slow roast shoulder of lamb to the point where you pull the bone out clean, roast potatoes (par boil then cook super hot so they get all crispy), yorkshire puds, broccoli, cauliflower, roasted carrots to tell yourself you’re being healthy before you drown it all in gravy made with the lamb drippings.

My mums carbonara. I have to travel 120 miles to experience it but its worth every step. Made traditionally the Italian way, sheep cream, pecorino cheese, cured guanciale. Try it ! Go to Italian mums-r-us....

Gotta be a roast like some have said, but consisting of chicken and pigs in blankets. Juices used to improve a red wine reduction gravy (and lots). Carrots, swede, sage and onion stuffing, crispy roast potatoes (duck fat potentially). Puffy Yorkshire puddings and finally an optional cauliflower cheese (without gravy on top). Love a roast, gotta have a lot of gravy too, potential of mint sauce
For me mate it’s got to be a great big serving of home made risotto. Sets you up I tell ya. It's got to be made from a particular lemon risotto recipe by Nigella. Then you gotta follow that bad boy up with a slice of tiramisu coz it’s a Sunday!

Just to mix it up I'd be going for beef enchiladas with cheesy nachos and salsa on the side followed by cinnamon churros and ice cream then a nice smoke sesh to finish it off!

Got to be chicken filled with stuffing. crisp roastys and Yorkshire puds, stuffing balls 10%broccoli some sweet carrots and bisto on top ahhhhhhhhh think it's what I'm having today actually 😋 11.24 am - 3/7/24

Lasagna/mac'n'cheese pasta bake. (This is one dish, not two, you guys and gals know pasta bakes are very versatile.)
Rustic, fairly easy prep, not so much attention required to the actual dish when baking in the oven. Perfect for when you're up in the clouds, just don't forget you're actually cooking.
PS: always make sure to top that motherfucker with some more cheese in the last 5 minutes. 🤤🤤🤤

I love a Sunday roast, but in hot weather I prefer chicken thighs in lemon, thyme, and garlic (garlic optional).
It's so easy to make (literally a couple of minutes prep), and goes as well with salad as it does with roast trimmings if the weather is cooler.
Also very quick compared to a roast (all done in less than 45 minutes) and the lemon flavour is just lush!

Sundays ma day off from cooking so it has to be mixed kebab meat chips n cheese with 'a lil bit of chilli sauce' so i dont have to put the bog roll in the freezer and savlon in the fridge 🤘 happy sunday

I would say BBQ(With honey and mustard mixed) pork ribs with Grilled veggies( carrot, peppers, garlic, mushrooms) along with a lettuce salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber, a bit of lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt)

Seeing that 420 day is a Saturday I will probably be celebrating with Captain Morgan, some edibles and a nice uplifting sativa to vape on
My 420 smoke would be some Garlic Cake Budd, had it from here a few years ago but not seen it listed since.
This 420 I’ll start the day off with a spliff of lemon pie. Then eat some edibles to get me through the day. Then some purple mimosa. Got to finish with some of ur Pablos Revenge! Send me straight to sleep.

Would be nice to sit inside and have a smoke but that can never happen, not anymore. Never smoked a donut joint would like one of them sat on a nice comfy chair, a nice coffee. Ideally some kind of biscotti donut. YUMMY.
