Because they offer shipping to the US and the product i wanted isn’t available from US vendor.

You can still dispute if you’ve left a review. If the dispute time window has expired, you will need to use the late dispute process..

On the vendors page start a new topic with the title ‘Request Late Dispute’. In the text show order #, date of order and reason for dispute.

No issues with HempLady. Sending anything transatlantic at this time of year is a lottery especially over to the states. I have to question why you would use a UK vendor to send to the USA. There are plenty of US vendors, SayNoToDrugs is probably one of the best and highest rated vendors on LB. I hope you get your order however I don't think a dispute would be fair until at least you hear back. Did you receive a tracking number? How would HempLady know more if no tracking is available? LB is not Amazon so while the majority of orders make it and if you have a good relationship with a vendor with multiple orders show a little patience and your package may appear and be a nice Xmas treat.

Totally understand what you are saying, but the product that i buy regularly from Hemp Lade isn’t available from a US vendor. I wanted a good friend to try this product. I am fully aware this is not Amazon! But As Hemp Lady OFFERS delivery to the US and insurers refund or resend for tracked deliveries this is the service i used. As for being patient. I messaged on Thursday then again on Sunday… Hemp Lady has used and longed in to LB but has not responded. It’s been 5 weeks….

Yes that’s why i am pointing it out publicly…. Still no response from Hemp Lady. That speaks volumes. And thanks for your response 👍🏼
