The distinction between disposable pens or replaceable cartridges will be down to you, as both are available here.
Personal favourites are the 50/50 carts offered by Doctor Extracts (linked). The Dr also lists a kit with battery, charger and cart.
In terms of the comparison between your weekly intake of flower it’s hard to say. I’ve had this GG#4 cart on the go for ages but it’s not my sole stone. I mainly use for a clandestine headchange through the day or to top up my stone from flower or hash.
They are lethal so I’d advise taking a couple of good hits then waiting a while to judge the strength. I’ve been caught out a couple of times underestimating the effects

If it’s cartridges you’re interested in then its usually cartridges pre-fillled that you stick on a low power battery. Most sellers have options to inculde or point you in the right direction. MJ concentrates is one I tried and enjoyed

Dont think too hard about how much you’ll use THC is pretty flat rate by which I mean if it takes an 1/8th to make a cartridge it will probably last as long as an 1/8th if you smoke it.
