Whoever guesses the closest to the ETH price in $ on 15th December at 13:00 wins $400 worth of in store credit. Entry's close on December 13th at 13:00. Am i seriously going to have to wait until the 8th for you to sort this out? The dispute was opened the 16th of December, you didnโt respond until your Christmas cutoff date, this is an absolute joke, I ordered December the 6th, it didnโt come, you didnโt respond to 10 messages so I had to dispute, then it took you days to respond to that, now you arenโt about until jan 8th?
They were supposed to be reshipping, they waited right until cut off day to even message me, 4 days after dispute was raised.
Can you not see why Iโm frustrated? Theyโve purposely ignored every attempt at contact since December 6th, now even if I get my money back I lose a chunk of it in network fees, which was about ยฃ15, Iโve had no weed for Christmas because I canโt just afford to chuck another ยฃ50 at LB, all this because they are incapable of running their business properly.
I get your frustration, all you're doing is winding yourself up though, they won't/ don't give a shit, chalk it up to experience and use other vendors in future.

this dispute is opened, seller must reach settlement with buyer to avoid financial penalty. once buyer sends us a message the dispute will be closed.
Based on those dates this isnโt a Late Dispute. A normal dispute is after 9 days- look for the blue dispute tab on the left margin of your order page. The dispute time window will also show at the top of the page. The Late Dispute process is designed for when this window has expired ๐
Thanks for your message. I have just followed what the auto settlement borg requested, I'm a total noob on here....Also I set up my LB account after I had processed the order so have no way of setting up a dispute through the usual channels.

Ive been messaging you for days & despite you being online & using messenger several times over the last few days I continue to be ignored, I have a payment discrepancy, my weed has not arrived, I have asked for your help & been completely ignored for days.
Iโve actually had to hazard a guess that this has been sent out & I just missed the delivery but I had no card left by the postie & no attempted redelivery the next day, went on the Royal Mail website & filled out a redelivery form just in case itโs at the sorting office, all of this could have been avoided had just weed replied to me, I need the tracking checked to find out whatโs going on, I donโt care if you provide me the number, can you just check & let me know.

Hi everyone, need to do my first dispute & have no idea how any of this works, it says I can create a dispute between the 16th & 28th but thereโs no button to do so yet, once I do create a dispute, what happens?
It should appear at some time on the 16th on the order listing.
You'll get an email asking you to sort it out with the vendor and give you a time frame. If you and the seller can't agree in that time the dispute will 'settle based on reputation' shortly after the closing date and the borgs will let you know the outcome and if necessary ask you for a btc wallet address. Hth.
