I've just tried to place an order and it's saying transaxe.com is currently unavailable. I can see that transaxe.com is down for maintenance... how long does this usually take?

Working fine on the darknet version of LB so if you're ok with that you can complete your order over there. Different payment processor on Onion version of LB.

You need to be on tor browser to use the site. Just use your LB login details to get on it

You will need a TOR browser (I always use desktop Onion browser for this but Android browsers are available) iOS is possible but a bit of a pain. Use the address Shananda provided below. Your login details from LB also work on Society. Payment will be processed via a different processor but otherwise it all functions the exact same way as here. Also all your data/orders etc. are all available on both platforms.

Order not arrived and no comms

Ordered some trim from GC last Friday,after hours so I know it wouldn't be posted till at least the following Monday, it's now Friday and nothing so far,
usually I wouldn't fret but I accidentally ordered this one without signing in so no way of disputing/auto refund.
I have dropped gc a few messages explaining and asking for a tracking number to put my mind at ease but no reply yet, i know his comms aren't good and previous orders with him have always been good and fast delivery so want to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Am I being too hasty? Or is he likely to just take my money and not bother as it's an anonymous order with now comebacks?
Hoping he might see this and confirm if it's been posted or provide a tracking number for me.
Hope you don't let me down GC you've always been good in the past

Mine took over a week and no Comms let alone a tracking number but it did turn up,royal mail will be busy this time of year aswell.
ive only had to buys with GC but they both made it to me.

GC has always been a top vendor.

Given that you said that your order without logging in are you sure that the order was processed in full and correctly?

The bottom line is : did you get an "order sent" update attached to your order?

You might be waiting for something which was never sent if the order got stuck somehwere at the backend.

I'm waiting now 7 working days since I placed my order having paid for 1-3days tracked delivery. It's annoying and the lack of comms makes me not want to repeat
