Got some nice shAke fresh popcorny but mainly 80 percent trichome leaves. I have one ton press would buying a few z shake give better yield than a cheap z

anyone tried pressing decent shake for rosin ?

Absolutely yes you can! Its an excellent way to cut down on combustible matter. Will it be top quality rosin, no, but you would hardly expect that from second rate starting material.
I quite often freeze, tumble and sift over a 150 or 110 micron screen to make hash from shake. Sometimes you get lucky and the shake is full of kief, in which case you get a crazy good return.
Either squishing or sifting is a good idea regardless of quality as you are cutting out the green combustibles.
Just my opinion!

Not worth it IME too much leaf matter so you end up with a really low yield of really bad rosin.

If it is really clean and fresh then it might be worth sifting and pressing the sift if it produces enough. Get some 1"× 3" 25micron bags and you can press small amounts of sift or hash.

In dispute with diamond extract as ordered 11th December still waiting and no messages responded to in dispute. He says in description if not in it will return to sender on signed for and it's your fault if nit in.i was defo in and surely it only returns sender if rm try multiple times. But who decides if he doesn't reply and I say dispute unresolved if I get my money or not.

So I’ve bought shake from pretty much every shake vendor on here. I don’t want to put anyone in particular on blast.

When buying shake, always always pour it all out and check it for debris and especially perlite.
Perlite being small white rocks.
The first vendor I used on here, I got lots of shreds of plastic/string.

Fast forward to now, every batch I just pour it all out and grade it.
Remove all twigs, and shite leaf and make hash with that.

The remainder is then clean and good.

Unless you’re willing to sift out the perlite/ plastic. I’d suggest sticking with buds because there’s a lot of extra crap to the untrained eye

If your shake contains perlite, it’s not shake, it’s trim. Most shake sold on here is actually trim.

Just after a bit of advice here. I paid for SNDD delivery but my parcel still hasn’t turned up yet. I’ve sent a couple of messages to the vendor, though I’m not expecting a quick reply as it shows GC hasn’t checked messages for 7 days.

Here’s my timeline:

Order made: 8th Aug, 08:31

Payment taken: 8th Aug, 10:33

Seller says items sent: 8th Aug, 16:27

It’s now been 4 days and I’ve not had anything arrive yet. I also haven’t been able to check the tracking without hearing back from the vendor first.

Has anyone else had a similar delay?

I once ordered from GC, SNDD and he marked it as sent after one day but didn't send it for 3 days. I did receive it after 5 days and the quality was on point but there was almost 0 comms so maybe hold out another day or 2 and if nothing still, jus dispute.

well somethings landed today, hopefully its the order but wont know till im home. defo check the tracking though i feel like ive had that issue once befor. as i always say the product from GC is up there with the best on LB and its rare sumet goes wrong but when it does the comms are not great at all.

I’m literally in the exactly same situation as you. Order placed around the same time & sent around the same time. But 4 days later & nothing has turned up.

As a SNND it should have turned up by now 100%. So it either never got sent or it’s been stolen by the posty

Had my NDD ordered yesterday and have landed under 24hrs from GC today. So all must be good from their end .... Post mortem snail mail is probably the barrel you are looking at....Hope you guys get them soon.

More concerned about the parcel, i've had this issue a few times before but usually it arrives the following day, especially on SNDD. 4 days is unusual

It can just be delayed but from my experience having lost a couple parcels, I would lean to side of probably not going to turn up, pretty sure most vendors don't do anything for 10 days until after sent, maybe to do with claiming for the parcel but that's just guessing, if it doesn't come today I'd probably say try sort something for the meantime? Obviously doesn't help really, hope you get it all resolved though, GC is not really prompt with replies but is a top tier vendor so rest assured I'm sure he'll get it sorted, hopefully soon for you

I’m going thru exactly the same issue mate n it’s annoying. The vendor hasn’t really changed this practice of marking orders as sent and paying the snddd lip service. I won’t b ordering again from GC cause they have been highlighted by biggas including yerself and made no effort to get it right despite their comments on the topics pages.

Have bought lots off GC over the last year. Products have always been good and arrived quickly. Most recent order only got half of it. Been messaging but no response for over a week.
