/10 :)) is just we wanted to know the reason for 7/10 , is it a taste , high, maybe the ceramic chamber in cart they didnt like or how it pulls … just give us a hint to improve so we know where to perfect ourselves :)) We saying it because we really want our standards to be on top level with Biggy Family that is all. And if one customer giving us a hint on improve is only going to do good for the community we serving!!

Is just we sell these offline to our customers in London £100-120. We only increase in demand but we cannot avoid possibility that our products are not for everyone so guess we just take the review on the chin :)))

Still if a buyer can leave us his comment with a comment review and give us hints and point out where we can improve, we would highly appreciate his time.

Thank you for the interest shown on this topic, please do show us the Reddit reviews as of recent if thats possible. We have had few comptetitors posting up fakes and that was time ago. Unless you have tried it yourself, relying on 1-2 fake reviews would be absurd! We are proud of our product and only had few people point out the area to work on , which we work to fix it quickly. Other than that you can see that most of our customer reviews are 10/10 so lets not get into what was genereous and what was not as we might surprise you with our quality in the future!
